Friendly and hospitable, new property in great shape. Great lounge and bar area downstairs with varied seating options for drinks and bar food, working or relaxing. Spacious room with balcony.
A few things we did not like: black interior of cabinets and wardrobe without any inside lighting made it hard to see what’s inside.
Hallways were also painted black with vertical blinding light fixtures which came on based on motion, and made it very uncomfortable to the eyes to walk down the hallways after dark.

It was a hotel with no servicing the rooms. Every 3 days they came in and didnt clean. Just folded the dirty towels.

Fantastic hotel that feels like a home away from home. Great breakfast, wonderful staff, huge rooms with comfy bed, kitchenette and balcony. There is am excellent German and an Italian restaurants 3 blocks away plus a grocery store, pharmacy, gelato store and a bakery. The river is gorgeous and some rooms have views. The hotel has a bar with light snacks, a gym and laundry. I would definitely return again!

I have been traveling internationally for business for decades and I have never had a hotel experience like Rioca. How this magnificent chain has managed to make you feel at home the moment you enter the property, it is pure magic and hard work. It's not only the property set up, but the team members working every aspect of hospitality make the experience unforgettable. In fact, it even felt like a family, which is unreal for a hotel. The room was large with a balcony, a small kitchenette, amenities in the bath area, and a
room swing for relaxation. Breakfast offers a good variety as as various eating areas for breakfast, and a good size lounge to relax and meet with friends, plus laundry. The only thing I would change is to have daily coffee packs in the room, but it's minor compared to all the other benefits. If you are considering staying at this hotel, I suggest you try it. Rioca might well be revolutionizing the future of hospitality. Well done!!!!!

Nice hotel but has it's drawbacks

The property was very nice and new looking. Has a contemporary look with Brazilian vibes and nicely appointed. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette and couch. The bathroom was also a good size. There was a small balcony with chairs overlooking the river. The staff were very friendly. This hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive from the center of town and restaurants-definitely not walkable. It is in a more industrialized area plus lots of apartments but it did feel safe and was quiet. There is one breakfast restaurant down the street and the hotel offers a very pricey breakfast Just be prepared to drive /Uber everywhere. The bed was absolutely torture. I don't know why hotels buy the firmest mattresses they can find but this one was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Plus more lighting or brighter lighting in the rooms would be helpful.

Hotel is extremely dusty, but otherwise clean. Water continuously leaked from the ceiling in our room, the hotel told us they were aware of the issue before we even checked in - but did nothing about it - we had towels on the floor for our entire 3 week stay..
And a 'thankyou' to Pedro A. and Eisa for being helpful, nice, and just awesome.

The staff was friendly and efficient with check in. The AC was broken in our first room so we had to pack back up and be moved . It was nice to have dishes, utensils and cooking pots. The beds were too firm for our liking but otherwise the room was very nice. The one turn off for our family was being bombarded with gay pride flags on the exterior, lobby etc. Stick to being proud of Germany and display that flag instead. Honestly we wouldnt have booked this place if we knew ahead of time.

Check in great, breakfast great, walking distance to restaurants and grocery store.

Thermostat was broken room was extremely warm. Hotel staff did their best to resolve but no technician on weekend shift. Provide fans to help moderate temperature. Hotel did provide comps for the our troubles.

Nice hotel and would stay here again.

Hotel staff are very kind, helpful and welcoming. The ambience in the building is positive. Room was comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. I was happy to find washing machines on the main floor. Within walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy and two s-bahn stations: S8/S9 will get you to Frankfurt Airport rapidly.

. Ein charmantes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und einem sehr freundlichen Empfang. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt am Fluss gelegen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber; allerdings war ein spürbarer, unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar, der sich insbesondere in den Abendstunden verstärkte. Einige öffentliche Bereiche, wie beispielsweise die Aufzüge, wirken im Vergleich zu den Zimmern etwas abgenutzt.

Wenn ich in Offenbach bin immer dieses Hotel. Sehr schöne Gegend und die Zimmer sind super! Ich mag es, dass die Zimmer eine Küche, Kühlschrank und Balkon haben. Sehr moderne, saubere Zimmer und Bad. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist sehr schön und sicher. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant sind alle max % Min zu Füß entfernt.

Es gibt eine \" Dachterrasse \" mit Mobiliar zum verweilen.

Die Zimmerausstattung war echt gut, mit einer Küchenzeile einschl. Utensilien, Mikrowelle und kleiner Spülmaschine.

Ein Schrank für die Kleidung ist auch vorhanden. Das Bett war bequem.

Theoretisch könnte man auf der Straße vor dem Haus parken, wenn nicht die derzeitige Baustellensituation wäre. Die Parkplätze vom Hotel waren gut gebucht

Tip dazu: An der parallel verlaufenden Hauptstraße auf der anderen Seite des Flusses kann man über Nacht Glück haben einen legalen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Gehstecke zum Hotel dann ca 5 Minuten.

In der Nähe befindet sich ein Rewe und mehrere Restaurants.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war der einzige Schwachpunkt,da nicht ausreichend nachgelegt wurde und nicht nur die Buffet-Bestandteile als auch Löffel, Gläser oder was auch immer nicht da waren.

Leider war ließ auch die Kritikfähigkeit zu wünschen übrig.

Ein durchaus empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Dieses Hotel war eindeutig Note 1! Lediglich das trotz Nachtruhe um 22:00h, noch jüngere auf den Balkonen laut waren. Aber das Hotel ist sehr Modern und sauber, absolut geräumig! Personal super freundlich & Hilfsbereit! Kaffee gab es sogar umsonst, trotz das wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten. Einfach ein super Hotel. Dort war ich nicht zum letzten Mal!!
