the location is great, with swimming pool (warm ) in the winter time.

The breakfast is great, even with Prosecco.

This hotel only a bit old and also the pillow is too soft, other than that the price is worth to stay. (although a bit expensive compared to the B&B nearby the station, but if you want to stay comfortable and quality, this is your choice)

Hotel experience was pleasant from (almost) start to finish. Lets say from check-in to checkout. The 1 snag was more Google maps related: Having entered the hotel's address, I was directed to a parking garage 150m away, on the opposite end of a \"pedestrian only\" walking street. The hotel may want to double check and ensure directions to THEIR parking garage. But once I was in the lobby it was a thoroughly pleasant experience. I arrived at noon, but was immediately ha ded my room key, which I did not expect. The room was nice, modern, with wood (laminate?) Flooring. My brother, staying just 4 rooms down the hall had carpet. Breakfast selection was fantastic, though not negatively overwhelming. Well presented and kept fresh. Wait staff was omnipresent. Indoor pool and shower area was clean, neat, pleasant and much welcomed after a lot of walking! The \"muesli treat\" for declining daily housekeeping is a cute incentive- and tasted great!
The lobby bar is on the small side. Cozy. Good drinks.
I will be back! (Thats a promise, not a threat)

There was a construction site on the 3rd floor and the hotel gave a room exactly in the 3rd floor among all the other rooms.

The receptionist didn't inform of the circumstances. There was no information at all except the notice in A4 in the elevator.

However, the reality was even worse.
The first thing in the 3rd floor was the extreme chemical smell, the grey protection carpet and no indication where to find the rooms!

That was far below the class of any kind of commercial hotels.

You cannot accommodate human beings in this kind of conditions!

After a short complaint, the receptionist gave a room in a different floor immediately.

Then why not giving the room from the beginning in the first place?!?

As frequent business traveller, I expected some quality from the hotel chain!

no smile or friendly greeting including the cleaning personnel...

Mixed experience.

Booking my room was problematic, which resulted in unnecessary confusion at check-in. Check-out also was unnecessary problematic, with an incorrect bill. That all said, the hotel corrected all issues, but patience was needed. The pool was closed. Breakfast was nice and had all the items one would want. The hotel is in the center of things and the park opposite was lovely to walk after a busy day at work. My room was large, comfortable and had plenty of natural light. The shower wasn't great, as it was never hot enough. I would stay again, if no other options available.

Stayed a few nights after discharge from hospital while waiting to enter Kur. Staff was great understanding our needs and went overboard in assisting my wife and I. Morning buffet was well stocked and enjoyable. Dinner choices were somewhat limited but food was always great.

We will consider this hotel again, hopefully under better conditions with regards to my health.

The hotel is next to a nice park and close to many shops; an excellent italian restaurant is across the street and the hotel restaurant was also great; the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was kind, patient and very professional and helpful; they heated gluten free bread for my friend every morning which was a nice and unexpected perk; the hotel staff was also very helpful and professional. We will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend this hotel without reservations; we visited the bar in the evening and the staff there was also excellent

Frequent Visitors!

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bad Hamburg. An easy walk to the very clean and quaint main shopping street. A 15 minute walk from the hotel through the Kur Park to the Taunus Therme, our usual destination. The hotel was very helpful with information about the town.

From the outside, the hotel looks different than what was shown on the website. I was greeted by a very friendly desk clerk who quickly got me checked in. The parking garage is attached under the hotel and so is very convenient. Downside you have to pay for daily parking and if you get back to your room past midnight the gate to the garage is closed and so you have to find street parking and then move your car before 9:00 otherwise you will be ticket. The access from the elevator to the the hotel could use some better lighting as it is a little dark. The room was a good size. I had a room with a balcony so you could go out to get fresh air. The bathroom was nicely updated and the shower was very modern being controlled by buttons and the temperature of the water. Also included a nice rain shower. Only complaint was the mattress for the bed was not very comfortable. Checkout was also very quick and friendly. I would stay there again based on the great location for downtown Bad Homburg.

Beautiful place. Service just don't match!

Looked really nice! Rooms look great! Service: a 4.5 star rating could be established if there was any service. No luggage help, no people greeting your arrival, actually wasn't sure if anyone worked there! At least the clerk asked if I needed help with my luggage. Bed was stiff. Back hurt after sleeping there! Pool closed at 10:30. If your a late commercial, too bad! Pool looked nice and Sauna if only we could of used it. After all it's summer and the pool is separate and in no way could of disturbed anyone else. How about a 22 Euro Breakfast! No coffee maker in room and no ice bucket. I've been in 3 star Hotels that were more friendly and accomadating!

The hotel was excellent. My wife, daughter and me stayed there for two nights and have no complaints. It is right in the center and a park, staff is friendly and breakfast was good. My one complaint would be that the breakfast (a buffet) is a bit pricey. 19 EUROS for what for us ends up being a cup of coffee, a fruit and a toast is a bit much. Of course one can eat more, but we wouldn't (10-15 EUR would be more adequate). The second major complaint is that the hotel does not have its own parking-lot. One needs to park in a municipal underground parking -- a lift leads directly to the hotel above it, so this is not a problem. The problem is that one needs to pay for it and if you come during the day park further from the lift as it might be packed. So if you come by car, your costs will raise for 12 EUR per night at least.

It is at a very nice location, very near to the Louisenstraße which is the market street with a lots of shops. The rooms are very good and is well furnished . Other than the one small issue of having no water kettle or coffee pantry in the room , the stay was very cosy .But they did give water in a thermos everytime I went down to the kitchen on 1st Floor without hesitation.
Service is very good . The front desk were very helpful and so were the other staff.
The restaurant seemed very good and had a great ambience though I did not have any meals there .
I would definitely want to stay in this hotel in future

Just what we required. Nice standard of hotel, useful availabilty of nearby shops and cafes. We were able to walk to the station and connect with trains which took us to other locations.
Staff were friendly and professional. We make a couple of enquiries with reception and they were very helpful. Excellent range of choices for breakfast. All in All a great stay.
