I would suggest that they post the shuttle schedule ahead of time. It was hard for me to get to the hotel because I called three times to the hotel to get a shuttle and they never picked up my call, when I asked the receptionist she said she was probably busy which shouldn’t be an answer, they should answer the call and then ask to wait if they are that busy, in order to get to the hotel by myself I had to take a bus and walk for like 15 minutes in a very lonely trail that wouldn’t look safe at night, I messaged the app and they sent the schedule when I was already at the hotel.

The room that they gave me was not clean. At the entrance of the bathroom and on the bed there were clusters of hair.I photographed and showed them to the receptionist. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. He changed the room immediately and apologized. But for an ACCOR hotel, I found the level of cleanliness less than expected.

The main reason I chose this hotel was we needed somewhere close to the airport and that had a shuttle service. The hotel satisfied those criteria and was priced better than other hotels in the area. I did think the cost of breakfast was quite high but we needed to leave before breakfast started anyway so that wasn't a concern.

Only one pillow per bed, we asked for another one, but were told, that there aren’t any more. The air conditioner wasn’t working and after I complained it was fixed. No restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is limited , but staff was very friendly.

It’s small, but that’s the brand. What’s not okay is the missing amenities that even lower end brands have. Only all in one shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash. Never even seen that. No fridge in room. Not a single complimentary water bottle. Only 1 check in employee when they know people come in batches from flights. We waited 20+ min to check in. And what was most shocking to me was the airport shuttle is paid, and does not run all day! That’s the whole point of an airport hotel! I wouldn’t stay here again.

All Great Except for the EUR 10 Paid Parking
The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the parking. There are a set of parking spaces with raised \"T\" obstacles that block the parking space, and these parking spaces are a good 200m away from the hotel. So I had to drive out to the parking space, figure out how the lock worked, lower the \"T\", park the vehicle, raise the \"T\", then walk to 200m back to the hotel and return the key. And all of this was in total darkness and adjacent to a construction site (thank goodness most cellphones have built-in flashlights). No other complaints.

Their bus shuttle (which you pay for) from the airport was totally bad for our arrival. We took another shuttle which the driver was good enough to transport us. The hotel is in the middle of industry. They did however have a restaurant for dinner and breakfast which was reasonably priced. The towels were very limited. Not a fan of this hotel - this was the first time we ever used this chain of hotel.

A great way to spend the night between two flights in Frankfurt. The shuttle runs every half hour- at 10 and 40 min after, and then the bed covers are ironed... I have not seen that in a hotel in a long time- even higher-stars hotels than this - impressive!

I loved the room and the staff was great. I got there when it was dark and left when it was still dark in the morning so I can’t say much about the neighborhood. However, I had to be at the airport early but I was woken up in the middle of the night by the clients upstairs thumping or stomping on the floor and playing loud TV or something for a couple of hours. It was very disturbing and rather disrespectful. Otherwise the hotel itself was good.

It was a clean room, but not fancy. Breakfast was good for $13.00. Transfer bus service was not good. I arrived at 16:30. I had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes to get first evening bus to hotel at 18:50, Last bus from the hotel to airport is at 9:45, so i had to leave hotel early even though my flight was at 13:30

Don't Count on their Shuttle Service
The reason I have often used the Ibis is that they have good rates and shuttle service. They seemed to have taken the opportunity to shut down their shuttle bus service and blamed the reason on Covid restrictions. Now, the van service they use is highly unreliable. After you've waited for 30 minutes, then 60 minutes, then given up and paid out-of-pocket for a taxi, their rates are no longer so good. Stay at a different hotel with reliable service.

Very comfortable stay, great bed and concierge at reception offered me a menu of a good, cheap nearby restaurant when I asked about ordering food in due to quarantine restrictions, very helpful. One thing to note is that the airport 'shuttle' is actually a taxi offering free pick-up and drop-off for the hotel, so you just need to give the hotel a call when you arrive at the airport to request a pick-up.

This hotel has a young hip vibe to it. It was very clean & the bed was comfortable. I think they take minimalistic a bit too extreme. I would have liked a few more amenities in the room. It was great to have a shuttle to the airport & we were given a shuttle schedule but it wasn’t explained. To go to the airport costs 3 euros ea. Apparently you must buy a ticket I’m advance which we didn’t know.

Great place for the price. Kind of far away from everything except for the airport. the rooms are small but nice and clean. The bed covers are only a thick duvet instead of a comforter and sheet. The biggest downside was the shower’s inability to maintain a temperature; this seemed to be hotel-wide. But given the price it was a small inconvenience. Another small issue was who infrequent the airport shuttle runs compared to other hotels nearby. However, the hotel is in good shape- it feels new, the people at the front desk were really nice and the breakfast was amazing.
