Yes clean. The room was tiny with a cement ceiling and wall. The bed was comfortable but the room was claustrophobic small. The carpet wasn't even carpet, kind of a burlap. The bus in the evening ran once an hour so we had to spend $25 on a taxi that dropped us off at night behind the building in the construction zone. In the morning we had to drag our 4 bags 2 blocks to an extremely crowded bus stop to catch their shuttle. Never again.

It’s was amazing. The check in was very simple at the kiosk. I didn’t have to speak to no one. Check in and out. Now the shuttle took awhile to pick up so allow yourself extra time to get to airport.

We chose this hotel based on its ratings, location and services. It turned out that the description was at least misleading. The only real positive is the fact that it is a brand new place. But this is also a downside, as the modern rooms are rather small, with bare concrete ceilings (not sure if by design), a fold down tiny table, a couple of small stools (or maybe nightstands?) and a few hangers. The bathroom has got bare bones amenities and it is “heated” by a barely warm timer controlled electrical towel rack. The free airport shuttle was decisive for our choice – but what a disappointment! It runs only once an hour (we missed it by 5 minutes), was overcrowded, no help with the luggage and due to street work, it left us at a bus stop, fair distance to the hotel. There is no mention on the hotel website or Expedia that we have to drag our luggage in the dark through snow both ways! Upon arrival the staff didn’t even bother to greet the numerous guests; check-in happens at self-serve booths; nobody cares to give directions or help with the luggage. The advertised tea and coffee at the reception are not complementary. The “free” breakfast is actually just added to the nightly rate and it is rather thin for a German hotel. Overall, didn’t feel welcomed and would definitely not recommend.

I give the hotel 5 stars, but there is a major disadvantage to this hotel, which is its location - quite a distance from the airport, and the airport shuttle is pretty inconvenient and infrequent. It is also hard to locate and iddicult to obtain information about. It drops you off at a bus stop a few hundred metres from the hotel, which is not so bad - unless it is sub-freezing, you have lots of bags, and/or children. All of which we had....

It was ok.
I took the airport shuttle from/to the airport which was disappointing - shuttle stopped quite a distance down the road and the driver offered no help with luggage etc.
Room was clean but \"cold\" - bare, concrete walls/ceiling and no \"extra\" amenities.
Staff was efficient but not overly friendly. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.
Unlikely to stay here again though.

Breakfast was rather basic.
What was disappointing is that, the hotel is located rather remote and for dinner there isn’t a lot of choices. They offer pizza but it is expensive for what it is.

The bus didn’t not show twice at the designed pick up point, I ended up waiting for 2hours only to be told I had missed the last one. Infuriating as it never showed.

The hotel is barely staffed, there is no reception so therefore no one to talk to or as questions. If you’re lucky you might be able to grab one of the cleaners who may to may not speak English. I was lucky enough to find one who speaks English. I asked them about the bus to leave the hotel and was told you have to walk to a bus stop. For your reference this so not provided to you in the check-in instructions and there is a poster in the desk next to the bar. The hotel was fine, you get what you pay for I guess.

Tried to call about airport pick up - NO ANSWER so had to take Uber for 20 Europe. Airport shuttle runs ONCE an hour and have to walk 800 feet to get shuttle in morning. Ceiling in room was total UNfinished concrete that's looked like a warehouse - major creepy, only one person at reception entire time. Rooms were the smallest ever booked - size of a hostel! Yes rate was cheap - 90 euros so guess we got what we paid for.

Hotel was great, no complaints at all there. The shuttle to the airport wasn't organized very well. Had to run down the street to catch the bus to the airport. Departed ten minutes earlier than advertised, so we had to sprint to catch it. Just telling it like it was.

I didn’t ever speak to a staff person; the line was long when I checked in, so I used the computers. And there was no one to be found during my attempt to check out. This wouldn’t have been a problem, except that it made for a confusing time finding the airport shuttle pickup spot.

My biggest reason for giving a 3 is that the airport shuttles are too infrequent to really count as a convenient solution. I booked this hotel because it advertised itself as convenient to the Frankfurt airport. Yet, arriving in the evening, I had to wait in the cold for 45 minutes before the shuttle bus arrived, particularly since I was afraid I’d miss it (not knowing what it looked like among many other shuttles). But the astonishingly crowded morning shuttle was the very worst. It was so overcrowded with people and luggage that we had to make precarious stacks of slippery suitcases, just to carve out standing room. Some of this was inconsiderate fellow-passengers refusing to move their stuff, but almost all of this could have been mitigated if the shuttles came every 1/2 hour rather than every hour.

The breakfast was okay—very basic—and the room was clean and comfortable.

Zleep Hotel was a great option for airport accommodations. It was convenient to Frankfurt Airport, very clean and easy to check in. Parking was easy and immediately outside the hotel and the premises was very clean.

I liked it because it was new, quiet and comfortable. I chose it in part because of the free shuttle, but the shuttle was late, complicated to find at the airport, overcrowded and stops a block away from the hotel, something to keep in mind in the winter. If I could go back in time I would just take an Uber instead of the shuttle.

Nice new hotel with spacious rooms and great elevators. I checked in with a digital kiosk at the entrance, which spits out a room key card quickly. However the kiosk doesn’t do everything (like share the WiFi password or provide information about the breakfast or shuttle). So I had to then go back down to the front desk to wait in line to retrieve the information. I feel like I had to check-in twice. I recommend skipping the kiosk, which does not save any time and actually makes the check-in more lengthy, and check-in directly with the humans at the front desk.

Also the free airport shuttle was a nice perk that attracted me to the hotel. Zleep provides a time table and meeting point instructions online. Going from the airport to Zleep was no problem, but getting from the hotel to the airport in the morning was stressful. On the morning I went to the airport there was a large number of us squeezing into to bus (more than was safe). We all had to catch a flight, so there was a lot of jostling for space; no one could afford to take the next shuttle in one hour. Every seat was full and we crammed ourselves in like sardines. Zleep would be advised to add more morning shuttles.

Chose this hotel for its proximity to the hotel. The shuttle only comes once an hour. It was a long wait after traveling. The shuttle doesn't even drop you off in front of the hotel. If you have luggage, you need to cross the street, go through a grassy area to get to the hotel without going all the way around. We went with an Uber since the shuttle doesn't pick up at the hotel. You need to walk to the next street over to wait for the shuttle. They say \"small restaurant\". That means you have 5 different pizzas to choose from, but when I was there, it meant 2 pizzas. The rooms are tiny. We could not even open 1 medium suitcase comfortably. On the positive side, the few staff working were very, very nice and helpful.

Would not stay there again.

Conveniently located. Airport shuttle makes things convenient, just remember to look at the schedule as the last morning ride is at 10:39. No problem ubering to and from though. Bed was comfortable - definitely beats sleeping on benches at the airport if you’ve gotten delayed.

Staff was almost non-existent. No reply to messages or calls directly to hotel. Hotel has Self check-in so didn’t even talk to anyone on arrival. It has a simple continental buffet breakfast and bar/restaurant service was order at counter and clear your own table. Shuttle only runs periodically. It’s definitely a place for a decent night sleep for fly in and out service as the hotel rooms were small but new and clean.

Room was very small, but we only stayed for one night on our way back from Frankfurt. The airport shuttle runs every hour from FRA unlike other hotels that run shuttles every 30 minutes. Our shuttle was late, came in after 1 hr. and 15 minutes of waiting, and it was completely packed. It is close to the airport, so it was convenient for an early morning flight, but we took the Uber since shuttle does starts after 5:30. Breakfast was just ok as compared to other hotels as described by others in our party as we left early. We tried their pizza at the bar dinner since there were not many dining options available around this hotel that were within walking distance.

This hotel is economical. So you get what you pay for. Rooms are small even for Europe standards. Breakfast are was full of flies both days we were there. While the shuttle picks you up in front of hotel, the drop off at the hotel is block away. So f you use the shuttles when you come from the airport to check in at hotel you will have to walk a block with suitcases and all.

The only issue is the lobby and dining area is full of flies. Couldn't even have a peaceful breakfast without the flies trying to land on your plate. Let's even worse when you think that at the buffet their is nothing to scare them off. That was a huge no for me.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was easy to find and it was a short wait. Getting from the hotel back to the airport the next day was easy as well.
We had tasty pizza in the dining area for dinner and didn't mind the lack of options; it kept it simple for them and for us.
I liked the options available at breakfast; we had a good start to our day and enjoyed the coffee..

New ZLEEP hotel built in 2025 in a quiet commercial area 15 mins. from Frankfort Airport. (there is a group of 4 other hotels nearby) Free shuttle to/from airport every hour. Built with true German efficiency, rooms are small but comfortable, good bed and A/C, Elevators, Parking, good shower, the large windows open for fresh air. Breakfast for a $ fee, Bar open 24 hours, limited food - pizza only. HIGHLY recommended- good value.

공항에서 가깝다는 것이 최대의 장점입니다. 밤에 체크인해서 잠깐 눈 붙이고 아침 일찍 나가야 하는 저희에게는 최선의 선택이었습니다. 간단하게 시리얼과 빵 뿐이었지만 조식이 포함된 것도 장점입니다. 아침을 먹을 때 프랑스의 수도가 수십 마리 날아다니는데, 이 프랑스의 수도와 친하신 분들에게는 최적의 숙소입니다. ㅎㅎ 수십 군데 호텔을 다녀본 중에 첫 경험이었습니다.

This hotel was appalling for a new transit hotel. The hotel markets itself as being conveniently located “directly next to Frankfurt International Airport”. This is not the case. It takes approximately 20mins by shuttle or 15mins by Uber.

Upon arrival, a large crowd exited the airport shuttle bus and crowded the lobby with 2 check-in agents. I shortly after entered a very stuffy and warm room. After attempting to turn on the air conditioning, I enquired with the front desk only to be bluntly told that the air conditioning system for the entire hotel was not functioning and to open the window instead. Unfortunately the carpark below was quite loud with people talking and cars moving so to get sleep I had to keep the window closed and sweat all night.

The advertised free airport shuttle operates off a published hourly timetable. I made my way to the front of the hotel and there were roughly 20 other guests waiting for the shuttle bus to arrive. Upon arrival, it was already completely full as (unbeknownst to us) the shuttle bus also services other hotels which it picks up from to Zleep. 2 guests managed to cram into the bus but everyone else was left stranded. The front desk’s response was “it’s too bad… we don’t guarantee the shuttle to be available” (even though this hotel is clearly marketed as a transit hotel with free shuttle service). Unbelievable. To avoid missing my flight I had no choice but to take an Uber which cost over €13.

I don’t recommend this hotel.

AirPort Shuttle was not available when we arrived. It closes down for 5 hours in the middle of the day. Arrived at noon and after waiting for a hour, we were told we had to find another way to get to the hotel.
Room was nice and a great restaurant with in walking distance.
