Property is close to Frankfurt airport, however it has no real option to conveniently park and fly. The surface parking lot is very small. The parking garage is more expensive. The hotel itself offers no transfer to the airport, only provides connections to a third-party taxi/ride service.

The hotel itself was acceptable but not outstanding. Price was excellent.

Room was so hot, air-conditioner doesn’t do a thing, I think it is only used for heating. View of the car park with some major construction work happening right outside the window. The guy at check-in said he was giving me “a little upgrade” then proceeded to give me exactly the room I had booked!! TV didn’t work and remote controls were dirty. Breakfast was reasonable. Quite a long way from the airport for an “airport hotel”. Won’t be booking there again.

Where do I start, this place is an absolute nightmare, the rooms were disgustingly dirty with bugs dirt and dust everywhere, our rooms power cut off in the middle of the night and because the rooms have no phones we had to walk to some makeshift desks in the 1st floor and told them and instead of repairing it the gave us a room key to another room so we had to pack around midnight with our phones flash lights only to be moved to a room that when we open the windows (because the rooms have NO AC) the noise of an enormous generator for the building across the street felt like it was inside our room. We went back downstairs and told them about it and after pretty much throwing a fit they gave us another room that they say was considered an upgraded room and they didn’t want to give it to us. Want to know what the upgrade was? It is had a moldy electric kettle and old tea bags and cups. That was the gracious upgrade. We went from 2 twin size bedrooms to having to stay in one bed because that was all they had it was the WORST hotel I have ever visited.

Finding Parking was impossible. There are so many large vehicles and trucks, that there are too many vehicles to maneuver around. At the entrance, workmen were standing around smoking and watching others pull in, which made it very uncomfortable! I would never stay here again, as a single female, and close to the airport, I would rather find another more family-friendly place.

We had a terrible experience at this location. We checked in with our two kids, only to discover that the room was extremely hot. When we asked the front desk about it, we were informed that the air conditioning was not working, and they had no idea when it would be fixed. This critical information was not disclosed to us at check-in. There was no way we could have stayed in those conditions for two days.

After discussing the situation with Hotels.com and SleepBeeOne, we checked out within two hours and moved to a smaller hotel nearby, with the understanding that they would work on securing a refund for us. It's now been almost a month, and SleepBeeOne is not responding to Hotels.com, leaving us unable to get our refund from either party. This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable.

I was intrigued by German construction and how the doors and windows actually close onto the frame and not like North American doors that fit into the frame. The architecture was intriguing but understanding how the heating/air conditioning worked was a nightmare because either the air conditioning didn't work or the controls didn't. I finally had to open the windows to let the cooler night air in. Other than the air conditioning problem, the rest of my stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing with a very good variety and selection.

We wanted a place to sleep that was close to the airport. This was close to the airport. Check in was easy, the room was clean. It is in an industrial part of town (right next to the Amazon and Lidl shipping centers). There are many construction workers who live at the hotel which gives the lobby area an upscale college dorm vibe (complete with video games and lots of televisions).

It is a little older hotel but in good condition. Breakfast was good. Fresh varieties etc.
Be aware that there is no AC in the rooms. Try to avoid during warm days. If you can’t at least avoid the 6th floor. It was very uncomfortable for us.

The front desk people were helpful, we got two rooms and neither of the rooms AC worked and there is construction happening so opening the window was not an option at night. Parking was interesting but we found out there is a garage underneath which brought a few more spots. All that said but breakfast was included and they had a lot of fresh options and coffee which was great!

Wir hatten die ganze Nacht Geräusche im Zimmer durch die haustechnischen Leitungen

Eine Wasserleitung hat ständig geschlagen, wenn ein Ventil geöffnet hat, dass die ganze Nacht hindurch am schlafen war, nicht zu denken. Eine Rezeption oder ein Haustechniker war natürlich nicht zu erreichen. Wir konnten keine Minute schlafen, dieses Ventil, welches permanent getaktet hat, hat dann leider dieses permanente Klacken verursacht.

Auch heute Morgen wollte ein Mitarbeiter hier von nichts wissen, er wüsste nicht, wie man es beheben könnte, es bleibt nur eins dieses Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen

Für eine Nacht okay

Hatten keine großen Erwartungen, wurden aber auch in keinster Weise positiv überrascht. Für eine Nacht auf Durchreise oder Flug von FRA okay, nicht mehr. Aufgrund der Logistiker und Zentrallager rundherum auch nachts laute Umgebung. Möblierung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit von Fenstern und \"Balkon\" fragwürdig.

Service fast gleich null – keine Rezeption vorhanden! Die Klimaanlage heizt das Zimmer endlos auf! Da braucht keiner von Umweltschutz zu sprechen. Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Bett auch. Im Bad, die frei zugängliche Dusche ist zwar nicht meins, aber das ist meine persönliche Meinung. Allerdings könnte sie sauberer sein. Schimmel befand sich an den Wandfliesen im unteren Bereich der Dusche. Ansonsten war halt alles Standard – aber leider nicht mehr. Ich kenne das Hotel noch von früher aus der NH-Gruppe. Da gab es wesentlich mehr Service.

J’ai séjourné deux nuits dans votre hôtel best western à Francfort et je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement.
1.Propreté insuffisante : la chambre était sale, avec de la poussière et même une araignée.
2.Absence d’eau chaude : à 9 h du matin, il n’y avait déjà plus d’eau chaude.
3.Atteinte à la vie privée : le plus grave, une personne a ouvert la porte de notre chambre à 9 h, sans prévenir, alors que nous étions encore à l’intérieur.

Lorsque j’ai signalé ce problème à la réception, votre employée m’a répondu que c’était « peut-être la femme de chambre » et, pire encore, elle a justifié l’intrusion en disant : « De toute façon, vous partez à 11 h. » Ce manque de professionnalisme et de respect pour les clients est totalement inacceptable.

Vi bookede opholdet sent på vej hjem fra ferie. Vi bookede til 4 personer og tjekkede 4 personer ind, men der var kun redt op til 3 og ligeså angående håndklæder.
Vi gik i receptionen og bad om en dyne mere, men det kunne personalet ikke skaffe. Vi kunne så få gratis mineral vand, som vi ville ha købt. Men synes egentlig ikke mineralvand og manglende opredning er på lige fod med hinanden, men hvem gider diskutere når klokken er mange og man har kørt i bil hele dagen. Vi hentede tæpper i bilen til person nr. 4, men det havde sådan set ikke været nødvendigt for værelset var ekstrem varmt. Vi ankom kl. 23 og forlod stedet igen kl. 6, men der var godt nok flere udfordringer i de få timer!
Er man i bil skal man huske at lægge parkering oveni i værelsesprisen.

Best Western für Monteure. Frühstücksraum schmutzig und keine Gläser für den Saft. 1 Kaffeeautomat mit Schlange. Habe 10 Minuten am Aufzug gewartet. Unverschämt hohe Parkgebühren. 10€/24h außen. 18€/24h Tiefgarage. Zimmer ohne Klima. Bin sehr viel unterwegs, aber dieses Hotel war „unvergesslich“.

War ganz ok

Es war nur eine kurze Übernachtung. Alles gut gelaufen, obwohl ersz um ein Uhr Morgens angekommen, wurde ich freundlich empfangen. Vorsicht beim Finden des Hotels, es ist noch immer gross in pinker Leuchtreklamenschrift mit Bee Sleep 2 o.ä. angeschrieben.

Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich super. Sehr nett und kundenorientiert.
Zustand der Unterkunft naja. Sauberkeit Mangelhaft. Frühstück inbegriffen. Standard, nichts besonders und auch eher minimal gehalten. An mehreren Tagen war einiges schon vor 7 Uhr aus und wurde nicht nachgefüllt.

Wie wir in der Umbauphase letztes Jahr im Januar waren war alles Ok. Diesmal gab es Schwierigkeiten beim Einchecken weil vor einiger Zeit die Software umgestellt worden ist. Der Zimmerservice war auch nicht bei uns.(Handtücher Wechsel usw.) Der Preis war diesmal doppelt so teuer wie sonst. Wenn sich nichts ändert werden wir nächstes Mal woanders buchen.
