Everything went smoothly, the lady checked me in was very nice, friendly and warm…all are great, the room was good and everything work and the window with the city view from a distance, not bad at all. Not an ideal location but it close to office buildings nearby and several restaurants too. When I got to the hotel around 8pm, there are several police/security chatting with some guests at the front door and I was feeling that I picked the wrong place but all are good. Staff are nice and friendly. I like it.

Parking garage is very small but there was plenty of parking available.
Room could have been cleaner. There were lots of spots on the carpet in the room and especially in the hallway. There was a gooey spot on the nightstand that wasn’t washed off. There were two make up stains from someone’s hands on the bathroom door. The two drinking glasses in the room were not clean. The walls in the room need a fresh coat of paint, pretty scratched up. For the price I guess it was fine.
The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast had a good variety of options. I was happy they had hot chocolate as one of the drinking options since I don’t drink coffee. They also offered juices.

We walked to an Asian restaurant that’s right around the corner, which had great food. That was very convenient.
Drive to the airport the next morning only took 15 minutes.

Receptionist was helpful and friendly, easy check in and check out process! Room was cleaned and towels provided, location is good enough, depending upon your preference!
Limited carpark space for free but you can park for extra charge under the building if you wanted!
Definitely recommend, in overall it’s a great choice! We will book it again 👌

**“The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and close to many great places to visit. The price is reasonable and includes breakfast, which adds good value. The only downside was that the paid parking did not have an EV charging option, so I had to pay extra for another parking spot to charge my car.”**There was no food option for baby and no bedding for my 1.5 year old baby as I have to give boiled water so there was no water kettle for doing warm water

Way better than Camping

When we arrived the concierge couldn't find my booking and it turned out I'd booked a month ahead by mistake! He was very calm and kind about it and refunded me the money even though he didn't have to. So then it was a bit more expensive last minute but still good value.
The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with lovely yellow curtains that keep it dark enough for me to sleep.
The bathroom was clean, good shower.
A bit out of town but handy for train & bus.
The bed was comfortable with a good soft headboard.
Good WiFi, working TV though everything was in German there was only English speaking news - I never watch the news! I did enjoy watching Dirty Dancing in German!
The lift/elevator worked.
They have vending machines with snacks.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Restaurants within walking distance. The Eastside Terrace restaurant and bar next door is very nice. The food and staff are excellent. Kaiser Pizza (also next door) has the best pizza in the world! Ask for Antonio.

I could have rated 5star but i think they don't deserve that from me for the fact that a hotel of it kind should at least have a kettle and tea cups in rooms for guest. I haven't been to a hotel with no kettle and mini ingredients for tea in the room before so i didn't like that. Apart from that, everything were nice.

The property is a newer building and the rooms are very clean. My room was small but for me it was fine since I was looking for a clean place to sleep and take shower. I definitely would go there again if I wanted to stay in Offenbach.

Good, comfortable stay.

Fairly basic, but spacious rooms. Bathroom is good. Breakfast options are limited in the hotel. It's a cheap alternative for business trips when compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Would stay here again for business no problems, but only if the other hotels around are too expensive at the time.

This property is bare nones. Dont expect anything but a clean room. No restaurant. You must purchase water or soda. No safe in the room, no complimentary bottle of water, no fridge and no ice machine.

The hotel was okay and the staff were friendly.

There is no chair/sofa in the room so, we had to sit on the bed through out our stay- not a proper way to relax in a room.

There is no kettle for tea or coffee- I had to buy electric kettle, tea, milk and sugar.

This has to be by far the worse hotel i have seen in all 20 years as traveler. When booking tru expedia i asked to confirm about availability of oarking space, which i never got an answer, the day of the check in i went to the lobby and let me tell you as a woman i felt terrible unsafe just entering, many men were smoking , drinking right ny the door entrance, one of them made a vulgar gesture with his mouth and face to me, i continue enter to try to speak with supervisor which receptionist told me it was not there that day, i mentioned where is the \"parking availability \" she said ,there was none , i told her i didnt feel comfortable with the place (specially after the experience and guests at the door) and she just said: i have 17 more check in come inand i m alone , i told her , it s fine i dont want to do the check in uf i can speak with manager , she said ,no possible. I said i wont check in here for safety reasons and i would like to get a refund so i can go and try to fin other hotel. She told me NO. In resume, i tried to speak with them and never even did the check in, what i saw and experienced was enough to understand that place was no safe for me,so i left. At the end, the hotel never refunded me nor expedia helped me. The hotel was stinky since the entrance,people outside and inside smoking (i have allergies to smoke as well) and the receptionist was unprofessional and how come if they had so many check ins..the manager left her alone? Unbelievable

Simple hotel with friendly staff

We had a good experience with Hotel Campanile. Room was basic but newly refurbished and comfortable. I felt it's great value for money. It's also near a bike path that you can use to go to centre of Frankfurt. The only negative thing is that the room wasn't sparkling clean, e.g. there was rubbish of you looked under the bed.

Wonderful Staff; New Property

The women at the front desk were super helpful, letting me store my luggage when I arrived early, giving me U train directions, and serving me a cocktail at night. I enjoyed my stay there despite it being in the suburbs of Frankfurt.

Terrible service at check in

The lady checking us in was the rudest person I have ever experienced in over 40 years of traveling!!! She absolutely hates her job and hates the guests checking in.

The hotel is promoted as a good 3 star hotel, well it is not!!! the towels have holes in them, the air conditioning in the room cant be controlled, so you are either too warm or too cold.

Overall, a terrible experience.

Very clean and well built property, great staff. Not too far from train station. But, the pillows are so large that you can not comfortably sleep. you can try to sleep on the corner of a pillow but its regains its shape and tilts your neck into an impossible to sleep angle. Horrible pillows, bring your own. Curtains let in a lot of light, there is light from early morning till very late, its impossible to sleep with such light. Black-out curtains would really help.

This crooked hotel didn't have a room available although I'd paid. They had known all day but only told me on arrival. I wasted my trip to the hotel and had to find another place at short notice and great expense. Obviously they hoped I wouldn't turn up and they would have kept the money. Awful way to treat customers.

For the price this is no brainer if you are taking a flight next day. Direct train routes possible from nearest train station about 2 blocks walk to airport with a 40min ride. Limited options for food in immediate area but 15m walk is city area. Bathroom is about the same size as the main bedroom with awesome shower and has a nice TV. Breakfast was also good for a free option.

The hotel is quite new and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful which made my trip so much better! The breakfast is decent but not great. The beds are very comfortable and I didn't wake up the first night which I usually do when I sleep at hotels. If I come back to Frankfurt I'd definitely book the Campanile again :)
