The bathroom and the carpet were so filthy that I had to call room-service to take care of it: yellow spots on the floor around the toilet, toothbrush splashes on the wall, hairs on the walls/my bed/the floor, multiple dark drink spots on the carpeted floor. The HVAC did not work either. I called room-repair again, to request a warmer temp.,the gentleman told me to wait 20 minutes, but after 1 hr it had cooled the room 2 degrees Celsius, instead of heating it.The staff was very friendly otherwise, but could not take care of the filth and heat. I did not receive a different room either. The room was quiet, and the restaurant and food were great, though.

The hotel is excellent, with outstanding facilities and spacious, comfortable rooms. The restaurant offers very good food, and all the staff are friendly and professional. The location is ideal, just one train stop from the airport and four stops from Frankfurt city center. Everything was excellent.

Beds were comfortable but only one pillow was provided per person and they flattened into nothing when you lay on them. The staff did quickly bring extra blankets.

The room was so overpacked with furniture you could barely move and the lack of overhead lighting left most of it so dark we could barely see to pack up.

Front desk staff were beyond useless. They were unable to tell us anything about the restaurants around the hotel and instead suggested ordering dominos on UberEats. When leaving I asked them to confirm the pickup pin was in the correct location to call an uber and they gave me directions to the train station. I understand guests may not know about the train, but I’m standing in front of you with the app open and all my luggage.

Staff was nice and helpful. Parking garage onsite was good. Hotel was clean and fairly modern and well kept. The bed and pillow were nice. The extra bed for our two teenage kids was horrible though - very uneven and lumpy with the bars sticking through . I was actually quite worried about my kids back health. This bad of a sofa bed should be against the local health laws. If not for this sofa bed , I would rate this place a 5 but with the sofa bed I rate it a three as it seems dishonest and deceitful to call this a room for 4 . This was the worst sofa bed we have ever seen and used. The cafeteria and food was actually amazing. Highly recommend the restaurant there although we didn’t like the taste nor super small size of the apple struedel dessert- that dessert was a rip off and blah. Tomato soup, hamburger and chicken burger were amazing as were the braised vegetables. Hotel was otherwise clean quiet and comfy.

Excellent. I had a 10 hour layover in Frankfurt. Arrived at the hotel at 11 AM. Anahitta, was so helpful. She gave me an early checkin and a great room. Slept, shower and took the metro to the city center to visit the Christmas market. 1 minute walk to and from the station. Checked out and only one stop back tp the airport. Great way to avoid flying business class yet travel with dignity. Thank you to Anahitta and Hassan.

When you first walk into the property, you are greeted by a very strong chemical smell reminiscent of cheap perfume with an industrial-cleaner twist. If you are coming in early in the morning from an overseas flight and are hoping for an early check-in, you are out of luck. Apparently they have no room-prepping/bedding staff on the premises until 9 AM, and then they might or might not be able to get to it before 3 PM (the standard check-in time), and if/when they do, you'll have to pay an early-check-in fine of 30 euros. But you are welcome to hang around the lobby until then and enjoy the chemical smell (there's only one tiny couch in the lobby btw, and a few chairs around a table). There's nothing to do in the neighborhood in the meantime. The hotel advertises as being \"at the airport\" but they're actually 3 kilometers out and there is NO shuttle to and from the airport (other hotels in the area do provide shuttle service), so you have to take a taxi (around 15 or 20 euros for a single trip) or a train. Room interiors are underwhelming. For some bizarre reason, the pillow cases do not envelope the entire pillow snugly - about half of the pillow is left exposed. The AC is not controllable, it's either on or off, apparently centrally controlled. The room I was given had a severely unpleasant smell (of the bathroom variety), so they had to move me. No help was provided in moving rooms - I had to haul all of my luggage by myself. Staff seems like they couldn't care less. Strong

Hotel was very nice staff nice. Check in easy had to pay $15 to check in early but otherwise fast check in. Dinner was amazing food was great and dining staff amazing also. Definitely eat dinner here. Super close to airport and transportation line was very easy one stop away. Definitely recommend for overnight stay before flight.

The hotel is a great option if one has a flight to catch as it is situated right next to the train station, 1 stop away from the airport station and priced affordably compared to the closer hotels situated at the airport station.

The hotel was clean and spacious and is as advertised. Unfortunately for me, a large family with multiple rooms were playing door tag w/ their young children and the doors were slamming every 2 minutes. I was about to go to bed and had to call the reception. They were kind enough to offer me another room but I had told them I was literally in bed and so I suspect they were able to get in touch with the adults of the parties around me to have them calm down and take control of their children. The slamming of doors stopped until 7am the next morning. Luckily for me, I was already up and was about to leave. I'm very happy with how the hotel was able to handle this particular occurrence.

There is a bar and hotel restaurant located at the reception level and a small snack bar with some quick meals that can be reheated.

The bed felt soft when I sat on it but I had a great sleep so no complaints there either. Front desk was able to mail off my postcards as well so that was nice too.

Clean,quiet and comfortable room in a hotel close to the airport. Things could be improved: (1) the pump on the soap dispensers don't deliver much liquid soap; (2) there was no moisturiser in the dispenser; (3) housekeeping burst into the room around 9.20am without knocking or checking whether the room was occupied. So glad I was already dressed! For an overnight stay, this place was fine.
