The Moxy was a bit of fun and has everything you need, the staff is simply amazing, always with a smile on their face , location convenient with tram service very close by. Nice walk to Frankfurt old town. Amenities close by example lidls for breakfast items or a lovely supermarket about a 7 minute walk, one small comment breakfast was €23 per person which was a bit steep so we opted to eat out. Avoid walking to ost park using Google maps takes you an unsavoury side of Frankfurt, some less interesting characters be safe walk in pairs or groups if you happen to get lost

Fun and convenient

Third time staying at the Moxy. It's clean, fun, convenient. I typically don't rent a car when I'm in town (although they do have off-street parking) so it's important that the hotel have good access to transit options. And there were always e-scooters nearby as well! The Moxy is also close to an excellent grocery store and restaurants, plus they have breakfast and snacks/drinks in the hotel.

Staff have been uniformly excellent as well, which adds tremendously to the experience.

A quick night before starting a tour. Staff was fantastic. So friendly and helpful! The room was clean with very cool vibe. The walls are a bit thin (could hear our neighbour turning on/off the wall mounted light switches), but luckily noise from the adjacent rooms did not bother us. We were able to grab a small dinner in the dining room, which was great. Tea and coffee in the morning were complimentary. Overall, nice stay, and would stay there again.

Good value for money

For a fairly cheap stay, the Moxy was comfortable, friendly, clean, and had decent amenities. My only complaint is about the cleaning procedures - I don't blame the cleaning staff at all, they were all very friendly and did an excellent job. However, it seems like they were not well trained at all on what is appropriate with regards to entering guests rooms. I had a cleaner come in my room extremely early in the morning (without knocking, or knocking so quietly I did not hear it), entering without knocking and not closing the door when asked to leave but instead insisting on putting towels down, and entering even when the do not disturb sign was up. I don't mind this so much if I am with my partner, but I was on my own and having a male cleaner enter unexpectedly made me feel very nervous. When solo travelling as a female, as I'm sure many people do at the Moxy, it is important to feel that your room is a safe space and you can control who enters it (unless there is a serious need for the hotel to enter your room of course). I hope Moxy can train their staff with proper protocol to keep people feeling safe in their rooms, because other than that I absolutely loved the hotel, had a great time, and thought it was excellent value for money.

Everything was self service. There was no phone in the room. So amenities like towels, electric kettle we had to go to reception to request. Even room refreshment had to be requested at reception. We did not know and just hung the ‘make up room’ tag outside of our door. No one changed the towels.

Great hotel in a very quiet and safe part of the city. The price and the cleanliness of the accommodation can't be beat. One of my favorite places to stay in Frankfurt. 15 walk to the S-bahn that takes you to the airport. I would highly recommend it for anyone having to spend the night in Frankfurt.

Stayed at several different Moxy and this one was not the best experience.
The shower has heating issue, so the water was super hot or cold.
Also the shower door was badly design that it was almost impossible to get out unless you squeeze yourself at the corner.
Bed was sort of soft and could feel the spring. This was not an ordinary Moxy experience compare to what I had before.

The hotel.is really cool and staff very pleasent. The breakfast is good. The food menus is small but very tasty. I woukd recommend this hotel. Its about 30 min walk into town but their is a tram/bus which goes into town. The rooms are modern and very clean..

Really nice hotel with great facilities particularly with the 24hr bar and food. I would stay here again. Only slight niggle was that in my room the door sometimes didn't shut properly so when it was cleaned we came back and the room was open. Every other room looked OK and it was a scan lift so it was OK.

My husband and I arrived around 10:30am, well before the 3:00pm check in. We asked hotel staff if we could just leave our luggage to get a bite to eat and then come back at check in. To our pleasant surprise, we were told there was a room available. We were also given a choice of which floor we wanted to stay on. After we freshened up, we went downstairs to the desk, where once again, the great staff member answered our questions about getting around and general sites in Frankfurt. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable but a special “thanks” to Simon. We will definitely return.

Good location to the east of downtown. The building is brand new and rooms are excellent. The check in was efficient and helpful and the shared space downstairs is Ghent. Bar and games space makes for an enjoyable hotel. Also a small gym on the ground floor with the basics, but good setup. Highly recommended

The service was great and the hotel was clean but our tv didn't connect to out phones to watch Netflix and the tv only offers News in English. The food in the restaurant was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was great but the lunch/dinner food was cheap pub food that was bland

Hip hotel with a cool vibe

Really hip hotel with cool decorations and a nice bar that is open 24 hours in the lobby. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Only complaint was that the shower didn't have any walls, so the entire bathroom floor was wet while getting ready each morning, despite my best efforts to keep the water spray within the \"shower corner\". A bit stressful. Adding shower walls would have made my trip a 10 out of 10.

The hotel is located in the east of Frankfurt, but it's easy to reach the city centre and the riverside. tram 11 is right next to the hotel. The hotel itself is modern and funky. Very different in a nice way.will visit again.

Even though this is perhaps 2.5 star hotel.
it is clean and well managed hotel. (maybe because it is new).

Meanwhile, I was really really impressed with the staff there.
They are highly professional. Very friendly and helpful.
I know that MOXY is budget hotel from Marriot, but i must stay there is somethings that Marriot staffs should learn from MOXY staffs.

All is good expect maybe the location of the hotel. It is quite far from the city center. But you can take tram that is about 50m from the hotel that can take you to the city center. : )

Considering that the hotel just opened and is between large construction sites, it is pretty good. The service can still improve, especially the time it takes from ordering a drink at the bar until it is served. I liked the communal atmosphere in the lobby where hotel guests can hang out together in kind of a living room setting.

Perfect hotel for Millennials

Moxy was amazing. As soon as we got there, they made us feel comfortable. The “Now” (the lounge/bar area) was super cozy and I really liked hanging out there. It’s a hip place designed with Millenials in mind.
The staff were wonderful. They all spoke English and were always ready to help.
The rooms were great! Our bed was so comfortable. We didn’t want to get up! The showers and sinks were very nice. Even their “muk” shampoo/conditioner was quality.
The breakfast was decent (you could get better for the price). Get there early because the baked goods go fast.
The only downside is the location. The buses weren’t super convenient so we just walked most of the time-it got tiring after a while. There are bikes for rent nearby too. Though, there are some sketchy places in Frankfurt and this isn’t one of them.

Would stay here again just for the showers

The shower was absolutely amazing - a regular shower head and a rainfall with some really nice shampoo and conditioner. The entire property was very schnazzy with a hip vibe. The area was alright, not much around and probably a 20 minute walk into the main part of town.

La habitación se ve en mal estado, un ac que hace un ruido terrible durante toda la noche y no deja dormir, un baño sin puertas ni divisiones de vidrio en la
Ducha, que apenas te bañas deja inservible todo el baño de la cantidad de agua que sale para todo lado y ya no puedes volver a entrar si no te quieres mojar los pies, colchón en mala condición y mala explicación del personal a la llegada en cuanto a servicios, agua de cortesía etc.

When arrived we didn’t get the welcome drink, our room was not cleaned and towels not changed. When requested for body towels they gave us hand towels because they didn’t have any more, and they don’t have complimentary water. I have stayed at several Moxy hotels, and believe me, this one is not up to the level

Das Hotel war sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal hat von uns verlangt, den Parkplatz zu bezahlen (22€). Zum Glück hatten wir eine Bestätigung zum kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten uns ein helles Zimmer gewünscht, aber haben eins im 2. Stock bekommen, das zum Innenhof blickt. Frühstück war gut und von guter Qualität. Allerdings waren die Säften und Pancakes alle. Wir haben bemerkt, dass anderen Gästen beim Check in Kaffee oder Bier kostenlos angeboten wurden, aber uns hat niemanden angesprochen.
