Spacious room, clean and convenient location.

Staff were rather unfriendly on the first few days until we met a nice lady on the third or fourth day. Room service was alright. Walking distance to shopping district - easy to go in/back with kids. Many food options available.

On the last 2 nights, the room beside us was really loud banging and stomping - sound proofing can be improved! Other than that, it was a comfortable stay

My family and I stayed for 2 nights while visiting a friend in Frankfurt. The place is located near shopping and restaurants. The hotel has great amenities-gym and indoor pool. What a mostly appreciate is that they’d allow us to check-in earlier. Thank you for the hospitality.

Overall, I had a great experience during my stay at the hotel—the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities met expectations. However, I would like to bring to your attention a disappointing interaction with one of your employees that affected the otherwise positive impression.

Your hotel offers valet parking, and I was informed that this service is available onsite. The necessary arrangements, including ticketing and car key collection, are clearly in place. However, on multiple occasions when it was this particular staff member’s turn to assist, he insisted—rather abruptly—that valet parking was not available and told me to park my car myself. This was contrary to the information I had received and inconsistent with the actions of his colleagues, who were actively providing valet service.

The employee in question is a tall South Asian man—the tallest among the valet team—who refused to share his name when asked. His manner was unprofessional: he raised his voice, repeatedly shook his head, and then walked around pretending to be busy while his teammates continued to assist other guests.

In a high-end hotel, such behavior is not acceptable. I trust this feedback will be taken seriously, as it does not reflect the otherwise high standard of service your establishment upholds.

This is how you do hotels

It's expensive but the price is worth it. You get a great product. Rooms are very clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. They are inviting, comfortable and cozy. There is a lot of attention to detail with the room and bathroom design.

Breakfast buffet is really nice, one of the best I've seen in Frankfurt. Staff is well dressed and have great hygiene. There's a lot of attention to detail, they certainly earned that 4th star.

Location is very good. It's only a few yards walk to a train station and a street tram station. There are lots of places for shopping in the plaza nearby. The area is very safe.

One of the best properties in the heart of Frankfurt. Have stayed here multiple times over the last few years and always return for the clean rooms, great location and professional staff. Rooms are clean well appointed and modern. The hotel is only two minutes from closest subway line and tram line. All restaurants are within 5 minutes walk.

Terrific Option for Traveling Families

Despite being in a busy neighborhood - the hotel was a relaxing stay. All staff we encountered were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was superb and the pool was a fun treat for the kids! Highly recommend the Westin Grand for a family stay.

Enjoyed our stay! Quick check-in and room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Opted for the buffet breakfast and enjoyed our meals. Spent time in the pool and sauna after a long day of sightseeing. That was lovely.

Hotel is walking distance to shopping, and main attractions. We walked to the farmers market at the main square. Restaurants and cafes near by.
Easy transit or Uber to other attractions. We enjoyed our time in Frankfurt!

We would stay here again!

Close to bars/nightlife and restaurants nearby, but not too busy or sketchy on the street. Pool and spa area is really nice. Couldn’t get the E.V. chargers to work for my car but seemed to be working for others. Phone in room didn’t work and TV screen was irritatingly flashing all night every few seconds, despite being turned off.

Stayed at this hotel earlier this summer – would highly recommend this facility. Centrally located in Frankfurt and walking distance to most attractions. There were plenty of amenities on-site that were convenient. Would stay here again after trans-Atlantic flights its nice to recover from jet-lag.

This was a fabulous stay. Location is a bit questionable. My only negative comment about the actual hotel is that if you need a bathroom and it can’t wait and your are in the lobby, they do not have a way to get to the bottom floor , steps in my. With an injured hip, they were not able to offer elevator use even though there was an elevator there .

Even though this is one the most expensive 5 star hotels in Frankfurt, the hotel is trying to save cost by using cheap items to save a few pennies.

The Nespresso capsules are cheap imitations which taste terrible, the toilet paper is cheap and rough the capuccino i ordered was cold. There is nothing special about this hotel. There are 5 star hotels for half the cost in Frankfurt. This hotel should use top quality items in the room.

Nice Westin property, with a good lobby bar and two restaurants. Only a couple minutes from shopping and many more restaurant choices. Convenient for getting a Taxi or Uber, as they have a dropoff and pickup lane in front of the hotel.
