The hotel itself is clean, convenient to the Expressway (661) and within walking distance to the city of Offenbach and just across the bridge from Frankfurt am Main. The staff is accommodating, courteous, friendly, and ever so helpful. The area is still under construction and the main street is busy so it can get a little loud, but no so much one can not sleep. The hotel is kept clean and well organized. What I like the most is from time-to-time you can get a real 'Deal' on an overnight stay in what should be a 4-Star hotel. This has become my 'Go-to' hotel whenever I am in Frankfurt am Main in Germany.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was large by European standards. It is very close to a train station. Only downside is that there is not a lot of amenities.

Too Expensive of a Breakfast

Breakfast was way too expensive at 19 Euros a person. That is rediculous. I ended up paying 38 Euros for breakfast. Too much even for Frankfurt.

Nice hotel in the suburbs of Frankfurt

Easy train access to the city for 2.80 euro each way. Staff very friendly to help answer questions. Restaurant staff pleasant. Dinner menu limited but salad buffett worth the price. Breakfast has everything and I mean everything including fresh eggs to order but pricy at 19 euro. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bathrooms more than adequate.

A nice alternative to downtown Frankfurt hotels

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Nice breakfast worth the 18€. You can reach downtown FRA by taxi for 10-15€.
Only bad comment could be applied to all other hotels in the Frankfurt area. Because of the Light and Building fair that brought ten of thousands people in Frankfurt the room was rated at 245€. A week after, i am sure the room will be priced at 100€+ Euros, its normal price.
There should be a price control that prevent hotels from triplling the rate when fully booked.....

Dishonest service and burlap pillows

The good: easy parking, very clean, and dog friendly. The bad?: Tried to tell us a way higher price than what we reserved (when I found my reservation they suddenly saw the 'right' price on the computer screen), one told us about free breakfast buffet from 6-10 and then another gave us a bill for 17 euro each! Told us about parking but fail to tell us about needing their coins to exit and fee charged. Internet info was totally messed up. Extremely rough sheets and pillows (I do not have sensitive skin but this chaffed my face). Would never stay there again nor ever recommend it.

Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en ontbijt perfect. Vandaar 3 sterren, maar de omgeving vreselijk, je kijkt tegen een bouwput aan, weinig parkeerplaatsen en de kosten om electrisch te laden 40 euro per lading extra. Waarom? Het hotel bevindt zich op een klein stukje grond tussen de hoge flats. Erg slechte ligging.

Schönes Zimmer für einen Businessaufenthalt. Kostenlose Minibar mit drei Getränken und im Flur waren noch verschiedene Möglichkeiten zu \"naschen\" (kostenfrei). Bademantel auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück war auch gut. Insgesamt weiter zu empfehlen.

Freundliche Rezeptions-MA, ordentliche Zimmer und Bäder, überall sehr guter, freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gut für „Spätheimkehrer“ - die Bar ist bis ca. 0:30 geöffnet. Liegt günstig- Ffm Bankenviertel & alte Oper nur ca. 20 Autominuten entfernt. ÖPNV auch möglich, Haltestellen in der Nähe. Wer es ruhig mag kann die schallisolierenden Fenster schließen.

Réservé un chambre confort 1 lit double. Une chambre avec un lit simple m’a été attribué. J’en informe la réceptionniste (antipathique qui préfère papoter avec sa collègue) qui me dit que cela est normal parce que je suis seul et que cela est une erreur d’Hotels.com. J’ai donc passé ma nuit dans une chambre lit simple, réservé et payée pour un lit double. Arnaqué!

Nicht das neueste Hotel aber ok. Jedoch….

Parken mit dem E-Auto kostet 40€ pro Nacht pauschal. (11KW)
Laden tagsüber pauschal 20€ plus Parkplatzgebühr. Dazu muss dann so geparkt werden, dass es einem fast die Lieferantentore aufs Auto knallen wenn man nicht genau aufpasst. Beide Ladesäulen sind direkt nebeneinander und man braucht ein extrem langes Kabel da die Autos hintereinander parken müssen. Ein muss dann wenn ein Lieferant kommt im blödesten Fall umgeparkt werden.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, allerdings gab es am Wochenende keinen Restaurantbetrieb (nur Frühstück) und die Bar war nicht, wie beim Check-In angekündigt 24 Stunden geöffnet (um 23.00 Uhr gab es die letzten Getränke). Ansonsten toller Service, sehr sehr nette und bemühte Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder.

지하철 역이 근처에 있어서 이동하기가 수월하나 호텔을 제외한 주변 지역이 공사 지역으로 주말 이용 시 공사소음이나 이런 불편은 없었으나 외관/풍경이나 이런 부분은 조금 아쉬운 점이 있습니다.
그리고 주변 레스토랑 이용 시 약 10분 정도 걸어서 이동해야 합니다. 주변에는 bar나 편의시설은 없지만 크게 불편한 건 없었고 숙소나 호텔은 정말 관리가 잘 되어 있는 것 같습니다.
특이나 기억에 남는 건 아침 조식이 잘 나옵니다.

아침식사도 평균 이상 수준.
다만, Reception Desk 직원들의 고객 응대속도는 좀더 개선될 필요가 있음.
주변은 다소 황량하고 바로 옆이 공사중이어서 딱히 볼 만한 곳은 없음

Sehr nettes Personal :-) sauber war es auch ,Sauna war auch super ..gartenbereich war auch schön ,nur die Baustelle daneben ist zum kotzen morgens um 7 Uhr schon so laut ,aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts

Хороший базовый отель для командировки. Для длительного проживания не очень удобен, номер маловат. Завтраки дорогие, если отдельно брать. Выйти из отеля особо некуда, но тут надо понимать, что отель в пригороде

Freundliches Personal und geräumige Zimmer

Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal. Zimmer ausreichend groß. Einrichtung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr lautes Umfeld aufgrund der Hauptstraße auf der einen und einer Riesenbaustelle auf der anderen Seite. Die Fenster sind recht gut isoliert.
