I wouldn't rush back to stay here. There were too many issues with staff and service. Simple customer service issues that just showed lack of care.
The pool is small and the sauna wasn't working.
They don't replace water when you've drunk it in the room. Air conditioning dehydrates and water is helpful.
The breakfast was nice - good choice of food, and although I'd prepaid, they told me I hadn't. Another mistake by the hotel.
All in all, it is a functional hotel, but so is the travellodge. I had expected better for the cost.

The ABSOLUTELY WORST RADDISON BLU I HAVE STAYED AT!!! I am a rewards member and have stayed at several other locations. first, the staff WAS AMAZING! They tried there best to help but over all the facilities is terrible. In my first room, The tv did not work, The heat in my room did not work so they switch my room in the middle of the night. Moved to a second room, the heat did not work, the heated floors in bath room did not work and the tv did not work. The sauna sign says open at 6am did not open until 7am. Was suppose to stay the entire weekend from Friday till Sunday. After one night I checked out and will NEVER stay at the RADDISON BLU in Frankfurt. As a LOYAL reward member I was not offered any kind of upgrade for all the broken items in room for the inconvenience. Hopefully this location upgrade and fix its faulty building.

The room itself was fantastic. However the water has a major temperature change problem. I literally had my hand burnt while shaving because the hot suddenly went to scalding hot (my hand was bright red for an hour). This same problem continued in the shower, had to take a cold shower so that it would go warm instead of burning when it would change. Not sure if this hotel uses a pressure regulator or not, but something is broken. Then, room service food options is dismal. If your hungry for a regular meal for lunch or dinner, forget it. The food menu is terribly tiny and not actually dinner food (not even sandwiches are offered). All other aspects, the hotel was great. Use uber eats if you want to order food to your room.

We stayed at the Radisson as the last stop in a multi week holiday in Europe. The experience was all you can expect from the brand and then some... Awesome service, beds and furniture were super comfy, the look and feel of the hotel is very sharp and clean yet welcoming at the same time.

Overall experience was great, we're glad we picked this as our last stop. Can't wait to come back next year!

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like in the room was that we can’t open any windows so the air was quiet stuffy. But the service was really terrible. Checkin took over half an hour with a huge line of guests waiting. Staff was not really helpful. In the evening we went to the bar where the staff asked if we had a reservation and that we can only eat here with a reservation even though it was 10pm and almost empty. We were allowed to sit down for only a drink, got served the wrong drink and just treated and talked to in a very weird and uncomfortable way. When we asked at the reception for some robes for the spa they just said there are none left. Feels like they dont care at all and their smiles also seemed quiet fake. Would probably not stay here again.

Communication was awful. Got an email stating I was allowed to submit requests for early check in and late check out. I submitted these requests and never heard back despite sending 2 follow up emails. When I arrived at the hotel the staff was quite stand offish and stated they had no idea about these requests. The food at the bar was mediocre at best. No house coats in the rooms and very little closet space. Venue was quite good otherwise

This property is poorly managed. Never a manager on duty, guests were assigned dirty occupied rooms, key cards never worked, parking kiosk never worked, no washcloths, no water, staff rude and unfriendly, rooms never cleaned in a manner they should have been. All around awful and I plan on taking this to a higher level

Arriving around midnight and a long line waiting for check in. If it was not a volunteer traveller to organize the check in, everyone could wait longer (some people already wait more than 2 hrs just for check in!!) When finally get into the room, I found out there are some footprint in the bathroom...clearly the cleaning team leave in a hurry. I understand that it's due some system error that causes the hotel doesn't prepare the room and they got a team to clean up the room in a hurry. However, the whole situation is really disappointing.

The only good thing about the hotel was the unique property structure. I was fooled by the appearance. If you are on vacation or with a family this is NOT the place for you. This hotel is mainly suited for corporate events or layovers, not for families. This was our last stop for our month long vacation in Europe and it was the worst experience! Within an hour of checking it went from bad to worse. Another guest was assigned our room and walked in our room shortly after checking in, we were provided with only 1 towel for myself and my husband, no one answers when you call the front desk or housekeeping so I had to go back downstairs to request more towels and discuss our security concerns, the keys stopped working since they had to cancel the other guest keys and they didn’t let us know, the front desk girl was seemed very concerned letting us know about any charges if we used anything from the mini bar - which turned out to be empty - and then tried to cover it up by saying she meant if we purchased something from the bar downstairs?? The kettle didn’t work to make tea, the service in the restaurant on the 2 night was slow and non existent - they were more concerned with polishing the cutlery then checking on the patrons- we never did get our meal since we had to leave for our early morning flight. Anything that could go wrong did during our short stay here. Stay away!

A good place to stay in Frankfurt

The Radisson Blu Frankfurt was very nice and convenient to the FRA airport as well as destination sights to see. Had some minor troubles with they room keys not working and oddly, I have experienced this with other Radisson Blu hotels. The Circle K lobby bar was good quality food and the breakfast was also good quality. My only wish is to see room service available by telephone, you have to use their online chat bot and I gave up after a few minutes.

The hotel was a landmark. It was massive and you could distinctly see it from miles away .
The receptionists were fast and efficient .

The room was beautiful but I didn’t appreciate the lack of traditional cupboards .

My stay was for 3 nights and by the second night I had to be moved due to firstly vents in bathroom not working and the toilet not flushing properly, moved to second the toilet didn't even flush, onto the 3rd room on the same floor the room large which was good however the telly kept switching itself on and off through the night.. Obviously a terrible night.
At their restaurant we got such bad service(very rude waiter) it is such a let down.
I have gone to a few Radisson Hotels however I would not recommend this one unfortunately... I expected the same standards or better than the other Radisson chain hotels. A dissatisfied and disappointing visit.

Extremely disappointing. At 9pm when I decided to take a shower I realized there were no bath towels. All no conditioner. And water in shower constantly changed temperate from hot to cold to hot abruptly. This concussed for 3 days. There was no bottled water provided in the room. The furniture was so uncomfortable. The couch in the suite was rock hard. One of the phones in the room did not work. I ordered 2 bottles of water and they wanted to charge me 22euro. Every time I called the front desk it took ages for anyone to deliver anything to my room. I will never stay here again. And frankly the interior design is contemporary but cheaply done and depressing.

We were unable to check-in to the Radisson Blu Frankfurt because their credit card machines were down. Mind you we had paid for the room via Expedia so you would think they'd at least assign us rooms and get our credit cards later, but no. After an 8 hour flight, we forfeited the money we paid and opted to stay at the Grandhotel Hessischer Hof which had far better service and a better more central location.
We were told to leave our luggage at the reception and go to our meetings then come back later. We did and nothing had changed. So we took our luggage and left. First impressions are everything!

What a shame this stay let us down. We booked with Expedia with FREE parking.
When checking in we were told it was an extra €28!
We had to show the booking for them to believe us.
They asked us to email them our booking so that they could sort it out with Expedia but it’s ckearly on the website that car park is free.
Most importantly - I burnt myself in the shower as the water went from warm to hot then to cold! This was without touching a thing and the toilet was certainly wasnot flushed. This is a bad fault especially if young children are showering, although I was none too happy!
The body lotion in our business class superior room was runny.
No cotton buds or cotton wool pads.
Only two creamers (sachets) for the coffee.
No kettle - just the Nespresso that had to be run through for clear water for my tea.
The room was small albeit double aspect.
There was no iron or ironing board in room. No room to put one up either.
The shower pressure was poor.
There were no robes in the room. We asked for some but were told to go down for some at 6.30am! I asked for them to be put outside our door instead as we wanted to wear them down to the pool for an early morning swim. They weren’t delivered.
However, when we phoned for some they were there within 5 minutes.
There was no body lotion or conditioner that I could see in the wellness spa/pool area.
Breakfast was €29 which we feel is a bit expensive.
The plus sides:
Very comfortable bed & bedding.

We arrived at the hotel around 10 am and asked to check in and they said to come back in an hour and we’d be able to. We did that, and once again we’re told to come back in an hour. They told us we would be able to check in in one hour 5 times! They finally let us check in at 2:30 pm after we waited there for 4.5 hours and as we checked in, they off-handedly mentioned that the room they were giving us had been unoccupied and available all day!
The staff was so rude and not helpful or understanding at all. I would never recommend this hotel or it’s awful staff to anyone.

Everything great except the bathroom sink and shower would suddenly become very hot, and then go back to normal. The morning I was leaving this was especially bad, as the shower would switch between normal and painfully-hot every 10 seconds or so. Otherwise, excellent hotel--clean, beautiful, great view, etc.

Very convenient for my venue visit. Very nice staff too but I didn’t have a bathtub in the bathroom which I really wanted a long soak bath. One major disappointment was that there was a door adjacent to my room and the couple there were extremely noisy with music etc. I didn’t complain because I didn’t spend too much time in my room & only stayed for one night.

The room whilst nice didn't have enough wardrobe space for our five night stay, without hanging clothes in the room itself - my preference is to have clothes out of sight. The bed was comfortable although the pillows weren't all that plump and our bedding had the odd hole and tear in it. The minibar was only replenished once during our stay, and we had to make a request for this to happen. No bathrobes in our room to go and use the pool and sauna, again we had to request these although other guests assured us we should have had these in our room. The restaurant menu was very limited but the room service menu had more dishes available, hence we had room service on two of the nights. Breakfast was great, cannot fault the selection or quality offered. We were there on business attending the Messe Frankfurt and the location we found useful for this. Overall I would say I felt a bit underwhelmed by the hotel for the cost.

There was no in room menu or do not disturb sign. One English Channel on tv which was the news. Huge shortage of staff especially in reception. Breakfast was expensive and a huge disappointment. Not much variety, replacement of food was slow, lack of pastries. Safe did not work but maintenance were efficient in trying to resolve ALL in room issues. Great member of staff as was the poor rushed of his feet staff member who provided room service.
