I enjoyed my stay and hearing the live show that was hosted at the location. Parking can be a bit tight due to how the customers park, however, it is secure and my car wasn't freezing cold after sitting for two days. The breakfast is fresh and, when I dropped an entire container of pepper on my food, they were quick to assist. This is one of my go-to stops when I visit Frankfurt.

Nice looking hotel and close to city center. I found the staff were not too helpful. I had issues with my key card multiple times throughout the stay. Not once did the staff go beyond their means to help. On some occasions I made more than 3 trips to reception because the key card wasn’t working. Staff knowledge of the local area was bad.
The quality of the hotel and the rooms is very good. The styling and comfort I really liked. Overall my stay was still pleasurable.

Excellent hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was not always open for dinner, but they served us food in the bar. The surrounding area is business, and the restaurants/food trucks were only open for lunch. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away.
I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel and will stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating - they served us dinner in the bar when the restaurant was closed, and went out of their way to be helpful.
The hotel is located in a business district, so it is very quiet, but there are not many restaurant options in the evening or on weekends.
We highly recommend this hotel.

When we got there they had over booked and there was no room available we were late getting there as flight delayed and long bus journey but didn’t expect our room to be sold on
The hotel manager did well he got us another hotel for that night well it was 6-00 am before we got there and we were asked to check out at 12-00 pm and then had to make our way back to the Leonardo hotel room wasn’t ready then only 2 single beds when we had booked a triple room so another wait so not quite what I was expecting but still the manager was really polite and positive it was just a real pain having to travel he and there when we could have been enjoying Frankfurt

Lovely hotel and in a perfect location for us. Easy distance from the airport and not far from the motorway to head south the next morning. We have friends in Eschborn and we were able to walk to a local restaurant. Even better would have been if parking was free!

Beautiful hotel with a very lovely breakfast and a great bar/restaurant!! Great facilities and the room was very clean. Housekeepers became a little sloppy on the final day (I could tell the cleaning had been rushed and whoever cleaned that day didn’t restock certain things or sweep the bathroom) but generally a very, very nice hotel. Would recommend! Eschborn is a smaller town with not much to do but easy access to Frankfurt via train or Uber.

Booked this hotel as an overnight stopover from a journey from London to Austria. Must say I was extremely impressed. I was not expecting much because of the price range - but fantastic room, very clean and comfortable bed. Choice of options in the breakfast was good and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is well placed for the rail station which is a 10 minute walk. The facility is clean and well maintained. Various languages are spoken by the staff. A good selection of foods for breakfast. Evening meal choice is limited but the food was very good.

Zimmer bei Ankunft 'überbucht' und nicht verfügbar. Nach Wattezeit dann doch. Zimmer in Ordnung, jedoch nur 1 Tasse für 2 Personen in einem Zimmer und Kühlschrank ohne Funktion im 2. Zimmer. Schlaf durch sehr laute Lüftung auf dem Dach trotz geschlossenem Fenster gestört.

L'hôtel est bien pour les personnes qui prennent un avion le lendemain car il est à 15 minutes en voiture de l'hôtel,par contre pas beaucoup de restaurant autour de l'hôtel alors pas trop le choix que de manger sur le site de l'hôtel.
