Wonderful stay in a 3 bed apartment. Clean, dark and soundproof for ease of sleeping and all we needed. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.
The location is great in a fairly quiet area but close enough to walk to a pub or shops.

Upon check in we realised that the apartment was configured with 3 kings beds instead of 2 king and one twin room as booked on Wotif. When I went to reception I was advised that we had booked as 3 kings so I showed my wotif booking, the receptionist also claimed that a phone call had been made to confirm but I hadn’t answered. I showed her the call history on my phone which clearly showed I hadn’t received a phone call. The receptionist was great with handling the issue and offered to come and fix the bedding configuration but as she was the only one on reception I requested linen and we changed the configuration and made the beds. As an apology we were given some complimentary wine. As we set the room up on a 35 degree day it was apparent there was only aircon in the master bedroom, the other 2 rooms had pedestal fans in the wardrobes to be used. The fan in one room stopped working so I had to go back to reception to get a replacement fan. The fan in the 3rd bedroom was also broken at the back of the fan.
When it came to showering there was no hot water both in the morning and evening. For the money spent for the apartment overall we were left with a sour taste in our mouths.

No running water or communication

Had a one night stay, unfortunately for us there was no running water that evening which was an awful way of ending our long day of wine tastings and exploring hunter valley. We couldnt have shower which made sleep very comfortable and we were also unable to flush our toilet.Tried calling after hours manager multiple times to find out what was the issue but couldnt get through im assuming others guest were experiencing the same problem so eventually we just gave up trying. Upon checking out the next morning the reception told us there was an issue with the council and that they themselves werent notified so terrible communication overall but the room was clean and the bed itself was comfortable

Overpriced. We had a few lights that weren’t working but no maintenance occurs over the weekend so we just had to put up with a dark bathroom. No external windows for any of the bedrooms. Gym was not in use due to Covid. Accor have some work to do to bring the service standards up. Otherwise, well appointed and new.

We stayed at Singleton Quest after performing at a wedding in the hunter valley. We arrived quite late at night so had to do a self check in and it was super easy! Prepaying also meant that all we had to do in the morning was hand back the keys.

The apartment itself was so lovely - clean, modern and had everything we needed and more.

Thanks again Quest, we’ll be back again!

Great modern hotel away but close to Hunter Valley

We loved the hotel. The 3 bedroom suite was perfect for the family with 2 bathrooms and plenty of space in the living/lounge area. Air con was absolutely necessary and worked very well. Most of the hallway was a kitchenette with all you need. Main bathroom had washing machine and drier. The only thing missing was free wi-fi ($10 per day) and no restaurant. Area was very quiet. Only 10 minutes walk to the main road and about 20 minutes to the shops. There isn't much to do in Singleton but that was what we were after. It is an easy 30 minutes drive to the Hunter Valley gardens and main wineries. It is worth a stay as it is more economical.

Great apartment, very clean. 3 bedroom apartment comes with 2 bathrooms and washing machine and dryer. Plenty of parking space when we were there (not alot of people). Checkin staff very friendly.

One unfortunate thing is there is only one room with aircon, and the only other aircon is in living room. Therefore the other two rooms can be a little bit warm during summer.

Had to pay for WiFi and couldn’t connect considering the high cost of the room I feel they could provide this free. No staff on desk before 9am on Sunday so if leaving early there is no one to check out with. Have to drive to cafe/ restaurants if eating out.

SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

My friends and I recently stayed here for 1 night in a 2 bedroom apartment. We all enjoyed our stay until I was charged $89 for missing linen - 4 x bath towel, 2 x face washers, 2 x hand towel, 1 x bath mat.

I contacted the property manager Jessica Paget and am absolutely appalled with how she spoke to me. She advised that the missing linen was reported to her by housekeeping. When I suggested that she investigate them she insulted me by saying quote: \"I have worked here for 8 years and I KNOW they didn't take anything. I am not going to investigate them\".

I also advised her that I will be posting this on all hotel review websites and social media in which she replied with \"well ok\". I will ensure that this be reported to Fair Trading NSW and other appropriate departments and agencies.

My friends and I are all hard working professionals and only carried small duffle bags for a 1 night stay. To accuse us of stealing 2 bathroom sets from the hotel is beyond disrespectful!

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Save yourself the heartache and DO NOT stay here.

Had a very comfortable stay, although when we arrived in the room it had a strange stale smell in the bathrooms like the drains where blocked also when we tried to use the cooktop it was hard to understand the dials as they were worn out and it took forever for it to heat to cook bacon.

Ground floor apartments have nice terraces. Very quiet location away from town centre. Stay one night on Saturday. Booking through wotif. Getting key and access to the building was easy. Like the room size and the kitchen facilities. Rooms 101 came with big balcony. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Like the dvd collection from the reception for free. Get some cartoon for the little one to get busy :) . Very happy with the service and location.

Stayed for one night for business. Hotel was clean, rooms were massive. It doesn't have a restaurant - so you need to go into Singelton for breakfast & dinner. They have kitchens in the rooms - so you can cook your own food if you wish. I think it's probably as good as you'll get in Singleton.

Note: we got dinner in a Thai restaurant in the middle of singleton. I don't remember the full name but it did have the word \"lime\" in it. The food was very good and staff were really friendly.

Pros: clean and cosy. Nice kitchen with sufficient utensils.
Cons: The fly screen was broken. Fell on my daughter and she got a scratch. Seens like mit was broken in the apartment next door as well. We booked for a one-bedder but they didnt have one vacant so they gave us a two-bedroom but locked one bedroom which made the whole setting of the apartment very congested. Wifi was not free which is usually free almost everywhere.
