This is a clean, quiet hotel. Staff at front desk is very helpful and speaks English. There is free parking in the underground parking structure. I enjoyed the trail nearby. Breakfast is fantastic and staff is super helpful. Rooms are clean and small, and beds are comfy

Hotel is located behind big box stores such as Globus and I walked there easily. If you want to go to town or anywhere else, you will need a car.

I think the parking was free.... :s

The service was superb. We didn't book in advance enough to ger to double beds, so we had a bed and a sofa bed. The biggest kid 14y/o, 6'1\" and 180lbs found it a little uncomfortable...but whaddya gonna do?

My 9 y/o left his stuffed toy there, the staff set it aside for us to claim, so thankful.

Overpriced for the quality of room

Toilet really needs some deep cleaning, looks like bus station toilet. The plastic curtain for shower also a disaster if you are not small person. Almost 200 euros per night for a room without fridge, coffee machine, etc is just ridiculous. Bed was ok, but most room are 2 single beds together, little space.

I've spent several days on two occasions there and I have to say... excellent staff, great people. For what it is in terms of facilities they for sure make the best out of it. Front Office to House Keeping, Breakfast Crew to the fabulous Restaurant ( waiters and chefs). amazing. Literally no complaints...will go back there next chance I get. A man who working at reception desk is really really rude.
He was terrible! I would say he did discriminaron.
Room condition was normal but there was some bugs in my room so I suffer hard time to sleep because they bite me. In addition breakfast was really expensive but there was no something special!
I do not stay here again

The check-in was quick and they were friendly and helpful. Definitely 4-star service. Rooms are small but clean. A little underwhelming. But the restaurant lacked!!! We were not noticed when we went in to the restaurant. We seated ourselves. We got up and got our own menus. Finally our order was taken. They were short staffed but the restaurant wasn't busy and they couldn't handle it. Our waiter didn't come by to check on us if we wanted anything else and in the end we had to flag him down for every little thing. We observed we were not the only ones that were ignored and had to wait endlessly. For the life of me I don't know why this hotel has a four star rating.

Very dated hotel not usual standard of this brand. Bed uncomfortable with tiny single duvet and one tiny wafer thin pillow on a king bed? Bathroom tiny very bad plastic shower enclosure over the bath, with a towel rail so dangerous you cannot use shower without towel rail catching my back. Taxis in the morning were a shambles even though hotel orderd for me using my room number it was a free for all.

A decent hotel if you need to be in Eschborn.

There are three Mercure Hotels in Eschborn and two in this street - this confused my taxi driver and my colleague who was picking me up. So beware of this.

The hotel is fine if you need to be in Eschborn but the neighbourhood is dead in the evening and a business park in the day.

There seemed to be quite a few tourist groups in the hotel which were a little noisy in the evening.

Breakfast is nothing special but adequate.

we only stayed a few nights as we were visiting my brother who lives over there. The hotel is lovely and the comfort is good. We were lucky to have the train station near us, It was worrying in the dark walking thro the alley and field. The young boys loved the bath, an extra towel would have been handy. I would stay in the Mercure again.

Very disappointed and won't be staying there again for the Frankfurt Book Fair. I had made the reservation for 3 of us for two nights. They overbooked and had to send me to another hotel for the first of our two nights. My two colleagues had checked in that morning because their flights were earlier. We were all on the same booking but I didn't get chance to book in until late in the evening, so I had to go to another hotel for that night!

While this mercure hotel is very nice / friendly helpful staff and clean with plenty of toiletries towels etc we booked it as we have young kids and it had a pool but the pool was too deep for them to enjoy and there was very little choice fir them in the food menu and no where close enough for an alternative as it's in a business estate x

Convenient hotel - fulfill a practical role

Spent two nights with family here. Nothing more I would need for a night to spend if it is not a holiday trip. Hotel was friendly with helpful staff. There is one more important bit: breakfast was excellent. Surrounding is not an area for visiting but lots of good thing nearby by car (10-15mins).

Perfectly comfortable hotel for business purposes. Watch out for Wi-Fi charges though, need to sign up to get free Wi-Fi. Once I had done this, they were very generous with my Wi-Fi access for all my various devices. There is a free shuttle bus to get you to Eschborn Sued S-bahn Station which will take less than 5 minutes although it is a bit hit and miss when it actually turns up. You can walk there in less than 10 mins along a deserted road with fields either side and over the motorway., so not great, but it was safer than it felt. Personally, I did not rate the dinner that highly, although that was probably more down to personal taste. I think it is a little overpriced to. Breakfast was nice enough - salamis, serials, cheeses, fry-ups, etc, etc, but again, personally I think it is overpriced at €19. I come to Eschborn on business. The nearest hotel to the office is Mercure Eschborn Sud, but if that is full, I will happily go for this one as my second option.

Nothing bad but nothing great.

The hotel is perfectly serviceable, but the staff seem quite 'official' and are not keen to spend any time more than is absolutely necessary dealing with you. Felt a little like they just want to get you out the door or away from reception.

The pillows in the rooms were really uncomfortable and soft, and when we asked for a replacement or an extra one, we were told 'housekeeping is closed'. We then suggested they get one from a vacant room, which they eventually did.

There are no irons allowed in the room; it was quite a trek to find the iron/the room the iron was kept in, and it was lucky we did find it in the end as I was about to go to a big event.

No kettle or complimentary tea/coffee in the room - just very expensive water. Breakfast is very expensive too, at 19 Euros.

I had a business meeting in Eschborn Ost and this hotel was perfectly functional. The room was clean and comfortable and the surrounding area was largely business parks and hotels. The only downside is that they charged for wifi.

No spare pillows / Expensive snacks

Requested feather pillows as the fibre one provided did not give adequate neck support. Receptionist informed us that they had no feather pillows and that there were no spare fibre pillows as the hotel was full. Do not eat the crisps and nuts provided unless you are prepared to pay 2.50 Euros per packet - there is no sign notifying you of the charges.

Good hotel for traveling through

We stayed here as we were heading to the Alps for skiing. It is just of the main autoban through Frankfurt, although getting back on it was a little tricky. The food at the hotel was very expensive and not suitable for children. We had to drive quite far to eat as the surrounding area isn't the nicest. The room was fine and met our needs.

This is a 4 star hotel yet there was no tea or coffee making facilities in room, bottle of wine was left with 2 glasses when I picked up bottle saw sign on it price 4 euros I had thought it was complimentary,, bar staff were sourly serving and we were sitting in bar and lights were turned off leaving us in dark,

Beautiful hotel. Awesome pool... With sand! But food is SO expensive and staff wouldn't tell us where restaurants were so we could avoid the many eurobreakfast. They area cople blocks away. We ate I. Our room and enjoyed our room and fu. Sower/ tub!

The staff is great! While this is more of a business hotel, we stay here as a family as we have family in the same town. There is a pool for the kids, \"beach\" area (huge sand area with covered seating). The hotel is within walking distance to the city center with several places to eat. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and will continue to. The staff generally speaks English so communication is easy for all. Recommend to both the business and vacation traveler!

Hello: There was nothing really wrong with this hotel but the expenses and the features of my room were marginal at best, considering that this is afour-star hotel. Specifics: In addition to the room charge I had to pay $13 for parking per day, over $23 for a standard bufet breakfast, the room internet charge is $10/day for dial-up and over $8.00 per HOUR for high-speed internet. There was no refrigerator, sink, microwave etc. I reallize that I did not rent a suite with these amenities but when factoring in that THERE WAS NO ALTERNATIVE TO THE @23.00/day breakfast since you could not order something small from a regular menu, I regard some of these costs hidden at the time of reservation or at least they are not shwown clearly up front so someone other than a laywer can see exactly what he is getting himself into. My overall satisfaction rating is only not the worst because the ladies at the conter were friendly. There is one computer in the loby, free of chaarge, for guests but is practically always busy. There is no coffee pot going in the loby for those in a hurry. This is NOT a four-star hotel. I am 72years old and have traveled professionally for over 30 years, both in the US and out of the country. I know of what I speak. Thank you. HOS

Leider war das Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Flecken an Lampenschirmen, braune Flecken auf dem Teppichboden und auf dem Sessel. Die Wand war mit Flecken verschmutzt. Die Einstufung als 4 Sterne Hotel ging nur bis 2025 und hängt in einer Ecke der Lobby. Eins der schlechteste Mercure Hotels in denen ich bisher war. Es ist aber nicht einmal zu Betonen, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Leider war auch das Restaurant und die Bar über Weihnachten geschlossen.

Leider war ich für ein 4 Sterne Hotel enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist etwas älter, was ja an sich nichts negatives ist, unten sind schöne Schulungsräume und ein schönes Bistro. Leider waren die Zimmer sehr runter gekommen, Flecken und Beschädigungen an der Wand wie auch in den Fluren, ein Bad mit Wanne und Vorhang was für ältere Menschen schon schwierig wird. Geputzt war soweit ganz gut, das war dann aber auch alles. Es gibt keinen Smart-TV, nur einen recht alten und sehr kleinen TV, dabei ging das WLAN im Zimmer kaum, was die Zeit im Hotel schwierig machte. Die Betten waren soweit bequem und das Zimmer geräumig.

Der Pool war kaum nutzbar trotz gutem Wetter, da er recht schmutzig und klein war, der restliche Außenbereich war okay.

In 10 min kann man zur Bahnstation laufen, es gibt auch Call a bike Mietfahrräder in der Nähe und mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf der Schnellstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen auch sehr nahe.

Vækning af housekeeping og støj

Vi blev vækket 2 gange af Housekeeping, der bankede på kl. 07 og igen kl. 07.30. Der blev banket på igen kl.8, hvor vi så havde opgivet at sove grundet vækningerne og støj fra gangen .
Der blev taget i døren hver gang. Heldigvis havde vi låst døren, så vi undgik at de gik ind.

Up to 2 am, 3 times call and discussion. Finnaly they changed our room but not normal to give a room like this to a familly.

Hôtel vieux et mal équipé. Personnel non qualifié à la réception. Plus d’1h le soir avec enfants pour le Check-in et ensuite à l’arrivée enfin dans la chambre lit des enfants pas prêt!!
