The entrance to this hotel is so obscure the Uber driver could not find it. He left me on the street and I had to scout around to find the entrance. The staff was very pleasant, but my hotel room was so austere I would describe it as s cell rather than hotel accommodations, except for the bathroom which was more appealing than the sleeping room. Fortunately, I was just there overnight and left very early in the morning.

the room was nice, comfy and clean. AC was working. Unfortunately they could not find our reservation at first, then seen us double in the paperwork and could not figure out what type of room was booked. Also we had booked with breakfast but when I went to have breakfast in the morning at 7, the door to the restaurant was closed. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6.30. The guy that was there in the building said that the one doing breakfast was not there yet and he was running late and breakfast will be served when he gets there. NOT acceptable. We paid for overnight stay and breakfast and I was not able to have breakfast because I could not wait until whoever shows up late to start setting up breakfast. Total overnight failure for me!!

The stay was disrupted by another German couple staying 4 doors down decided to open their front door at 7am to hav a very loud conversation. Despite asking them to tone it down they simply ignored the rest of the sleeping guests. Made my day awful.

Arena Hotel in a leafy Frankfurt suburb is a boutique-type hotel in a villla. It is next to a park called Wasserpark/Water Park - actually an open air \"water museum\" showing various stages from rain/ice melt to drinking water. Friendly check-in by Petra. Grateful to Alexander from giving me a late check-out. Nice free breakfast. Underground station is a 12 minute walk. No restaurants or shopping in area. There is a McDonalds and supermarket nearby. Close to US Consulate where I applied for visa. Overall, a pleasant stay and recommended to other travellers.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Einziger Kritikpunkt an unserem Zimmer war, dass es sehr hellhörig war (anderen Türen sind dauernd laut auf und zu gegangen). ÖPNV ist direkt vor der Tür und alles gut erreichbar. Positiv für uns war, dass das Hotel Hunde erlaubt. Leider ist es in Frankfurt sehr schwierig mit einem Hund, da die meisten Parks Hunde verbieten und die dafür vorgesehenen Auslaufflächen einfach nur schäbig und zu klein sind. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Liebes Team, der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. In der Nähe: ca. 10 min zu laufen, gibt es nette Restaurants. Achtung, man muss einen Parkplatz buchen, sonst landet man auf der Hauptstraße auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite und muss laufen. Gutes Bett, schönes Bad.
