The place was clean, the breakfast was great, the free Wi-Fi was fast, and the staff were helpful. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and welcome. The room was spotless, and it was clear that the hotel pays close attention to cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and well maintained, and everything smelled fresh.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and hot dishes. The coffee was excellent, and the staff constantly refilled the buffet so nothing was ever empty. It was a perfect way to start the day.

I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was reliable and fast throughout my stay. I was able to work online, stream videos, and make video calls without any problems. This made the experience even more convenient.

Most importantly, the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They answered all my questions, gave great local recommendations, and made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service.

They appear to have a sophisticated self-check-in system, but when you arrive and try to register, their machines can't find your already paid reservation. To make matters worse, the person at the front desk, who seemed to be a supervisor or manager (I don't remember his name, but he looked Thai or Filipino), served you rudely, as if it were our fault that their system wasn't working. As an extra note, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, and if you choose this hotel for the breakfast, it's not worth paying the extra fee.

The size of the room and the water pressure in the shower was great. However, I am pretty glad we didn’t have a blacklight because there were enough creepy marks all over the walls, I shudder to think what wasn’t even visible.
Check in was a nightmare. They have self-service kiosks with 1 employee. None of the kiosks worked right. The front desk lady refused to check us in. Probably the longest it’s ever taken me to check in to a hotel

I decided to book a room for 6 since it was just our layover. However when our family arrived to the location they said that they someone check in to our room. It was scary. I was complaining because they are not checking the ID of the person who is checking in. They keep insisting that because someone check in via mobile. I suggest to the front desk if they can do an investigation. They didnt even bother. We’ve waited almost 2 hours in the lobby. Then they decided to give us 2 separate rooms. When we enter the room it was not clean and the bedding is not finish. We need to do the bedding ourselves. The room is not clean and smell like smoke. We mentioned to the front desk again all the do was sorry.

A bit away from city center but quiet area.
You can find lidl within 5-min-walk distance, and there are two bakeries which is walkable.
Everything was good for me especially cost effectiveness. But the some of bed covers were not properly in place, so guests should cover them by themselves.

Does what you want it to do (mostly)

Very good location near to cafés, restaurants and buses (I recommend Die grüne Kaffeebohne). Comfortable, homely reception area and friendly, helpful staff.

Private rooms are a bit cramped, and you need to be careful with your curtains as there are no blinds and people can and do walk right past!

One last, niche note: if you have static electricity sensitivity like I do, it’s probably best to look elsewhere. When wanting to relax at the end of a day adventuring, repeatedly getting zapped just by moving around the room is not the best feeling.

It’s a great place to stay if you are traveling on budget to Frankfurt. Easy and fast ride to the center. Nice and clean lobby/lounge area. Rooms are ok, but all depends on your “mates”. Beds are comfortable, towels and bed linen are provided, which is nice. Special thanks to Gabriela (reception manager) for the great service and attention to detail.

It was one of the better hostels I've stayed at. Cleanliness was average for a hostel. Guests in my room were quiet and respectful. Area was a bit far from downtown but the surrounding area was nice. Felt a bit like I was in the \"hood,\" but overall, generally felt safe. Would recomend to others looking for a cheaper stay.

The location was very convenient and the overall condition of the hostel on first appearance was good. However, you have to request parking prior to arrival (this isn't made clear on the app), the beds look great but are very noisy and the rooms are very warm. The staff were very friendly though and were appreciative when we mentioned about the shower drain not working as this hadn't been raised with them before.

The blankets were dirty, the pillow were stained, the property itself and the rooms had a horrible and awful smell. The bathrooms had mold. The staff were ok but didn’t speak English. Horrible experience pictures are deceiving. Now you caught some type of allergy.

I didn’t realize this was a hostel until we arrived. The room had sleeping for 6 people and the configuration was nice for a small ‘dorm type’ space. 1 toilet room and 1 shower room (both with sinks). This stay served its purpose for a quick overnight stay and value was nice for our big group.

Facilities downstairs had options and a place to hang out. Would recommend for younger crowds and families not staying a long period of time.

Great spot for a family

This was a great one night stay from the airport. From Frankfurt Airport it was approximately a 15 minute drive we did rent a car and we were able to find street parking nearby. Our Family room had six single beds which was perfect. Each bed had two towels ready to go for showers, shampoo/body wash in the shower as well. What was really nice was that the bathroom and shower was separated; there was a toilet and a sink in one room, and a shower and a sink in another, so someone could shower while someone else could also use the bathroom at the same time. Hotel had lots of lounging areas, you could also order espresso/coffee, books, game tables available, and a communal guest kitchen with refrigerator available - you could also request pots and pans for the two hot plates so you could cook up dinner. A few blocks away is an Aldi’s so you can pick up easily groceries. Downside, There’s a ton of youth here so it was a little bit noisy sleeping. Everything like bathrooms and bed linen were very clean, however, the walls had a lot of scratches and scuffs on it.

Extremely loud building site across from the hostel again not the hostels fault fully but could be times for when the work starts not 7am. Always running out of food at the hostel

We arrived late, and there were no parking possibilities as promised.
When we came back, we again had to wait for way to long at the desk, as there was only one person to handle all the customers.
When we finally got our key, we went to our room, only to discover a screaming woman who were already in our room.
We went back, but the employee did not believe us and went to check. After another long time we finally got a new key, and when going, he stopped us and said we had to take towels and bedlinen ourself to the room!
Now to our new room witch we found not cleaned and we had to change the bedlinen and empty the trash ourself. The beds were very hard!
Next morning there was some construction going on right above us, great!! We then found out that we only got one bath towel to two persons and several small towels to stand on! We of course complained when we went for (lousy) breakfast and they promised to clean the room and give us another bath towel while we were out during the day.
When coming back, nothing was fixed! Nothing!
Again, we complained, but got a long explanation that did not make any sense, finally my wife asked for some kind of compensation. The employee was very hard to convince that we should have that, but at last gave us 2 tickets for free drinks. But again, he was alone, so if we wanted the drinks, we had to come back later and que up again, because he could not give it to us now. The bar was the same desk, two meters to the side!
Are we coming back? NOT!

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed, and I shall never book this hotel anymore. I even had to change the bed sheet myself and the room never got cleaned. The service the below zero. In terms of hygiene, serious inspection should be done at this hotel as it is very dirty and the rooms and floors never get cleaned properly.

Never, ever use this hotel ..they may refuse you your ( pre- paid) booking; I booked a room for 3 nights and due to a missed flight arrived the next day; the hotel said they had no booking - despite having prepaid for 3 nights; a refund was refused and we had to go elsewhere and pay again to stay in another hotel;

The building is ok, though it is pretty noisy at night, from the guests and from the people on the street.
The overall sense of cleanliness was below average, especially in the common areas. The shower didn't drain properly.
At check-out we witnessed an uncomfortable argument of a guest with staff member, who seemed to care better for his argument then for the correct check-out flow.
At the best, 3.5 out of 5.

Good price, easy access to public transport, to get to the Markets and train station, but the room was quite dirty - fries on the floor/on the bed, and in the bed storage, and cornflakes on the wall/in the bed. There were also two plastic forks under the mattress. Room also smelt like cigarettes.

But all up, great price, handy for a group travelling.

I stayed in a&o Frankfurt Ostend such that the entire room was given to us. It is neat and clean and not far from the city centre. They also give pedestal fans on request plus they a well equipped kitchen and a laundry facility. Overall, it was not bad. The lounge is full of life where you can play snooker or work on your laptop etc.

We arrived on an early and after a 12hr flight we were exhausted. We asked if they could keep our bags in the lobby so we could go and wait somewhere for check in time, but they were so kind to let us check in earlier and we were able to sleep and freshen up. We were so grateful

The hotel/hostel updated building. Transportation and grocery shop close by. Hotel has elevator. In the room no air conditioner or fan. We had borrow fans from the hotel desk. I booked it from hotel.com and it wasn't written. But the attractions were 15min away by team. Overall It was nice.
