I had a very pleasant stay at Rioca Frankfurt Posto 7. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit.
When I first arrived, there was a small issue with the toilet in my room. However, thanks to the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff, the situation felt much more manageable. They were understanding and attentive, and the problem was resolved promptly the next morning.
What truly stood out during my stay was the level of hospitality. The team made sure that everything was handled quickly and with genuine care for the guest experience.
Overall, it was truly a pleasure being a guest at this hotel. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

The rooms were comfortable and practical for our 1 week stay. All of the staff was genuinely warm, helpful and welcoming. The chef Carolina made delicious Brazilian croquettes for breakfast and was very friendly. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of all the other people, but the service was excellent. Laundry machines were useful and in good condition. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and we had an excellent view of the city. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We were quite amazed by the concept and loved it. The speakers are an amazing feature. Room is very cozy and the breakfast with a Brazilian touch is awesome. Jully and Jessica were very kind, helpful and amazing hosts. Just one idea: reading lamps close to the bed. If one wants to read at night in bed it’s quite difficult with the current room lighting.

Overall a very nice stay in a brand new hotel/room (Copacabana). Spotlessly clean & very courteous staff. A couple of U stations 5-10 minutes walk away & a regular 5-10 minute journey into the city centre.
The room would benefit from bedside reading lights & a toaster in the kitchenette. Otherwise no complaints at all.

I thought this place was great! Comfortable beds, cute little chair, very convenient technology (like Chromecast on the TV and Bluetooth built into the bathroom mirror). Clean, quiet, cute. It's a bit remote from the city center, but a public transportation station is only like a 10 minute walk in either direction. Would definitely stay again!

Solid stay for 2 nights in Frankfurt. It's pretty no frills in terms of facilities. Self check-in and check-out in the lobby, but also in person check-in on top floor where the restaurant is.

I feel the lobby could use a vending machine of some sort. We arrived on a Sunday night, and with all supermarkets closed in Germany on Sundays it would be helpful to have even basic options.

Room itself was pretty good, we were on the main road side but had external blinds which shut out the noise. If you put the AC to the highest level it is really noisy!

Location wise, close to a nice strip of restaurants, supermarket, and University. Couple of cafes nearby and well.

Lovely hotel

My husband and I spent two weeks at Rioca and we were not disappointed. The staff were super friendly and accommodating ( special thanks to Erika , Sebastian and Anna ) The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. Location was great and had amazing views from the seventh floor restaurant and bar ( food and drinks were fab! ) few mins walk to the U-Bahn and Rewe Supermarket which was convenient . Next time we are in Frankfurt this will be our spot.

This property exceeded my expectations. Extremely nice facility’. The room was equipped with everything you could hope for and more. Only downside was the hard mattress. The front desk staff were amazing, so was the lobby. There is a free coffee and tea set up, a lovely view. The restaurants very nice as well.

I highly recommend a stay here. There is a full breakfast available for 19euros It was well worth it due to the amount of food available . I arrived early on an international flight and they checked me in a few hours early . The decor is beautiful and the staff is very friendly . I will stay again next year . My stay was 4 nights

We had a great stay at this very new property. The staff were lovely, location good and safe, close to train and supermarket. Great touch having free coffee and tea on 7th floor, nice view as well. Our room had microwave and fridge and there is also a high tech washer and dryer in basement. The blockout blinds were great and double glazing kept noise out, we found room a bit warm. The pillows were okay but I found the mattress very hard and there was no top sheet. Housekeeping is done every 3 days. We had a few hiccups but it is expected with a new hotel. Would stay again.

Personal habe ich keines gesehen, da es ein Self-Checkin im Eingangsbereich gab. Erst am Fahrstuhl habe ich gesehen dass die Rezeption in der 7. Etage ist.
Zimmer sehr groß, aber sehr bunt von den ganzen Fototapeten. Dennoch nett und sauber vor allem. Leider gab es neben einer angefangenen Toilettenpapierrolle im Regal im Bad, nix Weiteres (Tücher etc.) Nachts war dann im Zimmer über mir anscheinend ein \"Club\". Die Anlage hatte guten Bass. Nachdem ich übers Handy die vermeintliche Rezeption erreicht habe, war dies aber nur ein Callcenter in einer anderen Stadt. Er hat dann jemanden ins Hotel geschickt, damit die Musik ausgemacht wird. Dies hat ca. 40 min gedauert und wurde dann gegen 01:30 ausgestellt.
