Nope not even a roll the mower is so rude we stayed there a few nights and. My truck broken down she would not let me work on it I had to! Push it down the street so I could get fix it there then she called the police on us for having my truck there ... She really needs Jesus
.. never again. We will not come close to her place

There was no towels, the fold out couch had blood stains , human bodily fluids all over it with no linens, the air conditioner did not work and it kept cycling back on the heat.Even if I had it turned off, stayed over 90° all night.The door locked in operable properly was not disabled.Accessible.It was a horrible , horrible experience that I want my money back on completely

I guess you get what you pay for.. upon arrival cops were there the next room building over for disturbance. Rooms were clean bed was comfortable but no blanket only but a sheet and what look like thin shower curtain lol. Then i walked in the rr to only see 1 towel lol. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms had 1 towel and 1 hand drying oh i usually try to book with free breakfast to save a little bit of money.. well free breakfast was only a bagel and coffee. They have no ice machines. Oh Sunday morning my daughter text me a video.. BED BUGS.. if 1 room has bed bugs I'm pretty sure every room has them..

The room was not what I reserved. Wasn’t even the same as the pictures Still very dirty. Stained beds…. Ac didn’t work. Wrong bed situation. No biggy…. But when I addressed the ac not working I was told they had to make sure it wasn’t before they could switch my room….not to mention my key card not working the WHOLE time of my stay…. Which is major inconvenience since we’d been driving all day the first day and in the heat all day the second….. if you have to stay here I bid you good luck.

The room was all right besides for the fact that my smart TV was a non-functional and unfortunately because there's no one on staff past 11:00 p.m. I could not fix the issue with the front desk which was a shame because I missed out on a very important conference call which is the reason why I booked the room to begin with I have a client in Japan that is very hard of hearing and it makes it hard for him to see so I typically use a Smart TV so we can share a screen when I do a presentation

This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The room was filthy, the light switches and outlets were broken, and the smoke detector wouldn’t stop beeping because the battery was dead. I had to switch rooms three different times because none of the door locks worked properly. They never cleaned the room, they offered no breakfast, and the “king‑size room” I booked was replaced with one that had two small double beds. There was no TV remote, and the front desk staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help with anything.

In short, this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it.

This \"hotel\" room was absolutely disgusting. The stale smoke and muggy air was the first red flag. Walking into the room, there were dark stains all over the carpet and white stains on the couch. The refrigerator appeared to work (at first).. however, had yellow scum/crust covering the bottom shelf. (By morning, the fridge was warm and not working.) Upon a walk around, the bathroom tub was rusted and chipped. If you dare to use the shower-- shower shoes would be definitely be NEEDED. There was a dead cockroach smeared on the wall (this was the first roach siting.) After brushing my teeth, I turned around to spot the second roach (LIVE) crawling on the bathroom floor. The TV was left on inside the room and there was no way to turn it off manually-- there was also no remote control. I had to call the front desk (from my cell, bc the room phone didn't work. At all-- no dial tone/power) to see if they had a spare remote; they didn't. They apologized and asked me to turn it off manually. I let them know that wasn't a possibility bc this tv had no buttons.... They then told me to unplug it. I couldn't unplug the tv bc the plug was behind the dresser & I couldn't move it (too heavy). I asked if someone could assist with this bc I wanted to go to sleep- without the tv on. Front desk staff came, moved the furniture to access the plug and unplugged it for me. After attempting to get 'settled' I spotted the THIRD roach (alive), crawling on the carpet near the bed. Review continued...1/2

Extremely disappointing. Our room key didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk everytime we needed to enter our room. At the time there weren’t any other rooms available. We should have been told about the situation with the door before we checked in. The next day we got another room with a working door. There was mold in the bathroom and cockroaches in the room. The staff was very nice and professional.

There was no real breakfast. That's false advertising. Under the name of breakfast, they just kept 4-5 stale bagels and very diluted coffee. The rooms were smelly, and the carpets were extremely dirty, as if they had never been vacuumed. The bathroom was filthy, and the door was broken. They also did not provide a key for the room. You have to go to the front desk to ask them to open it every time you go out. Worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

The room is horrible, it's uninhabitable, and when you want to open your door it doesn't work; the staff have to go and open it for you. We turned on the heat because it was cold and smelled really bad, and then the fire alarm started going off. Among many other things, I took a photo, but it won't let me leave my complaints in the hotel reviews. I don't recommend it; it's the worst hotel I've ever booked 😡

Staff is always nice. 3rd time staying here simply because of the price and location. Won’t be back. Always a bug or two in there. This time I lifted the blanket up and there was hair and other signs of the sheets not being changed. Shower drain was broken, lots of random loud noises from other guests.

The staff and the breakfast could be improved there are 3 lady's during the day throughout the week and 1 of them who I believe is the GM is very rude and very unaccommodating
But the other 2 very nice and very helpful in making sure everything is good with our stay as for the breakfast it's not really a breakfast there is only bagels,butter,and jelly which is very disappointing because the pictures advertised a full breakfast not just a quick snack for in the morning

One washcloth for two people no iron no hairdryer stank Pine-Sol pretty bad musky in the morning. Dead flies in the bathtub no remote TV icebox didn’t work. Had to find a plug plug them in to a strip. Plug lightbulb in bathroom wasn’t working. Cabinets were missing doors drawers, and absolutely Nothing else in the room floors were dirty.
Neighbor was smoking in no smoking room could smell the cigarette smoking in our room God on Saturday morning to see if I can get my money back for Saturday night. Stay told I had to speak to the manager Monday, which wouldn’t make sense cause then I was already spending more time than I wanted to. No coffee pot no coffee no ice conveniently located around our room. Breakfast was a joke bagels that’s not breakfast. Diabetics can have bread stupid stupid stupid very disappointed. Wyndham needs to pick it up. Been a member for a long time. Probably one of the worst days I’ve had we’ll think about a Wyndham next time

Worst motel experience ever. Check in went fine and the clerk was friendly and courteous but the room was horrible. A/c worked intermittently, bed just had a sheet and a thin bed cover so thanks to the a/c I kept going from cold to sweating. No shower curtain. But the worst part is they have a german roach infestation. I've never experienced that in any hotel or motel before. I had to get up a couple times during the night to go to the bathroom and when I turned on the light I was having to avoind stepping on them with my bare feet. Stay away! You have been warned.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The facility needs some deep cleaning-- carpets are stained ad dingy looking, but everything was clean. Unfortunately there are no good places to \"walk\" to. There are close by restaurants with good food and UBER was quick to pick up Overall a great stay for the price

Room had a musky smell, dirty carpet with stains. Out dated tub that had bad rust stains, tub was painted and peeling paint. Customers complaining of bed bugs wanting refunds. Key cards not working, every time I needed in my room the receptionist had to let me in my room. Advise not to waste your money on this place.

On the hotel.com website the place look really nice but when we arrive, the place look horrible and there is some people outside look like they’re either homeless or they drugs. It was not a safe place to stay, but we had to because it was late when we got there almost to 11 PM and we have to go to our meeting at 11:30 AM so we have to stay

HOTEL OF HORROR

First of all when we got there, we had to change rooms because there was no AC in our room. Then they refused to bring us the towels we asked for we had to walk all the way to the front to get them.
Around 11 o’clock at night when we needed the room change we waited at the front door for 10 minutes before someone came to unlock the door and talk to us.
When we got put into the new room as soon as I touched the bed, a roach ran from underneath the pillow.
Our second night we got back pretty late and there were several creepy men just hanging outside of the hotel just watching us. We felt very unsafe due to being 4 women, on top of the uncomfortable and disgusting room we were in. We ended up leaving around 10:30 the second night. Not completing our stay.
Will never stay there or somewhere like it ever again

When we arrived it took us 4 rooms before we found one that the door lock and air conditioner both worked. We had to walk back and forth across the property each time to tell them it still wasn’t working. The front counter lady seemed very annoyed by having to change rooms again, and she never once hung up her phone call the entire time, not a work call she was discussing a recipe and couldn’t be bothered to help. We also requested ahead of time for a bottom floor and was put on the top floor. We travel to the area every few months and we have always stayed here. It wasn’t the nicest but it was clean, quiet and we always got good service up until this time. We will probably be looking elsewhere for the next trip.

My keycard didn't work the entire time I was there i kept having to go to the front desk to get my door unlocked when they finally came to fix it on my last night there they didn't put it back together properly so it fell off the doors between rooms the one on my side was broken so had they put anybody in that other room and they wanted to come through to my room, I'd have been out of luck and the breakfast gave me food poisoning

I was was charged for an extra night did I did not reserve nor ask for I checked out early left room cleaner than what I got it when notice the extra charge I couldn’t even be contacted by management and front desk offered no help whatsoever I work for my money and being charged an extra night stay is a lot of money especially if I had wanted to pay that much I would have actually selected a much cleaner hotel the price I pay is what I get but they should not be making unauthorized charges they say your information is secure when booking with them online now I know that’s a LIE worst service ever.

The frist thing when we enter the room it had am odor and no sheet on the bed only a bad spread we left the next morning and then we came back in the evening. The room was entered, but no towel would change. The bed was not made up, and when I asked, I was told that I had to request it. But they took the old towers out, but never replace them

Thankfully there was no fire!

Check-in was quick and easy, the overall look on the out side was kinda rough looking. Our room had wires hanging out of the ceiling where the smoke detector was supposed to be. The smoke detector was located though, in the bottom dresser drawer. The person at the desk for check out was missing for a few minutes and when she did show up she was kinda rude.
