They were a little uppity about parking in area to unload luggage. Free time is 15 minutes and we went over 2 minutes and was told to pay. Kind of ridiculous. Hotel was nice though and breakfast options were great

This is a nice hotel with great breakfast and dining options nearby (including a 15th-century city tour-turned-classic German restaurant). The hotel is located close to the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt, so it is a good place to stay if you have business there. It is somewhat distant from the center of the city and the main train station, though both are accessible by public transportation. Rooms are clean and modern. The staff are efficient and helpful.

Great hotel just on the border of downtown Frankfurt. Large clean rooms and friendly service. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the lobby bar is a great place to unwind before retiring for the night.

The Hotel was very convenient for our appointment at the Consulate which is in 10 min walking distance. The Hotel was very clean. We liked the wooden floor in the room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. For Euro 30 we were able to check-in at 11am which was great. We would use this Hotel again.

This BestWestern is far away from the train station but is actually easy to get by either S, STR, U or bus.

Clean, friendly and not that expensive.

Only thing missing would be A/C.

I had an administrative issue with the management that could have been handled in a way that would have secured my loyalty to the Best Western chain in perpetuity. They failed miserably in what I saw as a blatant cash-grab, and as a result I will always avoid the Best Western chain.

Location and facilities are good. The problem was with the personnel!
They are Understaffed - at 11 am, the check out time there was only one guy working at the front desk! I had to wait 40 minutes to figure out some stuff with my reservation!
They are Unprepared - I got charged twice because the lady who checked me in didn’t knew that Expedia will pay the hotel - so I had to pay when on Expedia, and at the front desk!
They are Unprofessional - when I did the check out, the guy ignored me for 20 minutes!

This is my first time here . The two young ladies served us on June 4 afternoon are very friendly and helpful. We have tried the lobby’s restaurant around 9:15 pm, the waiter served us is very polite and friendly too ! The pizza is yummy. The room is big enough and clean . I like this hotel ! Another Enjoyable Stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a wide variety of choice for breakfast and the Bircher muesli was excellent! This is our second stay here and it will always be our go-to hotel in Frankfurt.

I liked the spacious room. The breakfast was delicious as well. I would have been happier if I had been given my room 45 minutes before check-in time as it was already ready without charging 10 Euros extra after my flight across the Atlantic. That seemed like mediocre Customer Service.

This hotel has a great staff, an excellent breakfast buffet, and pretty spacious rooms. We didn't have any issues with our room. We only had food from the breakfast buffet, but they offered other dining options. The bartenders were nice and there was great beer available. And Apfelwein! Lots of English speakers, so communication was easy for those of us without additional languages,

The Best Western is a gem in the city of Frankfurt. Clean, spacious rooms, professional Staff and excellent facilities. It sits away from the noise of downtown, but offers easy access only a few stops away with a trolley close to the hotel. The Breakfast buffet was a wonderful offering of a wide assortment of food and drink. Easy access to restaurants, grocery store and trolleys for quick trips into town or elsewhere.

Every yhing fine but has a bitter experience of My life regarding payment My credit card was not working so as gurantee was asked to pay for one.night as.my booking was for only.one night which i did AND paid 103Euro but next day once was checking out had.a surprised that there was no entry of this payment AND the guy who received mony completely denied.Was.asked.to pay again which i did as had alreasy wasted more than hour to convince the manager that you are.asking for the amount which i have alredy paid.
He promised.to go thrugh the recording ofreceptiondesk and.pay me back but so for no contact.
My mistake that i donot ask.for receipt but what about the guy on duty was not his responsibiliyy to give me receipt

I travel a lot for work and privately and must say my stay at Best Western Premier IB Hotel Friedberger Warte, even though very short, was exceptional. A relatively new hotel, it was clean, comfortable , the staff extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was provided and there was a wide array. Additionally, there was a restaurant on the premises and lots of dining opportunities outside.

This hotel is great for a comfortable relaxing stay in Frankfurt. I've stayed there several times because it is near where my daughter lives but it is convenient for the town centre because the S Bahn stops a few minutes walk away. As a solo traveller I always feel safe and relaxed at this hotel.

The hotel is very old and bed has a plastic lining that is very uncomfortable. No room service menu provided and when I asked the front desk, they responded I would need to come down to the restaurant to order instead of delivering one to my room. Food expensive and tasteless.

Comfortable hotel close to the S Bahn

This hotel is near the American Consulate and motorway but only a short journey into town by S or U Bahn.It's very relaxing with comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast is included in the price. It's by a busy road but closed windows at night cut the noise. I've stayed here several times and it's always very clean. I really enjoy staying here.

Great place if they actually had working WiFi

The twin beds were uncomfortable because they had extra padding that was tied to the mattress and it kept slipping off. The WiFi was horrible because it kept kicking you off. When I complained they told me they have had this problem for 6 months...I felt it was dishonest to advertise as having free WiFi if they knew there was problems. Other than the WiFi the hotel is great.

The free breakfast was great. Not many restaurants close by but very easy access to the train and for 7 euros you can purchase a day pass and that will allow you to ride all trains an buses for the day. Hotel is very close the the US Consulate.

Good room, helpful and friendly desk staff. In-hotel restaurant was small, had a very limited menu, and was very overpriced. My hamburger had small bits of cheese on it, so it looked like they made a cheeseburger accidentally and then took the cheese off. The bed was comfortable and I liked the room. It was reasonable size for a European hotel. However, the wifi's internet connection constantly went up and down. If you're checking email or web surfing it would be fine, but for anything that needs a constant connection like streaming or playing a game, it was unusable. I told them a few times about the problem, and sometimes they said they were fixing it, sometimes they were surprised. Once I think they told me the internet went down any time they ran a credit card.

Overall, the hotel was nice but definitely not 4 star.

Four Stars? On what planet??

Seriously, what on Earth gave these people the idea to call this a four star hotel? This was the smallest room I've ever had in a four star hotel, and the first time I've seen a four star hotel with a shower only.

It's right next to a busy main road, and the windows aren't adequately soundproofed. The furniture was chipped, the TV image distorted, the bed lightweight and not fixed to the floor so when you sat up leaning against the headboard, it would slide forward.

The shower was a disaster, as the shower head could not be fixed and kept tilting down pointing straight at the back wall making it difficult to get any water on yourself.

The breakfast buffet was mediocre, at best.

Parking. The booking website promised free parking. When I arrived, I was told that this applied to the outside parking lot only. However, the outside parking lot only had about 20 spaces, all of which were taken. There was no parking to be had on the street either, so the only remaining option was the hotel's parking garage - for which you were charged.

Oh, last curious thing: the elevator. Despite being reasonably new (after all the sign said it was built this century), it only had a single call button, no UP or DOWN options.
