I had a wonderful stay at this Inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. They made the check-in process smooth and were always ready to assist with a smile.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, including the lobby, hallways, and my room. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and everything felt fresh and organized.
I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. It was a relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff’s friendliness and attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience.
Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and friendly hotel that I would gladly recommend to others. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was not properly cleaned – there was dust on the bedding which caused itching and discomfort. We booked for two people but only one towel and one tea cup were provided, and we had to request the missing items from reception the next day. Overall disappointing experience.

I booked it for my overlay in Frankfurt. I wanted an airport hotel. Alas, diwotel is not close to airport as the name suggests. I had to pay over 50 euros back and forth to the airport. I was very frustrated to travel into another town 20-25 min away from the airport. Otherwise, it’s all good except their pillows. It has been renovated that gives it a luxurious look but amenities like towels and pillows are really bad.

Had to ask for a towel - only one in the room. No coffee maker. They charge 13 E for parking. Lot was huge and half empty (because they could). Staff was nice and responsive to all request. Even gave us a bucket of ice to cool off our own wine....

Nice hotel near Frankfurt Airport but not perfect

This hotel was one of the cheaper hotels near Frankfurt Airport and is very modern and clean. Check in and out was easy and the staff spoke English. The rooms were very, big and the beds comfortable.The showers are huge compared to other hotels. The elevator is great.The buffet breakfast was amazing. It is worth every pfennig. The staff are very helpful but the restaurant opens at 6:30am and they won't open 1 minute earlier than that. The restaurant only really serves pizza so the menu selection is pretty slim if you are hungry. The real negative is the paid parking that costs 13 Euro extra and this wasn't made clear at the time of my booking.

Overall, this was an awesome stay! The staff was very. friendly and helpful. The only problem was getting into Frankfurt proper. There is no bus or train that takes you into the city. There is a bus that takes you to the airport, then you have to take the train to Frankfurt from there. Zero complaints about the property!

Property conditions are just ok, a bit weary but they keep it clean. Reception is in the bar (the bar tender) so it threw us off a little. But staff was very courteous and friendly. Not sure if you can conveniently go anywhere without a car (shared ride to Frankfurt airport is about 30 Euro). Excellent option for us since we needed a place to crash before our early flight next morning. If we're staying for several days, this may not be the best option to explore Frankfurt.

Cons: upsales of parking and breakfast are pricey. We were not aware of parking cost. Area is gritty, industrial, not really near airport. could use new pillows.

The hotel was in pretty good condition, although it could do with some updating. Our room(s) was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was a little disappointing that there were no drinks facilities in the room which we felt let it down a little. And maybe a little further from the airport than we expected. We blame ourselves for not having checked this more carefully. Uber price from the main airport, at time we landed, was up to around 45 euros (from around 20). Taxi was 46.
We didn't eat there so can't comment on that. But the bar was good and reasonably priced.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Uber into the centre was 20 euros. But we took a train back and walked from Sprendlingen; about 25min walk.
There are fast food places to eat very nearby and a Lidl for food and snacks.
We would stay there again if circumstances led us to need to be in this area, south of Frankfurt.

Rooms were as described and spacious. Staff were really friendly. We stayed 3 nights and only requested room service once. Room service was not very good, only made the beds, did not remove access any garbage or empty batheoom garbages. Sinks were not cleaned. Did not replace handsoap dispenser which was empty. Showers were leaking onto bathroom floor which was very problematic. Hotel staff were aware of the problem but did not make any arrangements to correct to accommodate. On day of checkout, Housekeeping came twice in the morning to ask if we needed room service.

Stayed here prior to an early morning flight home from the airport. Location was the priority and it was easy access to the Frankfurt Airport and our rental car drop off. Hotel itself is nice enough a nothing really unique but room was a decent size for the 4 of us, and was and modern and clean. Elevator and hallway were a little worn and dirty, but I think to be expected in a hotel. Bar looked nice but we didn’t try it or the breakfast. Close to a number of fast food places and restaurants in the town, a short drive (5 mins)- wouldn’t be great without a vehicle, but worked for us. Good value for the money and if we are back for another flight will stay again!

Nice located hotel next to shopping centers, Self check-in option which is not workable if you booked hotel through third parties, so don't waste your time and go to restaraunt where you will find reception. Some hotel walls requires renovation. no kettle in the room, you should ask for extra deposit. you can get 1 bedroom apartment which is good.

PLEASE NOTE that there is NO SHUTTLE BUS from the airport - the hotel is far away and it costs us $50 to get a taxi from the airport and Uber back was twice cheaper next morning. Our Room had an issue with the shower screen door and we reported that to the staff. Breakfast was excellent as well as staff! 5 starts to the staff.

Surprisingly good rooms in a hotel near FRA

Besides the fact that they charge 13 EUR for overnight parking (which is too much, but you can find free parking places on nearby streets), this hotel does not look too fancy from outside, but inside it offers great rooms with lot of space and comfort, separate bedroom and working room, large bathroom, 2 TV sets, it is clean and have large windows that can be opened (air-con is there too of course) and all that for a very reasonable price. Maybe our price was so low because of it being empty on a Saturday night and we literally had to search for someone to check us in, however the lady receptionist was very nice, friendly and with perfect English. However, leaving at 4:00 am on Sunday morning we had nowhere to put our room cards, so we just had to leave them somewhere. This hotel is a little hidden gem, not directly at FRA airport, but if you have a car it reasonably close. So inside a perfect hotel for a very fancy stay for little money, maybe stop charging for parking and I would say this hotel is really perfect. Will come again if it will be for a good price when we will be in the area again.

The stay was okay but there are a few things to note. The advert says there is a gym and a shuttle to the airport, but these things do not exist, and a taxi to the airport will cost about E30. Breakfast is also over E10 per person, not included and not very good. Hotel is okay overall, but not special.

An sich ist das Hotel schön. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption.

Leider gab es jedoch mehrere gravierende Mängel. Auf der Etage meines ersten Zimmers funktionierte die Heizung nicht, worüber ich vorab nicht informiert wurde. Erst nach einer Beschwerde erhielt ich ein anderes Zimmer, in dem die Heizung ebenfalls nicht funktionierte. Später stellte sich heraus, dass es ein allgemeines Heizungsproblem gab.

Zusätzlich fiel der Strom aus, weshalb ich gezwungen war, eine Nacht früher abzureisen. Das neue Zimmer war zudem nicht ordnungsgemäß vorbereitet: Das Bett war nicht bezogen, im Bad befanden sich Flecken und das Zimmer war insgesamt nicht sauber. Diese Punkte haben den Aufenthalt deutlich negativ beeinflusst.

Jammer dat de kamers op de Expedia advertenties veel nieuwer en luxer uitzien dan in het echt. Met het meubilair is wel geprobeerd een modern gevoel te geven, maar alles voelt enorm goedkoop aan en oogt wat achterstallig. Nu is de kamerprijs in orde en kun je daarvoor geen luxe verwachten, maar als ik dan de parkeerkosten (sowieso belachelijk voor een hotel op een industrieterrein!) en kosten van het ontbijt voor 2 personen erbij optel, kom je op een prijs waarvoor je net zo goed een luxer hotel had kunnen nemen waarbij parkeren en ontbijt inbegrepen waren. Daarnaast was het ontbijtbuffet al grotendeels op voordat wij kwamen, en waren de bedden slecht. Het hoofdkussen was zo mini en dun, dat is ronduit onacceptabel in ieder hotel…

Für Familien nicht zu empfehlen. Frühstück für 3 Personen sollte 60€ kosten. 200m weiter ist ein Bäcker, wo wir gefrühstückt haben und haben dafür 20€ bezahlt.
Ausklappcouch sehr sehr hart.
Bei uns Lies sich die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, da sie nicht in den Türrahmen passte. Der Fön hatte leider keine Funktion, da er nach wenigen Sekunden wieder aus ging.
Ansonsten war es sehr sauber und die Belegschaft war recht freundlich.

Das Hotel bietet in dieser Klasse alles was man braucht ohne viel Schnickschnack. Die Zimmerausstattung ist funktionell, Zimmer und Bad war sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. An dem zubuchbaren Frühstück gab es nichts auszusetzen, am Buffet war alles vorhanden was man braucht um satt zu werden.
