The hotel is large but you are not aware of it being noisy or over crowded. The breakfast is excellent with a really good choice for everyone.

Very centric - unfortunately the rooms carpet was severly stained and the pillows smelled strongly of sweat. Apparently they were fully booked and the possibility to change rooms impossible. The room was on the business floor. There was a lounge with coffee, soft drinks and snacks, but no water (still or sparkling).

Try another hotel

Room was small and hard to walk around bed as mattress platform stuck out beyond mattress and you could not walk around it without catching your leg or foot on very sharp corners-very bad design. My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. Tub in room was very high which made it unsafe to get in and out for shower. Shower stall would have been so much better. Staff was friendly and nice.

The room was functional but the fittings very cheap and poor quality. There was just one thin metal hangar for a weeks’ stay and a single duvet on the double bed. No fridge nor kettle. Breakfast had good selection and quality. Dinner selection poor. Room service poor and tray charge exhorbitant

Notify Travelers About Renovations

We visit Aarhus on a regular basis and normally stay a this hotel however, this time was a complete disappointment. Had we known that the restaurant and bar were under renovation, we would have chosen differently. We ended up cutting our stay short and moving to a different hotel. Comwell not up to the standard that we were used to. Sad.

Last time I stayed one night and I wasn’t happy about the fact that no fridge/minibar was in the room. This time I stayed two nights and in addition to the missing minibar/fridge there has been the missing of the cleaning on the second day. Nothing was mentioned during the check-in. Hotellet var delvist afspærret og det var ikke muligt at komme i parkeringskælder med bil, så vi skulle holde langt væk. Hotel ville ikke hjælpe så vi måtte opgive og finde en anden løsning. Det i har solgt os, blev ikke leveret og lever ikke op til det der står i beskrivelsen.

Jeg blev desværre skuffet over mit ophold. Sengen på værelset levede ikke op til billederne og var hverken så stor eller så behagelig, som det blev fremstillet, hvilket gjorde nætterne mindre gode.

Morgenmaden kostede 195 kr. pr. person, og den var desværre slet ikke pengene værd. Der var næsten intet udvalg, juicerne smagte mærkeligt, og grøntsagerne smagte gamle. Det var samlet set en virkelig skuffende morgenmadsoplevelse.

Overordnet set levede opholdet ikke op til forventningerne, og jeg håber, i vil tage kritikken til sig og forbedre oplevelsen fremover.

Personalet i både receptionen, morgenmadsrestauranten og baren var super imødekommende og servicemindede. Havde denne gang bare booket et standardværelse, hvilket var fint. Lidt mindre gulvplads, men udsigten over havnen og byggeriet fejlede ikke noget - og solopgangen begge morgener var magisk. Rengøringen var rigtig god, og selvom vi ikke havde tilvalgt rengøring - nu en option på værelset med QR-kode, fik vi skiftet håndklæder. Yderst prisværdigt og en fin service. Lækkert morgenmadsbuffet og rigtig god kaffe - der manglede absolut intet. Glæder os til at se den nye “tilbygning” med rooftop bar, når den står klar i 2027.

Vi elsker at bo på det hotel og det er altid der, vi overnatter, når vi er i Aarhus. Hotellet ligger centralt, værelserne er store og rummelige og den nye måde morgenmaden serveres på, hvor man kan bestille omeletter, røræg og pandekager hos en kok, er helt genialt.

Fik et værelse der var meget koldt. Selvom der blev skruet på aircondition/ varme ændrede det ingenting og vi lå og frøs om natten. Gulvet var uden tæppe hvilket gjorde det koldt at gå på. Ingen fornøjelse at gå på badeværelset når fliserne er iskolde. Vi havde kun en overnatning så det ødelagde ret meget.
Rigtig god morgenmad god og varieret. Hotellet ligger centralt i Århus.
