Everything was fine except the communication about how to check in after 6pm.
Hotels.com should also improve its details on this hotels as this is very confusing to see that check in is not allowed after 6pm, while it actually is

Room was not well maintained and dirty. Hair in the shower and toilet was not cleaned. Beds are uncomfortable and pillows are a joke. Whole place smells like cigarettes. There are plenty of other places to stay to enjoy Frankfurt

The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I asked for help. I was unable to check in very well on the first night but that was due to me not being able to call and having limited service. Overall it was a nice stay and the room was great

Yikes! I will start with the place being dirty. We had to go to Aldi across the street to get cleaning supplies so we could make the place comfortable. We found a dirty sock (not ours). The listing isn't truthful as we stayed in the duplex which says 1 king and 1 queen bed. The \"queen\" was an Ikea fold down couch, very uncomfortable by the way. I would have been ok with this if I purchased the family room which states 1 king and 1 sofa bed. Lastly, this area is extremely noisy with police sirens and party boats. You can't just shut the door because it's terribly hot inside the room. Almost unbearable. The listing also states parking available, but when we arrived and spoke to someone on the phone (no one to greet you by the way) I was told there wasn't any parking. Ok, now the plus, the view off the balcony was nice.

Dirty, hot and noisy

The best thing about this hotel was the friendly lady on reception when we arrived. I chose this hotel because of its location and parking. Location is good but there was no parking available when we got there (I was unaware of a required reservation) We were lucky and got a park close by.
The room was hot and we had to have the windows closed due to the street noise and the overly friendly pigeons. There were two fans - one didn’t work.
The shower was nice but I had to use the nozzle to clean off something on the tiles that I didn’t want to look too closely at. We stayed one of our two booked nights and chose to leave … especially when I realized the scuffed walls were dirty with what looked like an old sneeze on part of our wall. This is the first hotel I’ve ever left and obviously I do not recommend it.

Close to everything, on the River Main, and Clean

This 2 level room was as pictured, clean and comfortable beds. You just push a button outside to get in and they were there to do that and a person was there to check us out. There was no AC but the window opened to the street and there were no bugs. However, this is not the properties fault but it was a busy night with lots of city noises with police, people yelling about, etc so it is a noisy area with the window open. But close to everything, right off the river Main, spacious, clean and comfortable and a good value for the price.

Great location & view, with limited staff presence

We really liked our \"duplex\" room for 4 adults at this downtown Frankfurt Trip Inn property on the river and a 15-minute walk to Roemerberg and the Altstadt. The small square-footage was made up for by the lofted 2nd bedroom (with its own TV) and wonderful, tiny balcony that overlooked the river. Although it got warm in the room as it was summertime and we found no way to control the room's temperature, we did have 2 fans in the room (but 1 not working). Be sure to arrive during the hours when the small front desk area is staffed, otherwise you need to make arrangements in advance as far as how to pick up your room key. There was quite a bit of street noise--and we needed the windows open--particularly police and ambulance sirens. Drop off by taxi/Uber or rental car is made challenging due to the bike lane out front and the bikers come racing around the corner! Do not expect breakfast, concierge service, or 24-hour security presence as this is a limited service hotel, but the price, location, and condition of the rooms makes it well worth it.

This hotel sits alongside the Main River with all rooms overlooking the River, bridges, and river walk parks. It’s a walkable location to explore the city, and three blocks from the subway stop. I would stay here again!

I booked this hotel due to it’s location, close to town and station and also avenue for a music gig we were going to. The reception is very small so was a bit busy with us, our luggage and other hotel residents trying to get by. The room was clean, modern and serviceable. It suited our needs. These rooms do have a small kitchenette and as there is no bar facilities to get drinks downstairs it’s worth buying stuff from the Lidl opposite and popping it in the fridge.

This was the best Hotel that i stayed in all of Germany.
It’s small but compact and has everything you need. The balcony with the view of the river is wonderful.. see people jogging, paddling, walking their dogs. It’s newly renovated so everything is top notch modern and spotless!
The reception is very welcoming and helpful. I’m Vegan, so I found some nice places to eat nearby and a great discount grocery store directly across the street. I had a wonderful night for just staying to catch a flight the next morning from Frankfurt airport. You can catch the S8 or S9 which goes directly to the airport terminal. The station is only a 4-5 min walk from the hotel.

las instalaciones son buenas, con lo necesario para cocinar, refrigeradora, utensilios de cocina, baños, camas, ventiladores, , pero mucho cslor sin A/C, les falto revisar antes de entregar la habitacion si habia papel higienico, jabon de bsño y de cocina, tolla de cocina , les reportamos a recepcion pero no tuvimos respuesta

마인강이 보이며 view는 좋습니다.
체크인은 18시이후에는 데스크에 사람이 없으며, 기기에 코드를 입력해야 키가 나오는시스템이나 사전에 코드를 안내받지 못해 전화를 해야 했습니다. 무엇보다도 1층현관과 엘리베이터 그리고, 방이 위치한 출입구에 아무나 출입할 수 있어 매우 위험합니다.
저희가 들어올때 Talahon이 따라들어와서 매우 위험했습니다.
침대는 괜찮지만, 쇼파침대는 삐그덕거려서 불편했고, 에어컨이 없어서 더운 밤을 보냈습니다.
안전이 보장되지 않습니다.

The accommodation looks good, minor damages on furniture and walls. The bathroom was very pleasant, good shower. The room was clean and tidy. Girl at the reception was helpful and friendly. Overal a very pleasant experience, if I’m in the city again I will stay here again!

Die unterkunft an sich ist top, die Lage ist super, man ist schnell in der innenstadt, aber wohnt wunderschön am Ufer.
Allerdings sind die Wohnungen recht hellhörig, normalerweise wäre das nicht so schlimm, wenn man keine party nachbarn hat...
wir haben dadurch leider relativ wenig schlaf bekommen.
Aber die tolle Lage und der wunderschöne Ausblick entschädigt wieder!
Für einen kurz Trip ist es trotzdem zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne, saubere Apartments direkt am Main - top Lage, nur wenige Minuten nach Sachsenhausen oder in die Innenstadt.
Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit beim Einchecken.
Im Hof gibt es 3-4 Parkplätze, die bei Bedarf für 20€ pro Nacht dazu gebucht werden können. Wir hatten einen tollen kurzen Aufenthalt, besonders der Balkon in unserer Suite war ein Highlight für uns!

Ausstattung der Pantryküche sehr schlecht und kaum nutzbar, da sie direkt unter der Treppe lag. Zimmer war schmutzig. Eingangsbereich riecht muffig.

Hôtel conforme à nos attentes

Personnel aimable et prévenant. Nous avions loué 2 appartements pour 2 et 3 personnes (5 personnes au total), très propres et fonctionnels, cela manquait néanmoins de vaisselle, même juste pour le petit-déjeuner. Le parking a été bien utile (20 euros par jour) et accessible rapidement à notre arrivée (nous avions réservé). Les échafaudages sont toujours là (côté Main). L'hôtel est très bien placé, le centre ville est à environ 5 minutes à pied, il y a un supermarché juste en face.

Loistavalla paikalla Main joen rannalla. Pieni parveke jossa mukava istuskella ja katsella ympäristön tapahtumia lämpimässä illassa virvokkeita nauttien. Erittäin siisti, uudistettu sisustus. Vain ilmastointi puuttuu, mutta pöytätuuletin toimi hyvin. Aldi vastapäätä josta hyvät aamiaistarvikkeet. S-bahn asema lähellä josta nopeasti joka paikkaan. Kaiken kaikkiaan loistava majoitus. Henkilökuntakin avulias.
