10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Large room but there was dirt on the carpets. The wifi was very low quality on the 3rd floor room we were in. Bathroom was clean and looked new. A good value stay.

I liked absolutely everything about the property and the staff. Nice, large, clean room, everybody very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast. Felt somewhat uncomfortable in the area around the subway station, ca 5 min walk away. People hanging around, fast-food leftovers strewn on the pavement, had some trouble finding the right street and no one around who I felt comfortable asking (Sunday evening around 8 pm)

Excellent stay with Turm Hotel

Perfectly positioned hotel just outside the main centre of Frankfurt. Located within a 3 minute walk of the nearest underground train station and 5 minutes to the centre. Hotel was clean, comfortable and decorated recently by the look of things.

Joe, the weekend hotelier could not have been more helpful, a pleasure.

Turm Hotel is a small boutique hotel, close to a tube station so easy to get around the city. The staff on reception and at breakfast were polite and friendly, and very helpful. My room was clean, the prices are reasonable and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. You can walk just down the road to a selection of restaurants. I'd stay here again!

My only real complaint is that I hated the penitentiary style soap/shampoo dispenser. Charge me an extra dollar and give me real soap and shampoo!

Very nice hotel

This is a very nice hotel with a great location. It is smart, clean with good services. The only negatives would be that thw WiFi is poor and very limited parking, I did not move the car as I was concerned that there would be no space when I returned.

Nothing went right, from check in to check out.

First off, they couldn’t find my prepaid reservation. The room was clean enough, the bed was very small and not comfortable. No AC, and very noisy with window open. I tried to get extra towels, in the evening and finally was able to talk my way into getting one. The drink at the bar was awful and they didn’t have straws or anyway for me to stir my drink so everything was at the bottom. Check out was just as troublesome. It was in a prime location I needed.

Great price. I got a single bed room, it was very room and perfect for a business stay. The bed was comfy , the location is perfect and the staff is friendly.

The double bed rooms have AC if you need it.

Public transportation is close.

Great bars and restaurants around nearby.

Very quite hotel.

And they have key valet.

Good value for the money

Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Nice location close to the Zeil shopping area. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: No basic items such as a comb, sleeper, a toothbrush and a toothpaste. (You need to pay extra for each item), have to pay city tax of 2 euros (was not informed beforehand), can use Wifi only for one device, Elevator is too small (max 3 ppl) to carry big luggage or multiple luggage.

Good location

We arrived slightly early and was allowed to book in straight away, as our room was not ready, we was provided an upgrade for the same money. Room spacious, large bathroom and plenty of storage/clothing space. Excellent Wi-Fi signal in room. Car parking not a lot of spaces, but is free which is a bonus. Staff helpful and friendly. Good location to the main shopping area and Christmas Markets.

Large room, clean, rude night staff.

Everything was decent except the staff at the front desk for check in in the evening was very rude. Didn't give me any information really about the hotel and parking or breakfast. Parking was advertised as free and on the property. Luckily I found a spot, but don't rely on that. He said it's not guaranteed. Very unfriendly man. In contrast, the woman at the front desk in the morning was very nice and professional. Also, my shower felt like rain drops or spit...they need to fix that stat!

Walked in and room looked nice and updated. Got ready for bed and the TV remote would not work from the bed, the rooms air conditioning did not work so I opened the windows. We had a room facing the busy street so it was noisy all night. Turned off the lights and one of the lights by the TV flickered when not on (there was a switch that turned off all power to the room, but then my phone and bathroom lights wouldn't work). Also when I used the shower the soap bottle by the sink and in the shower were out. 10 of 10 would not stay again. Was going to stay 2 nights but cancelled my 2nd nights reservation.

Check in took longer than expected, as the receptionist couldn't initially find my reservation, even though I had the confirmation page printed out. After it was confirmed, the hotel is old and cramped. The elevator is for one person. Like most European hotels, there is no air conditioning. Breakfast was good, but an extra $10 a day. The wifi was not great.

Good room great location small bed!

I was on my own so not a problem to have a small single bed, but it was a bit unusual as the room was rather large, and could have easily fitted a double. However, that aside the hotel was pretty great - good condition, decor, bar. Breakfast was 25 Euros which I thought was pretty steep. All in all good. I'd stay here again.

Staff unbelievably rude, rooms depressing

Male Receptionist was incredibly rude when I asked for restaurant suggestions and wi fi code. Huffing all the time while I spoke to him.

Rooms need urgent renovation. Better spend 20 euros more and stay elsewhere in the area.
