We stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious, and this was the first place we came across that actually had a safe, which was a great surprise. The view from our room was absolutely amazing and really added to the stay.

On the downside, the bed was extremely hard, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It was also disappointing that laundry service wasn’t available on weekends — something we only found out when we asked about it, rather than being informed beforehand. The air conditioning didn’t work either. Lastly, the Leo Bar, while stylish, was quite expensive compared to expectations.

Kleiner Selbstbedienungsladen und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lobby und vor dem Hotel.
Frühstücks Buffet ist hervorragend und auch in einem sehr schönen Ambiente

No Laundry Facilities

Common areas are outdated and worn looking but rooms are quite comfortable and clean. My one complaint is that they list “laundry facilities” as one of their amenities. To me this means I can do my own laundry in machines on site. However, what they actually have is laundry services where you send laundry out to be done and it’s quite expensive.

Das Bad war sehr modern, die Lage sehr zentral mit dem Auto sehr sauber, nettes Personal Einziger Punktabzug wäre die bessere Rücksicht wenn unmittelbar neben dem Zimmer jemand schläft, keine Baumaßnahmen und Bohrmaßnahmen durchzuführen. Die Zimmer könnten auch mal modernisiert werden.

Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden, war auch sehr sauber.

Bij binnenkomt kregen we te maken met een uiterste vriendelijke medewerker, niets mis mee. Kregen de mooiste kamer op de 21ste etage en zicht op.de stad Frankfurt. Na inspectie badkamer kwamen we bloed tegen overal . Hebben direct andere luxe kamer gekregen. Service prima!

Très belle hôtel, confort incroyable, j’ai un eu un énorme coup de cœur pour la décoration, épuré, neutre et très moderne.

Je trouve juste dommage que d’un côté on est la vue sur le cimetière mais c’est la localisation de l’hôtel et ça ne peux pas changer mais hormis cela une très belle vue du côté du centre et magnifique coucher de soleil à observer parfois. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable merci à eux.

Le déjeuner est aussi bon mais ça aurai été incroyable de varier

Wir waren für ein Konzert in Frankfurt und waren für diesen Zweck auch absolut zufrieden mit dem Hotel.
Ein early Check-In wurde uns zwar nicht zugesagt telefonisch aber hatte am Anreisetag funktioniert, da sich das Hotel auf die große Anfrage vorbereitet hatte.

Im Prinzip wäre das Hotel OK. Zum einen ist es für den Zustand und die Lage viel zu teuer. Sowohl die Lobby als auch das ganze Interieur ist verlebt und bedarf einer Renovierung.

Der Teppich war dreckig, kein Telefon im Zimmer, Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert!

Zu dem war kein Babybett vorbereitet obwohl das im Vorfeld kommuniziert wurde und es wurde auch keins im Nachgang gebracht!

Geht gar nicht

Guten Tag,
Sie hatten mich um direktes Feedback gebeten – ich habe es Ihnen gegeben und eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Daher möchte ich nun meine Bewertung abgeben.
Ich bin viel unterwegs und muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich noch nie eine halbe Stunde an der Rezeption warten musste, um mein Hotelzimmer zu beziehen. Dieser Service ist absolut inakzeptabel.
Leider wurde es im Zimmer nicht besser: Das Badezimmer roch stark nach Rauch, und zudem musste ich frieren, da die Heizungen auf Stufe fünf nur lauwarm wurden und die Raumtemperatur nicht über 20° hinausging.
Alles in allem war dies eine absolute Katastrophe und mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich in den letzten Jahren übernachtet habe.

Wir haben das Hotel nur als Nachtunterkunft genutzt, da wir zu einer Familienfeier waren.Das Eincheken über Internet hat im Hotel nicht geklappt. Der Concerch hat bdie gleiche Prozedur nochmals ausgeführt.
