The room was clean and convenient. Only one stop on the S-bahn from the airport and easy access on the same line into the heart of Frankfurt. I had an overnight layover and was able to go explore the Römerberg and have dinner before heading back to a comfortable bed. In the morning I had the buffet breakfast that was absolutely worth the money with lots of food and drink choices. I was able to easily catch a train back to the airport and navigate the airport. A lovely stopover.

My exclusion of the star is because my room on the first floor directly overlooked both the S-Bahn and some construction: I don't know which it was, but there were enough loud noises throughout the night that it did interfere with my sleep.

Room was clean, staff was kind but hard to understand as they were non-native. It's the furthest hotel within walking distance from the airport, the shortest if you take the S-Bahn.
USB didn't work, they will put a 50€ deposit on your card and there is a 2€ tourist fee that wasn't disclosed to me until I received the bill.

We always arrive at the property in the morning because of time change with Canada and I always request early check in at the time booking , but the property never give us early check in . Room was very hot we asked few times but nothing was done we were told to open the window, opening the window was not good enough since the our side was hot . I have to rethink about booking here for my next trip.

Uncomfortable bed - horrible pillows that completely flatten when you put head on them, there was no support. Very scratchy sheets & linens. Also one of my pillows was wet on the inside (hopefully just from being laundered) which grossed me out.

Curtains didn't shut fully on either side (both windows the same issue) so couldn't sleep past dawn.

Dressing gown had brown dirt of some sort on it, so I didn't unfold it to wear.

I pointed these issues out when leaving, to no response from front desk.

Very expensive night for the quality of cleanliness and room.

Hotel is okay. Rooms of a decent size and short walk to T2 at the airport. A/C however is awful, even on strongest mode it failed to cool the room down after a moderately warm day. Room was still 24C at midnight after being on for 3 hours. Pillows were very thin too so felt like your head was on the duvet.

Arrived at Hotel early evening as was informed that the Hotel Restaurant was fully booked so we had to go to an Italian around the corner, how can a hotel be fully booked, is it unable to cater for its capacity of people staying? Ruined the whole stay.

The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably large. It was easy to check in. I had trouble lowering the temperature in the room so I called the front desk. They told me to open the window which worked well as it was much colder outside than in the room.

The best thing about the hotel is that is sits on top of a train station where you can catch an S8 or S9 train for a one minute ride to the airport.

Easy ride on the train from the airport - only one stop. Hotel sent instructions before arrival. Room was ok for an overnight before flight. Comfortable bed but only one pillow per person. Breakfast was fine. We arrived late at night and the area was pretty dead. It was difficult to find something to eat but did manage to get a pizza at the hotel next door.

We basically used this hotel just to get some rest before my wife flew out the next morning. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The room was very quiet. My only issue was there were only two pillows on the bed and I have a bad back and usually put one between my knees. I didn't request an additional pillow because it was already late, but there were no other issues.

The bathroom and the carpet were so filthy that I had to call room-service to take care of it: yellow spots on the floor around the toilet, toothbrush splashes on the wall, hairs on the walls/my bed/the floor, multiple dark drink spots on the carpeted floor. The HVAC did not work either. I called room-repair again, to request a warmer temp.,the gentleman told me to wait 20 minutes, but after 1 hr it had cooled the room 2 degrees Celsius, instead of heating it.The staff was very friendly otherwise, but could not take care of the filth and heat. I did not receive a different room either. The room was quiet, and the restaurant and food were great, though.

The hotel is excellent, with outstanding facilities and spacious, comfortable rooms. The restaurant offers very good food, and all the staff are friendly and professional. Beds were comfortable but only one pillow was provided per person and they flattened into nothing when you lay on them. The staff did quickly bring extra blankets.

The room was so overpacked with furniture you could barely move and the lack of overhead lighting left most of it so dark we could barely see to pack up.

Front desk staff were beyond useless. They were unable to tell us anything about the restaurants around the hotel and instead suggested ordering dominos on UberEats. When leaving I asked them to confirm the pickup pin was in the correct location to call an uber and they gave me directions to the train station. I understand guests may not know about the train, but I’m standing in front of you with the app open and all my luggage.

Staff was nice and helpful. Parking garage onsite was good. Hotel was clean and fairly modern and well kept. The bed and pillow were nice. The extra bed for our two teenage kids was horrible though - very uneven and lumpy with the bars sticking through . I was actually quite worried about my kids back health. This bad of a sofa bed should be against the local health laws. If not for this sofa bed , I would rate this place a 5 but with the sofa bed I rate it a three as it seems dishonest and deceitful to call this a room for 4 . This was the worst sofa bed we have ever seen and used. The cafeteria and food was actually amazing. Highly recommend the restaurant there although we didn’t like the taste nor super small size of the apple struedel dessert- that dessert was a rip off and blah. Tomato soup, hamburger and chicken burger were amazing as were the braised vegetables. Hotel was otherwise clean quiet and comfy.

Excellent. I had a 10 hour layover in Frankfurt. Arrived at the hotel at 11 AM. Anahitta, was so helpful. She gave me an early checkin and a great room. Slept, shower and took the metro to the city center to visit the Christmas market. 1 minute walk to and from the station. Checked out and only one stop back tp the airport. Great way to avoid flying business class yet travel with dignity. Thank you to Anahitta and Hassan.
