We stayed here for our 17th anniversary and reserved the best room in the hotel; king suite w/terrace. Let me a start with the good... ALL of the staff are super friendly and helpful, minus the cleaning staff who didnt speak and didn'tdo a good job cleaning our room; the staff is not the problem with this place in my opinion. We immediately walked in to a dead stickbug on the tv stand that looked like it had been there a while. We examined the room and found cobwebs all over the batroom. All the HVAC units stated \"change filter\". There was a broken tile at the base of the shower where you step inand one of the dispenser in the bathroom was broken off from the shower; never would have noticed accept they didnt even remove the broken part. The curtains in yhe living room were litterally falling off due to being broken. There furniture is arranged in the bedroom so that you can't actually close the door. There were stains all over the rug in the living room. All of the decore and furniture looked at least 20 years old, and seemed like a random put together room with leftover furniture and decore. This was supposed to be the nicest room I was told, h to see the others. We only didn't leave or complain cause we hadn't planned on spending much time in the room. We have stayed in a lot of places much nicer than this for less and way better for not much more then we spent here. The room is not worth the money at all. I could go on about a few other small things but you get the point

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The King Room was nice and clean. Located in a nice area. The drinks and food at the bar were nice. The only downside was the parking. The lot is small luckily I have a small car but once you’re parked you’re hesitant to leave because there may not be a space available. The overflow lot isn’t finished. Overall I’d stay there again especially when visiting the area for a night or two.

We arrived for a short stay for a wedding in the area. We arrived super late on Thursday. It’s a nice hotel however I asked for the sheets to be changed because there were black marks on them and they never got changed.

Also the remote was not working and we mentioned it to front desk but again nothing was done until we had to call again for it.

I was under the impression that breakfast was complimentary but were wrong. It’s only for certain members of Hiltons reward program.

The hotel was nice the room comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was attentive and present. The location was in the center of town and close to everything. I hated the parking, the spaces were tight and somewhat limited but that is to be expected the hotel is in a very historic part of the city so the availability of a broad spacious parking lot was not expected. I am happy there was parking available and I did not need to move my car because of the great location.

very basic room in need of updating. poor lighting. rock hard mattress, so couldn't sleep. old wall heater made lots of noise. parking lot is small and very tight. towels were too small and thin. overall the place is dingy. I will say the staff were nice and the location is good. but definitely needs a face lift.

The only thing I wish the room had was the ability to cast to the TV versus traditional stations so we did not use the TV for lack of streaming services.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel-it was not included. I only tried to get coffee once and it was full of grounds. Most hotels have coffee and water out all day but there wasn't any available in the lobby in the afternoon or evening.

When we arrived, we found that our refrigerator was not plugged in. I guess this HGI was saving money on the electricity bill. So, we had to pull it out of the large wooden cabinet, plug it in and then replace it back in the cabinet. The TV in our room did not work and the hotel Engineer could not figure out how to get it to work. He offered to move us to another room but then explained that TV in that room also did not work. The sheets on the bed were too small and did not fit properly. The hotel had queen sheets on a king bed. The sheets pop off the corners. The front desk staff like to leave the front desk area and sit at a table in the breakfast area nearby and just be on their personal cell phones and eat their meals. This is just an okay hotel. I had previously worked at a HGI in Atlanta for 7 years. I really expected a higher standard at this HGI.

The facility itself was beautiful and well maintained. Parking was our biggest issue: We were in town for a race, and we needed to leave before 7:00 in the morning. Garage parking was full so we opted for valet.The valet parking attendant assured us that he would make sure our car would be pulled to the front facing out so that we could pull right out in the morning because there would not be an attendant when we needed our car. When we came down to get our vehicle it was parked in the very back of the lot and there was no attendant to get it out. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind, but he couldn’t do anything to help. No one would be in until 7:00 at the earliest. Luckily, we were able to get a ride there, but it was still quite the inconvenience because we had to return to the hotel to get our car. When it comes to the room the walls are very thin and you could hear everything inside and outside. We were on the third floor and could hear cars starting up outside the building. The room next door was very loud with a dog that barked off and on throughout the night. Next year, we will be staying elsewhere. It’s a shame because it is a nice facility and the staff was very nice, but communication seems to be an issue.

The hotel is obviously and older structure taken over and renovated by Hilton Garden Inn. That said, it is clean, with good amenities, enough space in the rooms. And best of all, the staff is very professional and pleasant. The restaurant staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome just before closing time. Makes a weary traveler's day!

Bathrooms shower door wouldn't shut water everywhere, old heater hot cold hot cold all night, restaurant/bar closed by 6pm Saturday night, no free parking parking a block away, velvet 30$ , room didn't look like photo I'll never stay here again for 230$ a night.

This hotel was fine for one night and in a desirable location in downtown Annapolis, but the room and building were not in the best of shape. The room had worn bedsheets and plumbing issues. One corner of the room oddly had two lamps and a chair pushed against the wall. The property generally needs an update.

The parking fee was way too high. There’s a public parking garage right across the street for $10/day.
The room was bare and there was zero amenities. Shower water pressure is a joke and the shampoo bottle was broken and left on the floor.
Curtain was in bad condition and AC was so loudd we had to turn it off to sleep.

Quick overnight stay in a safe, clean, comfortable, quiet room. Put in an order at the hotel restaurant before I even headed to my room with my bags still in hand. I told them I would be down as soon as I took my bags up and washed my hands. They called to tell me it would be ready to serve in 5 mins, then unexpectedly asked if I wanted them to just bring it up to me. The offer felt like a gift after 3 hours of navigating traffic in the Baltimore, DC, Alexandria area. Missed taking advantage of the amazing restaurants and peaceful nearby harbor this trip. I love historic Annapolis. And Hilton Garden Inn is my go-to place for about 5 years now.

Interesting architecture layout, charming and elegant facilities. Our bedroom size was perfect. However, the bed was very hard, some wall paper is peeling, the bathroom vent was not working, nor could we use the bathroom outlet for the dryer. In addition, parking was complexed since space is very limited and we were forced to park in a space hoping not to get towed and to Valet parking another night.

Was there for an event and was very disappointed the rooms did not offer a full length mirror to get ready. Additionally I wasn’t a fan of the cold air blowing directly from the unit towards the bed and the loud air flow/flush in the bathroom. I didnt feel the rooms offerings match the price.
