Easy check-in. Pet fee is 20 EUR and there's some grass area next to the river. Parking is 20 EUR, but you can try to park right across from the hotel entrance. There are only two legal parking spaces, but we parked next to the kebab place after the reception guy told us no one has ever received a ticket for doing so. Roomy and clean. Will come back.

I would not recommend staying in this area of Frankfurt unless you have to. There are no restaurants, no pharmacies, no supermarkets. In fact, if it were for the fact that I wanted to stay near the clinic treating my father’s prostate, I would not have stayed here.

The hotel is a 3* at best. It is clean and functional. The staff are helpful. But it has absolutely no facilities. The food in the restaurant in the hotel was mediocre without much by way of selection. So not look for a culinary experience here. The approach to feeding is functional, in terms of filling an empty belly. The best of what you can get is at the breakfast buffet. Eat breakfast well. That is probably the best selection you’ll have available in the Offenbach area…unless you consider a McDonald restaurant an acceptable culinary experience. But the McD is the only restaurant within a 20 minute drive of the area.

If, like me, you absolutely need to be in the Offenbach area, the Delta Hotel is the best proposition there is.

Unless you really need to be in Offenbach, it’s not a nice area in Frankfurt. There are no dining options other than the restaurants at the Delta and Leonardo Hotels and the McDonalds drive thru restaurant. But if you need to stay in this area, as we did to attend a clinic for treatment, the Delta Hotel will get the job done. It’s a bare bones 3* hotel. Forget fine dining. It’s a functional clean place to stay. I would not call it an experience that’s in any way memorable. But that’s all that is available in Offenbach.

The property had a wonderful view of the city and was easily accessible. I was disappointed the onsite restaurant was closed as this was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. After a long day of sightseeing we were looking forward to getting back to the hotel and grabbing a bite to eat, however, we ended up eating McDonalds since the restaurant was closed for 2 nights in a row. We also experienced a false fire alarm in the middle of the night without great communication about what was going on. Overall a good place to stay.

Staff was pleasant; hotel is very nice.
I like that the window in the room opens allowing fresh air.
The bathroom set up doesn’t lend itself to privacy as it is open to the room.
The pillows are not comfortable and I spent the week with a sore neck.
Due to Covid there is no room service but you can order dinner from a limited menu and pick it up on floor 1.
We purchased our room including breakfast; due to Covid the instructions stated they would call your room to tell you when to come retrieve it. We had requested a 7 am breakfast due to business schedule. Several days they did not call so we paid for breakfast but didn’t get it. After 3 times we mentioned this to staff and they advised that if we didn’t get a call to just go down so the instructions for Covid weren’t accurate.
Also due to Covid they advised that we could only get housekeeping once during our 9 day stay.

Lovely hotel just a short distance from Frankfurt

A very nice hotel!! We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are stunning - really spacious and light with good views of the river. By far the nicest room we have stayed in for a while. While the area isn't that appealing, as it is mainly offices and feels very industrial, there are convenient links to the city - it's really only a short train ride across the river. We walked down the river one day to Frankfurt - it was a lovely experience on a sunny day. So given the money we saved staying a short distance away from Frankfurt, and the room we got for our stay, we are pleased with our decision. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Hotel in Offenbach not in Frankfurt but close

The hotel does not really hold its 4 star standards, it at times seems rather cheap. The staff however is very friendly as we once forgot our money in the hotel room and the manager personally placed it in the safe for us. The parking house is very limited in size so be careful to not hit the concrete ceiling when opening the back of your car. Also when we first entered the room there were blood stains on the carpet and stuff under the bed from the people, who were in the room before us. At times we also had some stained sheets on the bed. All in all the staff was friendly but the hotel can only be rated between 3.5 and 3.9 but not 4 stars.

I visited Frankfurt for the first time and as a first time, it all start with the place you stay. I wasn't sure about the area but I still wanted to give it a try. Indeed the location is not the best (if you like to walk around and get a coffee or a snack nearby) but its not far from downtown either by taxi.
Besided the location, I strongly recommend the hotel. It's very clean, large rooms, high quality materials and well designed. Personnel is very nice and helpful.

Good but odd rooms

Good people, nice hotel, ok location (15 min to airport or downtown) but weird rooms. Here are several things that are just odd about the rooms:

1. Doors between where you exit the elevator on your floor and go into your room. This means if you're carrying bags you have to set them down, open the door, prop it open, and then pickup your bags again

2. The shower door touches the ground so you can't put a bath mat down and the shower floor isn't slanted enough towards the drain so water runs out into the rest of the bathroom

3. The door handles turn when you open them, so if you put out a do not disturb sign out and then open your door, it falls off

4. The hot water pot's cord isn't long enough to reach the outlet behind the minibar so you need to take it to another outlet

5. The bathroom door is frosted, but there is a gap between the bathroom area and the rest of the room. This means laying in bed if someone is in the bathroom you can see their legs

6. The lights require a keycard to be in the slot to be on, when it's removed they go off. This slot is 8 feet from the doorway, thus when you remove the card to leave, you must walk 8 feet to the door with no light. Most hotels have a 60 second delay.

7. Drapes didn't have a drawing handle, so you have to stand on a chair to reach the top to open them. They where also very hard to move back to close, it required lots of effort.

Restaurant was good but pricey.

Overall, hotel was great. One incident that alarmed us was when they asked for our passports to copy on our evening check-in eventhough we had reservations and the room had been paid prior. Talked with staff the following morning they apologized and explained that fir those without reservations they are required to copy if now but this should not have happened to us. They compensated us with a free breakfast, which wasn't necessary but was tasty. I would stay here again. Hotel is new and parking garage is secure.

This could have been a 5-star experience if it wasn't for the incompetent staff in the hotel restaurant and the lack of responsiveness by the hotel management. The room was great, top class on an international standard. The food quality in the East Side Restaurant was outstanding and the drink selection enjoyable. Nice also to have a 24hr gym available on site. Unfortunately, the table service in the half empty restaurant was the worst I have seen in more than a decade of travels across Europe, Asia, and North-America. Ridiculously long waiting periods were interrupted only by episodes of incompetent service that crossed several lines of bad conduct. Particularly memorable was the reaction of the waiter when I notified him that the cappuccino I had to order twice before it finally arrived was served cold. He suggested I would get a hot one the next time I ordered one and, when asked if he was serious, argued \"Yes, another colleague worked on this order for me, so I don't have any impact on whether it arrives hot or cold.\" The entire experience to order and consume a main meal and a desert with corresponding beverages stretched over two hours due to the negligence of the floor staff and would have taken even longer if I wouldn't have eventually taken the initiative to walk up to the front desk to pay my bill. I have sent emails to the hotel and to the restaurant plus notified the reception desk of my experience upon my departure. It's been three days without any response yet.

Hotel um pouco longe do aeroporto de Frankfurt, porem quartos bastante amplos, limpos e arejados. O ponto forte é o restaurante do hotel com comida excelente, otima cerveja e seu chef, o portugues (quase brasileiro!!!!) Antonio Martins, uma cara bastante agradavel, cortes e que nos deixou bem a vontade no jantar.

感覚的には4⭐️ホテルの感じですが日系のホテルサービスとはかけ離れた感じです…部屋は綺麗で清潔ですが空気が(エアコン？)クリアで無かった気がする。朝ごはんも毎日同じでアジアン系の料理が一切ないのは辛い所でした。しかしパンは美味しかったです。ベッドのクッションもとても良かったです。

Schönes Zimmer - dubiose Gegend

Das Zimmer ist riesig und das Bett sehr bequem. Es ist auch sehr schön eingerichtet, einzig die \"Milchglastür\" der Toilette finde ich persönlich nicht besonders. Eine Dusche OK, aber eine Toilette - da erwarte ich eine bis oben gescholossene Wand und Tür.
Die Gegend um das Hotel ist mehr als Dubios und ich würde Nachts nur über die Hauptstrassen gehen.
