- No kettle / bottled water (both advertised on website as included)
- No fridge
- Bathroom stinks after one use, clearly a drainage issue
- Staff is blunt, not really helpful
- Super hard to call an Uber due to its location, same with Uber eats.
Overall, I wouldn't stay here even if they listed it for $50 per night (which indeed is it's actually worth/value).
Here's why I would not recommend it:

I had a wonderful stay the room was clean and in a lovely and quiet part away from the central area. It is easy to travel into the main train station from here with the use of the 58 and S-bahn. The breakfast option was rich and flavourful, I will definitely consider coming back.

This is my second visit here. I couldn't remember why this isn't my first pick when the price is so good and the cause is great. To be clear, you get your money's worth. This isn't a bad brand or hotel. But, when it comes to ameneties, if I want water, I need to go downstairs to get it from a shared location. The breakfast is pretty basic for the price and I hate that a double is two beds pushed together with a barely there blanket placed on the middle. But, seriously, for the price, those are minor complaints. Honestly, if just the blankey was a full blanket, I'd have slept better and, probably, sepulcher have anything to say.

Actually moved from a hotel in the city center to stay at this hotel and so glad I did! Rooms are very clean, very quiet and decent space (by European standards) for storing and hanging clothes. Staff is extremely nice as well. One thing of note is that it’s located in a business center so no nightlife and not many dining options for dinner.

The Niu Belt was a nice stay. About 20-30 minutes by train outside of the city and the hotel itself is about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. There’s a grocery store near by, a few restaurants and quite a few food vendors. Overall great stay!

I had to take a cold shower my last night there, there was ZERO hot water. On top of that, the heater in the room did nothing and we had to ask the front desk to even turn on the heater after freezing the entirety of the first night. Apparently the heater doesn’t just work without having the front desk turn it on. Nothing worse than a freezing shower and then a freezing room.
The beds don’t have actual sheets. Just a fitted sheet and a comforter. No iron, no phone, heater doesn’t work, and very limited towels (2 body towels) no face towels or hand towels.

Good hotel but very noisy
Very welcoming staff, large room with minimal amenities and sparsely furnished. Nice, firm bed and choice of pillows. B/fast is a buffet type with plenty of good quality selections of all types of food, lovely teas in innovative tea mugs with sieve. Unfortunately, the very close motorway feeder roads are really noisy almost 24/7. This is not obvious from Google map and even when I arrived, it seemed all very quiet until I opened the window in my room. The passing cars' noise echos all around. Then to add to this, on Saturday night a nearby open air disco ran a massively noisy head banging music show. The repetitive thumping and crashing noises went on until almost 3 a.m.. Not what I call a hotel with sleep quality. The hot weather made sleeping with a closed window impossible.

Einwandfrei für eine günstige Übernachtung in der Eschborner Bürostadt. Das Hotel hat alles, was man benötigt. Einzig die Lage führt zu einem Stern Abzug: Man läuft ein gutes Stück bis zur nächsten S-Bahn-Haltestelle und Abends ist das Büroviertel komplett ausgestorben, da geht außer der Hotelbar eigentlich gar nichts mehr.
