Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff.

When we arrived, the staff greeted us with the warmest welcome.

We where able to check in almost 3 hours early which was fantastic given we had been travelling since 2am that morning. The rooms where spotless and there was plenty room to relax.

The staff where amazing and always went above and beyond. A massive shout out to Jackie and Jovana. These ladies where fantastic, they always welcomed you with a smile and nothing was ever to much trouble. These two women never stopped working yet all the time made it feel like you where apart of there extended family.

Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

The hotel and staff are both fantastic. I would especially mention the cleanliness of the room and the dedication of the housekerping staff although all the staff were great. Food options are limited but very good. The location is the only issue as there is nothing in the immediate vicinity but the 104 bus will take you to the centre of Offenbach and the stop is right outside the hotel.

This hotel was nice enough but a bit far from downtown. The breakfast was overpriced especially for the location.

Pros: nice staff and larger rooms than other European hotels.

Cons: rooms only had 1 pillow option which was way too large and gave us all neck problems. The shower had no door so water was all over the place. The bathroom had no fan. The AC did not work at all. The breakfast was very expensive and did not have many vegan options. The room had a fridge but no microwave. There weren't any recycling bins.

The hotel is lovely and staff were helpful. Took us 2 mins to check in and the room was nice and spacious. Only downfall was I couldn’t get the heating on it was only AC available and we had come from a very long day out in the cold and needed some warmth but other than this would stay here again for the price as only about a 10min train journey to central Frankfurt

Very nice hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Only downside was a slight smell of sewage from the bathroom (in fairness it seemed to be affecting the area rather than hotel specifically), also single beds were quite small.

This hotel stands out for its exceptional cleanliness, and it excels in efficient ventilation throughout the premises, even in the elevators. The rooms are comfortably air-conditioned and well-insulated against noise. One potential enhancement I'd suggest is providing more single-piece beds instead of the majority being two singles joined together, as it can be uncomfortable for sleeping. Additionally, I recommend that the housekeeping staff replenish liquid soaps and supply more coffee cartridges and sugar on a daily basis, as the current quantities left in the rooms tend to be insufficient.

The property was nice for a night visit. It was clean and seemed to be well kept. However, the location's surroundings, which will be nice, is under considerable construction making it a little hard to get to the local metro. The area has a make shift pathway to get to the metro and from the metro back to the property. Once the construction is over it should be fine.

Hotel room cancelled without notice, terrible!

My husband & I booked the hotel for 3 days 2 nights but we were 1 day late to check in due to personal issue. We informed the hotel in advance that we will check in late. When we arrived at the hotel at 9pm, we were told our guaranteed booking was cancelled. Worst thing was there is no available room for us. We were very shock that Hotel.com or the Leonardo Hotel just cancelled our guaranteed & paid hotel booking. It was a terrible experiences for us to look a hotel at night!

Ekstreme priser for parkering og ladning af elbil.

Vi ankom i elbil og bookede stedet for at lade på stedet om natten så vi kunne køre videre om morgenen. Udover at hotellet ville have €18 for parkering natten over - hvilet var fair nok - så skulle vi betale €67 til ladeudbyderen for parkering og en smule strøm. Det vil sige €85 for parkering på stedet og 47kWh strøm. Hvis man ved lidt om strømpriserne så er det en vanvittig høj pris - også selvom man regner hotellets €18 fra.

Selve hotellet var ganske fint, rent og pænt men sengene var meget dårlige.

Sauberes Hotel mit super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Einige Gebäude in der Umgebung haben schon bessere Tage gesehen, aber das mindert den Aufenthalt und die Schlafqualität ja nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut.

Super Hotel, ordentlich und sauber!

Ein großes Lob an das Hotel! Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, das Zimmer war ganz süß hergerichtet. Die Schlafcouch wurde als Kinderbett umfunktioniert und wir konnten im großen Bett schlafen. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Parkgebühr in Höhe von 18 €! Man hat die Möglichkeit entlang der Straße sein Auto abzustellen, das war uns allerdings zu heiß, weil wir die Umgebung nicht kannten. Somit haben wir in den sauren Apfel gebissen und unser Auto dort stehen gelassen, Allerdings konnten wir in dem Zuge auch eine der Ladesäulen benutzen. Wir waren tatsächlich sehr zufrieden alles in allem!
