Everything looked great in terms of cleanliness, amenities, staff (very nice and professional) and the breakfast food options, what I did not appreciate are: Size of the room, I'm not a large man, but I felt claustrophobia creeping in, and the lack of air conditioning in the breakfast area. Eating and sweating before morning meetings is not desirable. Would I stay there again, not likely, unless my company mandates it.

The windows not facing West Coast Highway were much more quiet- though the staff was not able to promise a room on that side, but we did get one in the end.
Discovered at least 4 to 5 small soft shell cockroaches moving around the wash basin - good thing it was after breakfast.. We were offered another room after reporting issue to staff, and fortunately the new room (also on the same quiet side) had no such issues. Breakfast was decent, though restaurant congested during peak hours (~0830).

I loved the hotel. Clean, modern and friendly staff. Only complaint is wardrobe space. There is no wardrobe. There are a few hangers but I ended up living out of my suitcase, which I struggle with for any stay over 3 days. But I would still come back here.

Good hotel, breakfast buffet is definitely the star of the show, good variety, changes daily, and all options were super tasty! The staff were all really nice, helpful and polite. The only not excellent thing is the size of the rooms, they are quite small, the toilet is right next to the bed, so even with the partition it's still quite awkward. The hotel is very well located and communicated.

Bus stop right outside which takes you to the main areas. The hotel is positioned in a good area, very close to Sentosa Island. Overall I’d give 4.5* -I’d stay again.

We booked this hotel as an affordable option whilst attending F1 Grand Prix, as prices in and around Marina Bay were much higher. The rooms are very compact, which we knew, but very functional. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the free breakfast was very pleasant, with a different variety of options each day. The hotel is situated outwith the centre but the bus stop directly outside the entrance serviced the city very well, with buses running every few minutes. The hotel is close to Faber park and the Cable Car ride to Sentosa Island. We went there in the daytime but would love to have see it lit up in the evening. Will be recommending this hotel to others looking to visit for future Grand Prix events.

This hotel was awesome. The room I stayed in was nice clean and tidy. It's was a little different to what i was accustomed to as everything is a bit more compact but spacious enough to be comfortable.
The staff were very polite and well mannered and very helpful with regards to the amenities on offer.
While transport was very good with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the light rail another 5-10mim walk.
The restaurant was also quite good as it offers a nice range of food options if you don't want to leave the hotel.
All in all a great place to stay.

The hotel is very pleasant overall and is kept clean and well maintained. The rooms are relatively small, but we chose this hotel on the basis that we'd be out for most of the day, so it wasn't really an issue. Rooms have been designed to maximise space. The air-conditioning was good; ours broke one evening but the staff got it repaired immediately. This wasn't surprising as staff here are on-the-ball. Breakfast is more limited than a larger hotel, but gives a good range of items and staff make sure things are topped-up when needed. The hotel is excellent for transport links, with a bus stop just outside served by loads of bus routes and the buses are really easy to use. The swimming pool.can be used for exercise laps and plenty of people were doing that, though you can time it to get the pool to yourself or just have one or two others with you!

Arrived at Changi Airport at 1:00 a.m. and didn’t arrive at hotel (after immigration and baggage collection) until about 2:30 a.m. [taxi was about 45 Singapore dollars by the time all the surcharges were added)
I was worried as the hotel noted that you had to download an app for the digital key, but it was no problem as staff was there to greet us and check us in.
Room is compact, but clean and comfortable. Only about one kilometer from the “1 Maritime Square, cruise terminal”.
I would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us to Singapore again.

Staff were very helpful. Asked for early check in and offered at $90 USD. Almost as much as the room cost for the night! Room is VERY small so would only recommend fkr a night or two. Very close to MRT.

This hotel is conveniently located just a stone’s throw from Sentosa, with excellent transport links via the Metro and bus. It’s also close to Vivocity and HarbourFront shopping malls, making it a great base for exploring the area. The room was very clean and well-maintained, though a bit smaller than expected. However, the friendly and accommodating staff made up for it. Overall, it’s a great option for short stays in Singapore.

Hotel sits on a busy road, with an elevated dual carriageway above that - we looked out onto this from our room on the fourth floor - and assumed that the tinted floor to ceiling windows prevented anyone seeing into the room as, apart from the dark curtains, there are no window coverings.
Breakfast can get busy, and you may have to wait for a seat at peak times.
We used the excellent Singapore underground (MRT) from the airport to hotel - 3 changes, it took about an hour, but the system is easy to navigate (everything is in English) and the fare was only just over 2$. (£1.40)! Nearest MRT station is about 600m away - we walked it, towing suitcases easily. (Take the bridge from behind the station to get over the road and it's a flat walk eastward).
There's a shopping complex,Vivo City, about 15 minutes walk further on: we walked there to find places to eat.

I stayed for 19 consecutive nights for a business trip. All of the staff were extremely professional, helpful at every opportunity and welcoming. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. The buffet breakfast served by the “White Tiffin” restaurant in the hotel is fabulous and the variety changes every day. The hotel is 15 minute walk from a very large shopping centre. I especially enjoyed walking up Mount Faber on a quiet road that starts from behind the hotel. The rooms are a bit small. However, staying in a room with a balcony gives a sense of more space. Out of more than 20 hotels in Singapore where I have stayed over the past 15 years, this is the best. The staff at the front desk and in the White Tiffin restaurant are extraordinary.

This hotel is really cute. The room was very small. Small small folks, but it was layed out so nicely you really don’t mind the size. I love the techyness of it all. The curtains open with a switch, all the lights can be cut on or off from the bed. This is so good when you lay down after an exhaustive day and forgot that one light etc. I was able to connect my Netflix really easy. I usually have to go through some hoops to access my apps. The pool was nice. I hung out there for 2 of the days. My only caution would be that the ants come out at night. I had picked up my phone and noticed an ant crawling over it. Wondered how it got there since I hadn’t brought any food or drinks out. I went to the pool around 1pm. Fell asleep around 4pm. Woke up at 7 to a lot of ants crawling around on the towel. Naturally, I got up, brushed myself off and left really quickly. Universal Studios and Vivo City is about a mile away. It was really easy to get to both and if their are any casino lovers well your in luck. There’s a casino bottom level under Universal. The facilities when you come in are nice. They are doing maintenance but it wasn’t a bother at all. It was quite nice to see that they actually put an effort into the upkeep of the hotel. There is a shell gas station next door was very convenient since me and my daughter love chips and juice at 2am. Breakfast was okay, but nothing to brag about. I really didn’t like how they decide what my children could get in a to go plate.

Nice hotel and polite staff. On our last day, workers started doing some work right in front of our room. They stopped shortly after we called reception, but it would have been nice to be told, in advance. Also the room is really small, so be aware of that, with little privacy when going to the toilet because there isn’t a proper wall dividing the toilet from the room, but some sort divider.

We have stayed here twice now and both times were great. The location is UNBEATABLE. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel MRT right down the right a quick 5 min walk. The first time in March there was no room service but now they have even added that! Woo! The staff could use some work with speaking English and clarifying things but over all this hotel with its prices is a steal. We stayed at the Shangri La and to be honest weren’t even sad when we switched over to this hotel. The beds are very comfy and the pillows too. It’s small, but unless you’re planning to stay in your hotel all day it’s a great find for couples or singles. We love this hotel. The transportation location is unbeatable.

The quality of the room was excellent. The filtered water tap was a very big bonus for me because i drink alot of water and with the filtered tap, i dont need to constantly buy bottled water.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room, while small by North American standards, met our needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and looked “new”. There was sufficient space to store our bags. The amenities also met our expectations. Getting around was also very convenient as the closest MRT station is only a 5 minute walk and there is also a bus stop just at the door step of the hotel. The hotel is also close to Vivocity which is great for food and shopping. The hotel staff were also very helpful and courteous.
