We were alone in a basement. Me my daughter in law and grandson. I expressed my concerns and the front desk told me it was the only thing available. No air conditioning when it plainly stated they did have air. We left without a refund and stayed at a different hotel the remainder of our stay. Very disappointed

Overall, it was a good short experience yet two problems caught my attention. One is that the room/hotel had that cigarette smell from the past that was dominant, and the night shift receptionist was getting frustrated with a stapler and throwing f-words around while I was waiting for him to get me in. Otherwise, nice hotel, room was all good.

My room was nice and breezy. But the walls were too thin, I could the phone conversation between the guy in the next room. And on the other side, I would hear the guy snoring through the night. Slept with earplugs for the five days I was there.
The breakfast is good. Parking is easy and free/included.
I would stay here again, but get a different room at the end

Hotel was a bit out of the city but well worth it. Check in was easy. Our room was fabulous. The girl at the front desk offered us the sauna at a low fee, also well worth it as it was freezing. We really enjoyed that. Slept well, quiet room, super comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to offer. I can’t wait to stay here again, I’ll definitely be back

1- WC is in room hans’t air conditioner you need to small what passed.
2- beds are not even single size you could easily fell down.
3- when you’re settled on the middle of the bed it bends up like boat 🚤
4- we had extremely cold room heating system was broken we asked for heater they have no one!!! We made complaint still waiting to manager to respond after 2 days.
5- we were charged €25 for breakfast which was only few cheeses and sausage, that you can buy cross the hotel from Lidl for €5.
6- cushions were extremely low quality and dirty.
7- pillows were smaller than cover( maybe they thought that you can wear it in winter😡

We stayed in the Naam hotel for business, and we were there only over night. Althought we had not, there is a possibility of taking breakfast and other meals in the hotel.
The stuff is kind, and the hotel is clean. Bus stop is 2-3 min away, and a tram stop cca 10 minutes walking.

We stayed at NAAM Hotel & Apartments the night before our flight. We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport (10 min drive) and it offered free parking, breakfast, and WIFI. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and hospitable.

We rated this room 4/5 stars because of a few small points. The room was clean, but smelled heavily of cleaning products / perfume to the point we had to leave the windows open for ~30 minutes to air it out. This did the trick, but it was quite chilly for late November to have the windows open. Other small negatives included the shower head (broken - had to hold it up, or just use the waterfall shower on the ceiling), thin walls at night and heard lots of neighbors, and a very tight parking lot. Even so, we would stay here again if we need a hotel near the airport (without paying airport prices).

This is the second time we stayed at Hotel Naam when visiting relatives in Frankfurt. Once in Nov. 2019, and now in Aug. 2022. It is still as clean and neat, nicely maintained. The breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items and is kept very clean and well-stocked. The hotel has plenty of parking and is also within walking distance to the Griesheim train station where the S-bahn takes you downtown in about 10 minutes. Very convenient. We won't hesitate to return to Hotel Naam.
On caveat: Rooms on the top floor get very hot in summer time (when it's 28 or 30 deg. C outside), and it takes about a day for the air conditioning to cool the room down. It would be nice if housekeeping could turn the air conditioning on in the morning if the room is being rented out that day. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. The customer service was very bad. The front desk guy( bold Indian guy) did not want to give info because he was on a video chat with girl. The room does not get cleaned on time and I have to request twice to get a clean sheet and towel.

The lady in the breakfast room is the only good thing going for this hotel. She was very helpful and friendly.

Modern and very clean. Bath room is great and the shower is the best in my entire Europe trip.

The electric power sockets support both euro and American standards. This is very friendly to the chargers of our cellphones/ipad/laptops brought from US.

Easy commute to city center and airport. Shopping is also very easy. There is a big REWE center nearby.

I checked to the hotel after hours around 2315 because my flight was delayed. Anyway I get to the front of the hotel and nobody was there. I panicked and got scared because I had nowhere else to go. A staff member saw me via camera. He left his home and came to the hotel to help me get in and settle. Not only that, he took his time to take me in his own car to find something to eat. In Germany everything closes early. I can’t thank this staff member enough for being there and helping me. Million thanks for your help and for being professional the whole time.

Just what we needed

Stayed one night before catching a flight. We chose this hotel because it was close to both the airport and the city AND it had free parking. There isn’t much going on in the immediate neighbourhood but it was a quick train ride into the central area of town. Clean, friendly, good breakfast.

Great start to vacation for family of five.

This was an excellent place to stay for our family after arriving in Frankfurt from the US. The management staff was extremely helpful and catered to our every need. The room was very clean and comfortable and the grounds around the hotel were very well kept. The included breakfast had a good variety with eggs, meat, cereals, yogurts, fruit, and breads. We also had Indian food from the menu the first night of our stay which was wonderful. The grocery store a half block away is also convenient for picking up snacks and other necessities you might need during travel. While the hotel is a few miles from downtown Frankfurt, it is a reasonable taxi fare to get downtown and the sites around the Romer area. We did not use the metro since we were traveling with an elderly mom.

Nice hotel in quiet location, car needed

I liked convenience of location (proximity to the airport and city center. And free parking is definitely a plus. Room was comfortable, outside are is nice, and staff helpful. Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast was served (starts at 6am). There is not much in the neighborhood, but train station is within walking distance. I will likely stay there again, as long as travel by car.

From the moment I walked through the door I received nothing but good service, the staff truly went out of their way to make the stay a positive experience.
The room itself was very good, it looked as though it had been recently built or refurbished. The quality of the rooms was actually quite impressive. The room was very comfortable and accommodating. It had a great entertainment system and desk, meaning a could easily work in the room. As well as that I could connect my phone via Bluetooth to the TV and audio system. The bathroom was also high quality and came equipped with a multitude quality soaps. The shower was particularly nice. One thing I did love about the entire room was that it had heated flooring. It really was a pleasure staying here and I would highly recommend it!
The breakfast was good, with a variety of options available (hot and cold) as well as a daily rotation of the menu. I didn't eat at the hotel in the evening but it looked like they had a variety of Indian and European options - my only reason for not eating here was that I wanted to explore the city in the evening, and so I ate there instead. Which leads onto the location, which for me was perfect. It was only a short drive or taxi journey to the city centre, making it conveniently situated. There was a reasonably sized supermarket within a stones throw from the hotel. This hotel also has car parking spaces.

Taxi costs stop this being a cheaper option

Very clean, functional, somewhat sterile furnishings. Spacious. Good breakfast. Slow internet. No lift to first floor and could be a problem for travellers with heavy cases. Near airport but cost of a taxi to get there is around 30 euros. Parking if you have your own vehicle.

Immaculate hotel 10 minute walk from train station

Hotel is great, and perfect for a family. We had one queen bed, a roll-away single bed, and a sofa bed. I typically hate sofa beds, but it was outstanding and slept comfortably. The hotel is immaculate and is as clean as if it was finished yesterday. Highlight of the room is the large bathroom with heated floor, rain-style shower, and huge tub.
Area and street is not very attractive. Closest restaurants are about a 7 minute walk away, and train station is a 10 minute walk. Once to the train though you are only one stop from Frankfurt's central Bahnhof.

What a gem...

I wasn't too sure about the place when we drove into the neighborhood. Not dangerous or anything but just a little dated. But the hotel itself was great. The greeting from the front desk staff, comfort of the bedding, the overall cleanliness of the room,easy and strong wifi, free parking, short walk to the train, and the delicious breakfasts; made this a perfect weekend getaway. A hidden gem for sure.

Excellent modern hotel close to the airport.

Stayed there on my recent trip to Frankfurt and was very pleased with everything this place had to offer. Very modern and clean. Staff was excellent. Room was very comfortable and modern. Parking was free and the free hot breakfast was very good. I am a Hilton Gold member and usually try to stay at a Hilton but since I had a car and parking was expensive, I took and chance and found a hidden gem for the next time I am in Frankfurt.

New hotel close to Frankfurt city & airport

Great place to stay in the Frankfurt area. The rooms are nicely done. Breakfast is excellent.
There is also a small gym with weights and 2 cardio machines.

Excellent choice near Frankfurt Airport

We stayed at NAAM for one night as we were returning back to Canada. It is a brand new and very nice hotel/appartement about 10 minute drive to the Frankfurt Airport and is offered at a very good price. There are three good restaurants nearby, which makes it even more convenient. Parking is free and they have very good security measures in around the facility. The free breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Was a nice tidy & clean new hotel, it's good to stay as it is in the outskirts of Frankfurt, you can visit the region in a relatively value price hotel.
Arriving at night was problematic, we had a hard time to find it despite having the GPS, as the light hotel sign was not working, I guess it was the only drawback.
