This hotel is not that close to the airport. I don't know how it can be called the aoirport hotel.
The front desk is not that attentive.
I like hotels that has 24/7 front desk operation. This hotel's front desk closes after 10:30pm, but even when it is open it is almost non existent.
The room do not have a coffee machine or a kettle to make tea. I wish I had a kettle in the room.
I also did not realize that I had to turn on the knob on the heater in the room. I slept in cold the first night, as there were no front desk to call and ask why the room was cold. I was not told (when I checked in) that I am myslf responsible to turn the heat on in the room.

Hotel focused on what's needed / not a luxury stay, but fair/okay. Decently large rooms, clean bathroom, two free water bottles in the room, good breakfast for 11eur, fair amount of free parking around the house / relatively full parking when arriving late / paid parking next door. Location only makes sense when you are traveling by car.

Over all I enjoyed my stay.The rooms were modern and comfortable and I could even have prepared myself something in the microwave if I would have liked to.
The area is a quit one, the parking is easy behind the hotel and the free Fellows Coffee was excellent and my arrival enjoyable. Nice experience, I will certainly visit again.

I enjoyed my stay but I was surprised no phone in the room. House Keeping cleans the room they should replenish the water bottle.
Your carpets in the hallway are very soiled and dirty. The hotel needs some improvements.

Disappointed with the front desk staff on weekends as she is not friendly and not helpful.
This hotel is located in the industry area where there is no supermarket nor eating place around. It is about 20mins away from the airport with light traffic.

I do not like hidden prices and lack of true public information.I informed the hotel a few weeks in advance that I will come from a very late flight.
Received an answer "no problem".When I landed and found the "hotel shuttles" place it was 21:30, maybe 21:32.When I called the hotel, they said that the last shuttle for today is left and I need to take a taxi on my own. The taxi price is about 45 Euro. With an additional 45 Euro I was able to take a hotel in the airport itself and did not need a shuttle at all.
Morning shuttle is only one per hour, which is not so comfortable. Do you think it is free? No, Hotel shuttle costs an additional 5 Euro - it is a new hotel management direction starting after 6 December. One positive thing about the hotel - breakfast, but it starts at 7 only, so if you have an early morning flight, you miss it.

Clean and nice. There us a 2 stove cooktop and refrigerator and no microwave. There is a restaurant here with a bar but if you want anything else you are walking for about 15 minutes if you dont have a car. The airport shuttle is a great perk.

Convenient for Flying out of FRA. Quiet.

It was a short stay prior to flying out of the airport. And it was pleasant overall. The bed is a little "lumpy" but clean.

I liked that the hotel was very quiet, which was helpful in getting a night of sleep before travel.

The internet worked quite well.

The only comment I have is that the bus driver to the Airport asked for 5 Euro to take me to Terminal 2, after I was the only passenger on the bus when most of the others left at Terminal 1. Not cool.

Free airport shuttle was a fiasco. Must call and reserve the shuttle before travel altogether. Arriving to the airport and calling does not work. First, if you do not have a German eSim or international roaming you won’t be able to call at all. Second, even if you call, unless you reserved the shuttle in advance of travel (like back when you were home), you cannot get the shuttle. When you make a reservation for the shuttle it is for a specific time, so if your plane is late, no shuttle for you. For some reason, the frustration this causes is lost on the hotel staff.

The property is located within a business park. I don’t know why it’s called “Frankfurt airport” since it’s quite far from the airport. I had problems arranging hotel shuttle and had to pay 50 euro for taxi. The hotel itself is fine and is close To a train station and a park.

Hotel location is 15 km away from Frankfurt airport. Shuttle only departs from Terminal 1. It was very difficult to get between the two terminals ( 2> 1) with luggages, so I paid 47 E for a taxi. I could not see any restaurants or markets around the hotel.Its in an Industrial district I guess. The room was very simply furnished. Pillows and blankets were insufficient. The room heating was not working..it was 13 degrees outside. Check-out time is 11am but the lobby is insufficient, so it was very difficult to sit and spend time. There was a table for 6 people and some other Guests were having a meeting there. The price of the restaurant inside the hotel was reasonable and what I ate was delicious. If I come to Frankfurt again, I will choose another place.

This would have to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

The room was the type of room you did not want to take your shoes off.

Smelled like smoke thoughout.

We woke up at 6am due to loud music playing right outside our window.

We booked an airport shuttle for 7am when we checked in the night before and when we come down to meet the shuttle we find out that the hotel staff is on strike so no food, not front desk staff and no shuttle and to top it off the loud music was the hotel staff that were on strike.

We had to call an uber which added stress to our 10yr old daughter. She was nervious we were not going to make our flight.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would have rather slept at the airport.

Cons: Small hotel, stains in the carpet, shower is very tiny, no AC, a 30 min drive from the city center of Frankfurt so to get to the city you have to Uber or find a bus.
Pros: breakfast was good, Free shuttle to and from airport was a great benefit (only during certain hours though!), fairly cheap.
Overall: it was just ok, fine for a night or two.

The hotel advertises that there is a shuttle service with hotel. I waited at airport for over an hour nothing arrived I there fore had to spend 50 euro for a taxi. No apology from hotel. There is no shuttle even though the website states there's a free airport shuttle. When you land you have to call the hotel to arrange for a taxi (free), this is difficult if you don't have a cell phone in Germany and you don't want to pay high roaming fees for using your own out-of-country cell phone. I wish I had known that I had to arrange a taxi with the hotel in advance so we didn't have to wait so long at the airport looking and waiting for an actual shuttle! When I finally reached the hotel staff via email the agent was excellent, he helped get me a taxi but he kept saying it would be 10 minutes when in fact we waited almost an hour. The hotel is also advertised as an AIRPORT hotel, this gives the impression that the hotel is near or connected to the airport, this is not true. This hotel is 30 minutes driving (at 160 km an hour!!!) away from the hotel. The taxi driver explained that if you drive it takes over half hour, but if you took a bike then you could cut through the area and get to the hotel in 15 min. Indicating that this is an airport hotel is misleading! Again, the staff at the hotel were great! There was even a small restaurant to have dinner, the room we stayed in was clean and had a bottle of water available as well as a microwave and a small fridge, the bathroom was fine and the beds were comfortable. However, simply based on the location and the lengthy wait for a taxi (shuttle) I will likely not stay here again.

Nice but frustrating

We only stayed at this hotel as we were arriving late. Hotel was OK but getting to it was a bit of a challenge.

We were told to contact the Hotel on landing so that they could arrange the free shuttle bus - 6/8 seater mini bus. Tried several times to call but kept ringing out, eventually managed to get through to someone and were given instructions on where to wait, shuttle was on its way, waited about 20 mins. Be aware shuttle stops at 9.30pm. The Hotel is quite a bit away from the Airport approx 15/20 mins in bus.

Also there is nowhere to get something other than crisps or nuts to eat as kitchen closes at same time, unless you want to walk for a bit to Burger King approx 10 mins walk away.

You must also let reception know as soon as you arrive what time you need to be back at Airport next morning as only carries about 6 people plus luggage at a push. Shuttle arrived exactly on time next morning.

The man checking me in at the front was very rude. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom, I honestly don’t know if it was cleaned. The mattress was lumpy and very soft. It was squeaky and worn out
Parking was a pain in the ass. You could pay 10€ to park in their garage, otherwise you had to find street parking. We chose to not leave for dinner because we didn’t want to loose our parking spot.
There were a lot of good options for breakfast so that was a big plus.

Maniak hotel driver

Our stay and the hotel was good, but the hotel-driver who picked us up at the airport was a maniak. Hy drove 165 km in busy traffic and nearly caused an accident, because he cut off a truck (at full speed), trying to get to an exit. The truck driver honked very loudly. We were too shocked to say anything, glad to still be alive.
Then he drove on the emergency lane, passing cars.
Never again will we go to this hotel, just because of him.

The room was very basic - our room definitely didn't look like the one on the website! It smelt very musty and curtains had stains on them. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and there was a beer bottle under the bed. Both of the receptionist, by check in and check out, appeared to have had the same training - be efficient but don't smile or be friendly! However, the bed was very comfortable, it had a good power shower, the breakfast really was excellent and there was no charge for parking. A real mixed bag but I would not stay here again.

Horrible customer service

To be fair, the room served the purpose. The problem was a) airport shuttle b) morning receptionist.
A - the airport shuttle doest exist. They call you a taxi that picks you up from the airport, you need to have a phone, so the driver tells you where to wait. Why not to have one meeting spot and make the process smoother? Airport drop off starts running from 7 or 9 am. My flight was at 7, so I had to pay for a taxi by myself.
B) I visited Frankfurt during taring strike. The receptionist told me to google info on transportation, well dont speak German. She didnt warn me that Uber didnt come to the place, so I waisted an hour trying to get a ride. I was stacked at the hotel, just I am not used to such unhelpful staff. Overall very unfriendly person with no willingness to help travels.
In addition, there is no coffee or tea in common area as advertise. You can buy some at the restaurant downstairs that opens at 5:30pm. Misinformation.
