Good value for the price, nice gym, excellent restaurant. Wifi however is very unreliable, had to use my own hotspot to be able to work. Download speed in the sub Mbps range is simply not acceptable.
Rest of the hotel is very nice, though. easy direct drive to the Messe center.

Very poor or no WiFi signal in room

The WiFi in room was terrible. The signal was either very weak or hardly any. I told the reception the problem. They tried to reset the router but signal still no improvement. It happened not only to my room but also other rooms. Even a motel has WiFi quality much better than this hotel.

This hotel is an excellent choice for all travel needs. Property exterior and interior appearances are immaculate. Staff is exceptionally warm and thorough. There is onsite dining that operates late night hours and an upscale bar/lodge. The hotel is nestled near a business park with free onsite parking. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Lodging experience was great and I recommend this hotel for lodging.

Useless Management- No English TV after update

I asked for the TV channels to be fixed. The Staff had no idea when the Engineer would come. Very dismissive and unhelpful- Apparently the TV system was updated and all the English Channels were not working. no Manager on duty to speak to for three days - very poor Management

Clean but need to improve AC in rooms

20 min from Frankfurt airport, clean hotel and great/polite staff.Need to improve their A/C system as the room temperature was set at the lowest and had the key in the fob but it wasn't performing well.

A very dated room. The shower had no door, so, the water sprayed over the bathroom floor. The wifi would randomly shut off and you would have to reconnect and when it was connected, it was a weak connection. Pillows were awful, one was extremely thin and the other was oversized and kept any heat meaning sleeping was difficult. The air conditioning made no difference at all, despite being at the lowest setting so sleeping with the window wide open was the only option.

This is a pretty basic business hotel but a great location for my meeting. There are not too many facilities in the local area but the restaurant is acceptable. I would stay again due to the proximity of the hotel and my meeting.

Overnight stay in Eschborn

Was in town for a short stay, IO hotel is located on the outskirts of Eschborn near the Golf and Arboretum park which would do for an enjoyable walk had the weather been nicer. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for a short stay, bathroom was clean well maintained. Wi-Fi OK. Quite enjoyed the breakfast and spotted a bar with a very descent offer of Whiskeys and Spirits but didn't have the opportunity to drop by.

I would like a better, easier system to get wifi and it was getting on and off and passwords are not easy to enter. Room decoration doesn´t go with the name and quality of the hotel, it looked more like a B&B room and it could do with a better selection of toiletries and face towels

Clean room - would expect to have more toiletries in the bathroom and a \"do not disturb\" sign to hang on the door, as in the morning the hotel service knocked on my door at 08:30 to clean the room..

Too hot to handle

The air conditioning in the rooms didn't work. The room was so hot that I was unable to sleep, despite having the aircon set to 15degrees and full fan on cool! My colleague in another room found exactly the same. Difficult to find someone to serve or pay in the bar in the evening, but they did have an excellent collection of fine whyskies to try!

Good place to stay on business, if you have a car

Stayed 2 nights on business. The hotel well located outside of Frankfurt , 10 minutes drive. Room was comfortable and nice size.
Well equipped Gym, parking was plentiful.

Pros: Close to Eschborn if you are working in the area. 20 minutes walk to Eschborn Sud station and is only a further 15 minutes to Frankfurt Hbf, where trains run approximately 10 to 15 minutes at a time. All the staff excellent customer service and friendly and polite, especially Frau Kleiffmann. Rooms are of an extremely good size, breakfast is good, as is the bar.
Cons: Nothing in the area to visit during the evening. No english-speaking TV channels available. Wi-Fi extremely poor, bearable from the lobby but still glitchy during peak use. Hotel doors can be heard slamming very early and/or very late, cannot rely on other guests being considerate about this. If you intend to see stuff out of working hours, it is a pain to get to and from, unless you can afford taxis regularly.

Stayed here during the Ambiente show. The rooms are spacious & clean, great service, breakfast was awesome with a large variety of breads, fruit, meats, cereal, etc. Had dinner one evening which was excellent - surprising for a hotel.
There's a paved path to walk to the train which takes you directly to Messe Frankfurt- only a 20 min walk to the train from hotel. Not the most comfortable during rainy or cold weather but doable. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the location. It's in an industrial park away from Frankfurt. Not a deal breaker though. I'd definitely stay again.

We stayed here during the Ambiente show in Frankfurt.
Pros: very clean, staff is very friendly, great breakfast selection with a large variety of breads, meats & fruit, & dinner was superb. Rooms are very spacious, as are the bathrooms.
Cons: only 2 things to mention although not detrimental. Pillows are so soft that they lay totally flat. The train station is a 20min walk which can be a slight inconvenience during rainy weather or snow.
However it's actually a nice walk with paved walkways that takes you directly to the hotel. Definitely safe & worth the walk since train is very reliable & will take you directly to the Messe Frankfurt.
I would definitely stay here again.

Business in Eschborn?

The hotel is ideally suited to much of Escborn's business district, on a quiet strip of commercial landscape. There are few amenities unless you like a good walk although there is a handy shopping area (look for the awful KFC sign on a pole) for essentials. The DM Drougerie stocks great natural products and healthy food and is super cheap. When i checked in at iO I asked for a quiet room at the end of a corridor, and I got it (you'd not believe how rarely this promise is unfulfilled). So not only are the staff super friendly and glad to help, the are good for their word. The girls in the restaurant are happy, full of smiles and eager to help in either German or English (and maybe even Czech, Estonian and Polish too I think). If you are looking for elegance then look at FFT, as this hotel is strictly Habitat (but not IKEA!). Rooms are simple, well appointed, very clean and new looking, comfortable. When I got to my room the windows were open (summer) so it was charming to find the room bathed in fresh air. And yes! Windows that OPEN! What will they think of next? I had a great four days here, felt comfortable and safe. The restaurant menu is a little limited, but adequate if you are on your own and just need to eat sensible food but don't need to impress. When it's warm there is outside seating for breakfast and supper, but even next to the car park, you don't really care. The hotel is full of such friendly people, you'll forgive them even this minor faux pas.

War wegen des Radrennens am 1.Mai im Hotel. Das Hotel ist bestens auf die Großveranstaltung eingestellt (sehr frühes Frühstück, sehr später Check-Out, etc.). Das Personal war super freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sauber, das Frühstück reichlich und lecker. Einwandfrei zu empfehlen!

Das Reinigungspersonal sollte die persönlichen Sachen der Hotelgäste als unantastbar bewerten. Mitgebrachte Getränkeflaschen mit Inhalt sollte für diese Mitarbeiter ein Tabu sein und nicht einfach der Entsorgung zuführen.
