Good room however let down by the taxi ordered for an early departure. Was advised fixed fare 30 e. Taxi was late then we had to detour to drop other people off which resulted in me being under pressure to get through baggage/ passport etc. Taxi also wanted 49e....poor experience to say the least

Lovely, helpful staff on the front desk, nothing is trouble for them. Room is nice. Not much in the way of amenities in the room, eg very few coffee envelopes, not replenished the next day. No restaurant on site which serves lunch/dinner. It seems to be there for breakfast only. It is in a business park area, restaurants are far away for a walk.

It was a nice big room. Really liked the dove soap but only had it for the hands and not in the shower dispenser. The elevator was slow and sat at the bottom for several seconds before the doors opened. No Wi-Fi for the past two days and the front desk did not notify us while registering. Should have offered extra points or discount breakfast. I would return to this hotel.

Let down by buffet breakfast

Holiday inn is fine in that I had a large bright clean room. It failed badly on the breakfast where the buffet let Them down badly. Not so much the choice which as fine just that the food onnoffer seemed bland. I wish I could put it into words properly so I’ll have to just say that in the last month my friends and I have stayed at about 10 hotels in Europe and we all agreed this was the one qwwith the worst breakfast ( go figure! )apart from that the hotel was fine. It’s positi9n isn’t great but hey, it’s an airport hotel. Pleasant to stay in .

No where near Frankfurt Airport!

Horrible location that advertised as airport hotel. 33.5 euro cab ride from airport. They wanted 25 euro for shuttle back to airport. In a business park with no restaurants nearby. Horrible experience! Would be fraudulent advertising in US. Holiday Inn should pull franchise or stop them from calling it a Frankfurt Airport Hotel!!

This is a wonderful family hotel that really defines the word \"service\". While it is not located near any real entertainment or shopping, it is definitely a great place near the airport if you need to access your flight quickly and with great staff in attendance.

Great hotel and nice staff, there’s even a sauna. Price was reasonable and beds were very comfortable. I wish I had stayed closer into the city though as there is no public transport available to this place so you would need to pay for an Uber or taxi.

Well its hardly near the airport 36 euro taxi ride to the hotel 8 miles from the city center. There is a shuttle service to and from the airport 15 euros each way but its not advertised. Breakfast was good but ecpensive at 17.00 euros per person.
The internet was good. The first 24 hours were free, afer that it was 9.00 euros per 24 hours. The room rate was nice but your nickled and dimed to death.

Online this hotel is called Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport. It’s in another city, a 32 euro cab ride from the airport. It’s not even close! It’s located in an industrial area and has no grounds. There are no restaurants or other amenities close by. Upon checking in, I asked the young lady about tour reservations for the next day and she told me the hotel had no concierge and I’d have to do everything myself. Another young lady, Rebeca, heard this from her nearby office and came right out and asked me how she could help. She was marvelous during our entire stay. She explained the tour aptions and the prices and booked us on a city tour of Frankfurt and a cruise on the Rhine. Also she arranged for transportation to the cruise office and back to the hotel. The next day she confirmed our flights to Rome and printed our our boarding passes. Then she arranged for transportation from the hotel to the airport. I can’t imagine what our stay at the Holiday Inn would hace been without her. The breakfast for 17€ was okay. The dinners in the restaurant were good and the nice food server was excellent. I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless you’re a businessman who has business in the immediate are and transportation provided. In our particular case, we paid 32€ to go to the hotel, 25€ to the tour office, and 25€ for the return, and 35€ to go to the airport. Plus tips, naturally. If you stay there and need anything, don’t forget to ask for Rebeca.

THe Hotel offers generous size rooms which are very clean and well equipped. All Rooms enjoy airconditioning (heating & cooling) which allows a personal comfort level to be achieved. The staff are all exceedingly friendly and efficient. Wifi is free and availasble throughout the Hotel. The Restaurant and Bar provide an adequate mix of food to suite most pallets, all of which is of good quality. Breakfast is not free with the room, but is sumptious and worth including.

The staff at the front desk went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, had a taxi there when we needed it, knew what restaurant to go to, everything. They were super friendly. The room was immaculate. If you're going in to Frankfort each day it is $30 each way so it is expensive, that is my only downer.

Great place to crash between fligths

I couldn't find anything at the airport when needing to crash for the night. Checked nearby and found this Holiday Inn. It was nearby and only a short taxi ride. Check in took a few minutes and then off to bed. They offered free shuttle in teh morning which was on time and driver was professional and courteous.

A 10 minute walk from Neu Isenburg centre this is a convenient and comfortable hotel. Good restaurant if you want to eat in, and breakfast is OK too. Has a small bar that opens until late.
Small gym and sauna area but just as easy to walk over the road into the woods if you want exercise.

Very comfortable hotel with great beds. Nice breakfast and nice, helpful staff. No public transportation and not good for walking anywhere! Taxi everywhere. Internet was pretty annoying - signing in daily several times. Quiet - did not hear planes taking off and landing which is a problem in Neu-Isenberg. Would return because of room comfort, breakfast and beds!

a good solid OK

Nice room, nice bed, everything worked. The hotel is actually a little hard to find, it's behind a car wash and not easy to see, the driveway has no sign on it. I found it anyway. The shower occasionally blasts very hot water, but not bad enough to do any harm. Internet is apparently not free, but luckily they gave it to me for free because of my membership in a frequent flyer program. A good solid OK, and great for the money.

Exit light in room on all night

Terrible stay. Why do you need an exit sign to show you that you need to leave by the bedroom door? And why does that sign have to be lit up all night? Completely disturbed sleep.

It was ok, however the service was not that great. Also lots of smoking right at entrance to hotel. For non-smokers this is not ideal as it makes the hotel smell of cigarette smoke. Lift conditions is not that great.

Not really at the airport and barely acceptable

I could not get into the Sheraton, Hilton, etc. right at Terminal 1. So, booked this hotel at last minute. It is a 30 Euro cab ride away. The rooms are clean, but stale. Definitely low cost place. Odd and difficult to find location. You get what you pay for...and by the time you add round trip taxi fare, you are better off staying at one of the better hotels, if they have space.

Typical of most Holiday Inns

Predictably (German) clean. Unable to cool the room (in October) and thus it was unpleasantly warm. Large room by European standards. Paid approx. US $250 for one night but then they wanted another nearly US $24 per person for breakfast. I feel this is unreasonable. Parking underground was extra. Poor location. The area had an \"industrial\" feel to it. Convenient to an autobahn nearby.

The approach to the hotel was a bit confusing, but on arrival the staff clicked into gear. All the staff were clean smart and very helpful.The room was very clean and comfortable. The aspect from the open bedroom window was quiet , leading to a very restfull night's sleep! The beakfast was a vast array of different tastes froma round Europe,wish the coffee was a bit hotter though. Overall would recommend this hotel for a its overall cleanliness and service.

We chose this hotel because of the price and description as an airport hotel, however, our GPS didn't find Neu Isenberg, even though it's a large city and we had a hard time finding the hotel, which is located in an office park and about 8KM from the airport. If you chose this and rely on your GPS, add the zip code into the system. Restaurant wasn't open in the evening and had to rely on bar food. Room actually very good and staff extremely helpful and speak very good English.

Great overnight stop.

After a mamouth drive we arrived at the hotel and were greated with a smile. Everything was in order the room was large and comfortable. When sorting out dinner the staff were helpful and accomodating. Great stay for the price.
Only issue would be no signs to Hotel.

Hotel room was very good and service at reception was friendly and professional but the hotel shuttle was very disappointing. The phone at the airport did not work and when we ordered a shuttle from the hotel for the next morning it cost 30 Euros and was 15 muinutes late

Not a great hotel although clean and friendly. Was hoping for something close to the airport. Will have to do better research next time, this hotel is 20 minutes from the airport which isn't a big deal but taxi was a bit expensive. Close to McDonald's and a great mall about a 20 minute walk away.

The hotel had a very nice, clean, comfortable room. The bed was comfortable, it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was incredible in the morning. Most of the staff spoke and English and were very helpful. It is a little out of the way but was a great place to recover from the jet lag.

A very nice, clean hotel. However, the hotel shuttle bus ended at 9 or 10 pm and we had to catch a cab to the \"airport\" hotel. The cab cost 25Euro, which is the same as their shuttle bus and you can get a taxi cheaper to the city center and stay at a nicer hotel.

The hotel ads implied a FREE shuttle and a CLOSE proximity to the air port.

It cost 25 Euros to get to the hotel and, then, 25 Euros to get back to the airport.

We should have stayed at a hotel at the airport ...with taxi fees, it would have been cheaper, nicer and more convenient.

We arrived at the Frankfurt airport to learn that it would cost us 25 Euros to take a cab to the hotel which was suppose to be close to the airport. The hotel has a shuttle but it also costs 25 Euros. When we arrived at the hotel with no luggage because the airline lost it - we were met by a very rude receptionist. Every question we asked her, she gave us a condescending response. At one point she scolded us saying \"well that might be how they do it in the U.S. but that is not how we do it here.\" Later when we decided to buy Wifi time we read the instructions in the room and it still didn't work. When I called to ask about it, again I was told that I was doing it wrong despite the fact that I followed their instruction. When I went down to the front desk I shared that maybe they should change the instructions in the room. There was no apology - she just said they were changing their system.

The hotel is situated very far from the center of Frankfurt and it is complicated to get transportation to the city. So we spent the day and evening in the surrounding community of Neu-Isenburg, which was pleasant, but we were disappointed that we didn't get to explore Frankfurt. Once we paid the extra 50 Euros to get back and forth to the airport, we could have stayed in a hotel in Frankfurt.

Great Hotel with Renovations

The hotel is located in an area unassuming of finding a hotel. Nonetheless, once in the hotel we found it has its own sanctuary that was good for an overnight stay prior to early travel to the airport. Was fortunate to have one of the newly renovated rooms which were very nicely appointed and comfotable. Should be a good place to stay for the next few years to come. Would not suggest this location as a destination to spend any amount of time as the local area offers little to do or see.

Alternative to Airport Hotels

I just needed an overnight rest stop. The high cost of airport hotels led me to select a hotel further away. Still not a bargain but the hotels can't be blamed for the poor exchange rate. Be careful to board the correct Holiday Inn shuttle at the airport as there are several. The bar had draft beer and they whipped up a great hamburger and fries. The breakfast wasn't cheap but was a feast. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle to the airport was efficient. The room was larger than expected and the bathroom adequate and all very clean. Overall, I got the rest and relaxation I needed to continue my transatlantic journey.

Should not be called Holiday Inn AIRPORT, it is a 30 Euro taxi trip to the hotel or 15 Euro per person if you use the hotel suttle bus. It is located in what appears to be an industrial area with no other shops or restaraunts around. Internet is not free. 4 Euros for 1 hour, and 7 Euros for 4 hours and when you first log on the time just keeps running even if you log off and shut down computer. In other words check your e-mail then go eat and come back to check e-mail again and the hour has run out and you have to buy another card.

Its a nice place and a great location if you're driving a car. You can park around the hotel for free and there's a garage for 12 Euros. Sacsenhausen is a short drive and you're right by the Autobahn and two gas stations.

Shuttle?

Hmmmmm where do I begin,
I got to the airport and walked to the shuttle bus area. There was a board with all of the Airport hotels and a phone with numbers listed for each one. I called the number for the
Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport-Neu-Isenburg, no answer …. I waited ten minutes and
tried again … still no answer. I kept looking for a shuttle and noticed several other Holiday Inn ones going by. I was there for almost an hour trying the phone and looking for the correct shuttle … No luck … I finally stopped a driver from another Holiday Inn and with a translator figured out that they don't provide shuttle service. I took his shuttle to the other Holiday Inn and had the woman there call my hotel They advised me to take a cab which I did (about $18 USD).

My question is this, I have been all over and generally when a hotel lists itself as \"Frankfurt Airport Holiday Inn\" as this one does they generally have a shuttle from the airport.
If they don't that would be okay but then don't have your name and number on the \"Hotels\" board by the bus stop and if you do at least answer the phone to tell someone to take a cab.
It took me two hours to get from the airport to the hotel and it's a fifteen minute trip.
The one nice thing they did for me was to provide a free shuttle in the morning which usually casts 15 Euro.

Todo muy bien. Solo que el día de Checkout tocaron e intentaron abrir la puerta para hacer la limpieza de la habitación a las 09.00 hrs de un domingo. Y aunque dice aeropuerto. No está cerca. Son como 15 kms de distancia.

Sehr sauber auch wenn ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen! Gemütliche Betten gute Kissen !
Dusch-Vorhang fand ich nicht so gut !
Hatte um ruhiges Zimmer gebeten das hat leider nicht funktioniert- mein Zimmer war genau am Fahrstuhl !

Von der Begrüßung bis zum Abschied hat alles bestens funktioniert. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich, höflich, zuvorkommend und unheimlich gut gelaunt. Um Sonderwünsche wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Wir haben uns allzeit sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Trotz guter Auslastung am NFL Wochenende war es sehr ruhig im Hotel. Auch der nahegelegenen Flughafen war praktisch nicht zu hören.
Das Frühstück war super und auch die kleine gemütliche Bar war mehr als zufriedenstellend. Sollten wir nochmals Frankfurt besuchen, kommen wir wieder her.

Abgelegenes älteres Modell

Sehr weit weg vom Flughafen, kein Shuttle, Taxi kostet 40 Euro. Weder Restaurant noch Bar geöffnet. Duschvorhang nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
