There were a few things wrong but the worse part was the bugs.

The room is not at all \"inviting\" or \"comfortable\". It lacks the \"cozy\" vibe that you normally get from a hotel/motel/inn. One problem here is the room decor, design, and color scheme. The selection of black and white creates to much contrast. Besides the color, its the floor, walls, furniture. The emotion is hard to describe, but I just didn't feel relaxed in the room.

The air in the room smelled stale, moldy, uncirculated. Which leads me to the worse part of it all. Silverfish EVERYWHERE! Not sure what leads to this kind of situation, but please do some basic pest control and get a proper HVAC system installed.

On top of that the bed is single sheeted and its not even a fitted sheet. I could see the mattress. Isn't the standard tripple fitted sheets? Anyway, all you get it just the sheet covering the mattress and a small feather throw to cover yourself with. No comforter, no proper sheets, nor a blanket.

The cleanliness of the room is borderline. Certainly trending towards the wrong direction.

The only inviting comfortable area is the onsite bar/resaurtant.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and there were complimentary drinks inside the mini cooler.

The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, The bed was extremely comfortable

One of the highlights was no funny smell in the room.

USB outlets provided would be a big plus

The biggest let down of this hotel was the unavailability of a kettle in the room. The guest need to carry hot water themselves from the cafe at ground level. Location is a little far from city center. Staff are overall pleasant and accommodating to request, even the staff at the cafe are stunned that the guests are not provided a kettle. I worry for the guests coming in during winter season.. The DM store and supermarket downstairs are plus points for this hotel though

The room temperature was too low for September. You could not set a temperature higher than 24 degrees and even with the ventilation off, there was cold air. At 24 degrees there was cold air conditioning, especially in the early morning and in the evening. Staff changed my room at my request very kindly, but the problem remained .

We had amazing time here. The hotel was clean and comfy and good location(near from train station and convenience store). The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good enough for our vegetarian diets.
Alfian at reception was super helpful with information and plans about our day trips to Heidelberg and Rudeshiem.
We would certainly love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the INNSiDE. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar in the restaurant was very good. The interior of the hotel was clean, bright, and had interesting decorations. The one minor issue we ran into, our room was set for one person, was handled very easily and efficiently, providing us the second set of towels and bedding. As first time travelers to Frankfurt, who speak no German, it was wonderful that everyone spoke clear English.

What an awesome property and staff! I have a disability and it was very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was wonderful! The staff was kind and helpful at every turn. Someone available for help. Let me practice German. If I visit Frankfurt again, I would stay here. It’s difficult to find a place that ticks all of the boxes plus is worth the money.

Our stay was because of a local procedure I was to have nearby. So, we wanted a spacious no frills type of room that would allow me easy access to the shower and bed. This shower was at floor level meaning there was the smallest of steps to get in and out, with plenty of room for 2 people. The bed was large, comfortable and clean. The room was very modern and had a refrigerator to store the items I had brought with me. Check in was easy enough, but parking was a bit confusing. There is a parking garage and within that parking garage there is a small area meant for the hotel. You must ask the front desk for tickets to get in and out. The area around had 1 or two restaurants down the street. We did a 20 minute walk to eat at a delicious south African restaurant a little further away. My main complaint is that there were these small, translucent bugs that could be seen in the toilet/shower area. I thought I was seeing things at first, but they are there and fast. Not sure what sort of bug they are but I killed one and it left a mark that I noticed was on a couple of the walls. I believe this is an issue others have had. I had one crawl out from under my suitcase so I made sure to not leave it on the floor after that. Management should look into that, but overall the room was a calm, clean place to stay at.

Your basic hotel stsy near the train station.

The service wasn’t good or bad, it was just indifferent. The room was clean and nicely designed, except we can hear loudly when people were closing their doors on our floor. The bed was comfortable and the free beer in the mini bar was a nice gesture. Parking under the building was expensive and I read a review they said it only took coins, so instead I parked under Hampton Inn’s garage across the street. It had large spaces, cheaper and took bills in addition to coins. For the most part it was a satisfactory stay for what we’d paid.

In.the morning I asked again and they did not bring it. It is not fair to pay such a high price and get this service. Brekfast should be available a little bit longer than 10 am in order to avoid rush in restaurant which wasn’t big enough comparing number of visitors in hotel. Otherwise hotel was a very good place to stay in Frankfurt. The room was very quiet.

Notre séjour s’est super bien passé, il n’aurait pas été le même dans un autre hôtel!

Au niveau de l’accueil, impeccable, tout le personnel était très accueillant, très gentils, à l’écoute.

Au niveau de la chambre, parfait !!! Propreté, confort, et même beauté ! La chambre super belle!

Le seul petit point à redire est le petit déjeuné un peu pauvre (mais je pense qu’à cause de la situation corona plein de chose ont été enlevé). Attention, il y a du choix! Mais comparé à d’autre hôtels qu’on a pu déjà faire on a eu mieux c’est seulement ça sinon il est top aussi et très bon!

La situation géographique aussi est top, on peut garer la voiture près de l’hôtel sans payer et il y a un supermarché ouvert du matin â minuit à 1 min à pieds.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a premium room, and it was definitely worth it. The room was huge and very comfortable, especially the bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good, right on a tram line and not too far from the S-bahn and U-bahn. We stayed over New Year's, so it was good to be a little away from the center of the city, but we still saw plenty of fireworks. The free mini bar was a nice perk, and the fridge was big enough for us to store a few other things. We didn't have a chance to use the sauna, but it looked very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Like other Innsides we have stayed at, the Ostend location is chic and modern and totally convenient. We got the basic room which is small but totally functional. Very comfortable bed! Breakfast was amazing! And the gym was very good. Excellent location right by the Main- perfect for running and walking. We were able to walk everywhere we went.
