Very accommodating and helpful concierge staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good too and is available for longer hours. There’s a paid parking garage €30 for 24 hours. There’s also free street parking. The bus, tram, underground/subway and train stations are literally next to the hotel. Very convenient especially traveling with a senior with limited mobility. I would stay here again.

Nice, clean, and modern facility. Only complain was our room had a musty smell but overall a very comfortable stay. The hotel is right across from the European Central Bank complex/tower. We did get a chance to go in for a short tour of the first floor visitor center. We did also walk to the old part of town (about 1.5 miles away). Very doable on a nice day. There is also a nice supermarket a block away that you can get most essential including snacks and drinks.

Very quiet and the service is excellent. Also, it is the doir beside the metro and train which is very good. However, the area is a bit scary with all the homeless people. Also the pillows are really bad. We did not sleep well with these.

One step from Ubahn and train, and a couple minutes walk from trams and buses. Very welcoming receptionist on arrival- this is a +++.
The room is quite small for 2 beds- not enough room if you have luggages. The bathroom was also oddly designed where the toilet is directly facing the door in a very awkward angle . There was only a shower head, no rain shower and the shower stall did not have full coverage doors or shower curtains so expect water on the floor. There wasn't enough hooks or hangers for towels.
Restaurants and cafes near by. Breakfast included in our booking. Food stayed the same for our stay- maybe weekly rotation? Wouldn't say much variety.
They had a program for tree planting if you don't get room cleaned daily which I really appreciated. There is no need to get your rooms cleaned if you're only there to sleep, is what I think.
For convenience, cleanliness, and safety, would book again.

We loved the proximity to the sights we enjoyed it was easy walking distance to so much including wonderful restaurants. We did not like that coffee was only instant in the room and when the buffet ended there was not further access to coffee. We asked for a coffee in the afternoon and were charged €12 for a very small coffee. Had we known we would have gone across the street to the lovely cafe.

Nice property, good healthy breakfast, Marta at the front desk was an absolute delight. We arrived really early, and she did everything possible to accommodate us and make us comfortable. We were exhausted from the flight, and misplaced some paperwork, and when we checked at the front desk later, she had it waiting for us. The breakfast was good, lots of options, Nice safe reasonably priced hotel, Very convenient and walking distance to a lot of nice places.

Great stay

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and thought it was very good. Very close to the European Central Bank and River Main. 30-40min walk along the river into the city or use the U-6 train line which is literally next door to the hotel which takes 5-10mins to get to central Frankfurt.

Good complimentary breakfast each day which my son and I enjoyed.

Oba was very helpful in reception allowing us to check in early (3pm is standard check in time) at no additional cost.

REWE supermarket within 5mins walk is very useful also.

The reason why I have rated this hotel as \"terrible\" is because when I arrived at 3:30 A.M in the morning, the bed was not made and I could not sleep until I told the staff. The staff was extremely unpolite and told me it was not his duty and the other staff have to do the bedding. Then, I had to wait until 4:10 A.M for the bedding and I could not sleep for a whole 40 minutes after I was still extremely sluggish. Another thing I would like to add is that the A.C did not work and I was sweating all night. Unable to sleep comfortably.

I liked the stay it was very nice and clean, breakfast was fresh and very good with many options. Staff was pretty pleasant.

One complaint is the room didn’t have a fridge, Complimentary drinks. It had a hot water boiler to drink coffee or tea but that was it.

Good one night stay

Checking in was easy and quick. Hotel location was pretty good too, about 20 minutes driving distance to airport. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Over all it was a good one night stay.

There was only one member of staff that was helpful. We needed some help about visiting the main tower and a night team member of staff was very rude to us he told us that he needs to get his work done before 10.30 pm and he was having a ok day before he saw us!

The room was unclean the floor had the same split soap for 3 days and the last day I found a towel with hair in it

The property is good for a short stay. The Breakfast was good enough, but repetitive. There is no drinking water or toilet accessories in the bathroom room. Very close to the East railway station which is super convenient. No McDonald's close by though. There is Aldi at walkable distance. The staffs were excellent. Would definitely come back.

This is a new hotel.front desk was very friendly , nice and professional.want to single out Paul at the front desk for superb service.U6 subway is 50 meters.REWE supermarket is about 150 meters.will definitely stay again in Frankfurt.breakfast was fantastic.
