Really nice hotel avery close to the airport with a shuttle bus should you need it. I had a hire car and the parking is quite handy, just nearby at a public car park. The staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms very spacious and clean and modern. This hotel is nicer that others in the same area and staff much more friendly and professional too.

The room was ok - the automation is great when it works, our Tv and climate controls did not. The window from the hallway into the bathroom is a bit weird, but overall spacious, clean and quiet. The shuttle bus stops at the LH employee garage and otherwise circles between terminal 1 and the hotel butcwithout any announcements, just watch where you‘re getting off.

There were a couple of slightly annoying things this time around. At time of check-in, we must have timed this very badly as there was a massive queue all trying to register at the same time and just not enough staff. (some conference on or something like this!). Secondly the main restaurant (during the middle of the Heimtextil fair was closed - this seemed a bit unusual or was it because the conference required all kitchen staff?? Other than these two points - hotel was clinical / good.

Decent heat only in morning; too cold to take evening shower and had to sleep in sweatshirt. Reception staff too busy with airline crew check-ins to ever answer phone. I think airline crews are their main customers, and they don't have time to deal with one-time visitors If you want a question answered in evening -- like how to find an English-speaking TV program -- you have to wait in line behind check-ins to get an answer. I didn't bother. No answer from housekeeping either, when they forgot to leave coffee pods in my room, or leave soap by bathroom sink (only two bottles of shampoo). Reception said they'd get the coffee for me, but it never happened. I couldn't get internet to work either, but that might have been because I didn't agree to sign up for their hotel membership program.
Room was small, but on the plus side,clean, and nice swimming pool, but too busy in evening for me to use. Free round-the-clock shuttle to airport was also a plus.
All in all, however, one of my least pleasant hotel experiences in a long time.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel Frankfurt due to repeated issues with room condition and cleanliness. Upon arrival, our first room had a dirty napkin and chewing gum on the bathroom floor, only one towel despite a reservation for two guests, and a shower drain that did not work properly. After reporting this, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had serious problems: the complimentary water bottle was already opened and partially consumed, the heater did not work, and the bathroom door could not be properly closed. Experiencing basic hygiene and maintenance issues again after a room change was particularly frustrating.

The check in was the worst I have had in over 5 years of staying at this property. On this occasion I was told there was a €50 early check in fee or I would have wait until 15:00 for a regular check in. By 12:30 a manager finally checked me in saying the room I booked was not ready earlier. I was not offered an upgrade and had to ask for the €10 voucher. In the room the shower flooded the bathroom due to a clogged drain. I had to wait for both maintenance to come fix the drain and house keeping to clean up the flood. Another hour wasted for me and no offer of any compensation. I have always enjoyed this hotel but after this experience will never return to it.

Upon arrival, staff didn’t seem to want to check me in. There were three people at the counter. Only one person made eye contact and greeted me, even though the other two were not doing anything. The direction the person gave me didn’t make any sense. I asked about if this pot was still open. He told me to figure it out. They might be closing soon. I couldn’t find a pool area. I kept calling, but the phone wouldn’t work. I finally realized that I had to take the elevator to level 8 and then the stairs to 9. It was so annoying to try to find on your own.
Finally I got there and had a decent swim. I returned to my room to sleep, but it was extraordinarily noisy. Doors kept getting slammed the workers that were cleaning room would constantly laugh really loud walk around. I heard too much noise that I could not sleep. I would say my experience overall was extraordinarily terrible. I cannot say that I would stay there again.

It was a wonderful room, and so close to the airport. The shuttle worked out great and picked us up when we dropped off the rental car the night before and also when it we left. We were given a $10 voucher for drinks when we arrived.

The room never warmed up. The facet was leaking down to the floor in the bathroom, so we were stepping in the puddle of water. Otherwise clean nicely furnished hotel with very pleasant atmosphere. As for checking in, I would advise a better understanding of their computer system before they advise me that none of my credit cards can be approved. My card was hit with 5 pending charges before they figured that out.

Location was great. Airport shuttle every 20 mins, so that was good. Room clean and good size (I was in Junior Suite). \"free\" bottle of water. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of options so something for everyone really. - Staff were all good to deal with. The only issue I had was after the hotel wrote to me to see if I needed anything, I responded 3 times but never did get any responses.

Everything was wonderful re: this stay. The room was beautiful with a comfy bed and nice hot shower; the staff were kind and helpful; the breakfast was delicious; the bar drinks were fun and food very tasty; and the pool and spa area great for exercise and relaxation. The 24/7 shuttle to/from the airport is very helpful too.

Nice and quiet - although very close to FRA, we never heard any planes take off or land. Our room was immaculate! Comfortable bed and nice amenities in the bathroom, although the shower drain was a bit sluggish. Excellent breakfast buffet was offered, and the shuttle bus to FRA left every twenty minutes. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Airport Shuttle was timely and fantastic to have available 24/7. Breakfast was not free though affordable, delicious and had a wonderful variety of items. Dinner restaurant fun and yummy with great drinks and main course choices. Spa and pool area aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Massage highly recommended. All Staff were kind and helpful. There were some plumbing issues in an otherwise clean room necessitating a room change. This was handled pretty seamlessly. Overall a wonderful experience.

Very fast checkin, quiet hotel, room was spacious, beds were very comfortable. In room coffee machine had tasty European coffee & espresso pods, plus REAL cream. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The free shuttle to Frankfurt airport runs 24 hours a day and made it very convenient to get to/from hotel. Terrific attention to detail made for an excellent stay.
