We arrived late, but the owner sent instructions for accessing the room key by email. Breakfast is provided at this hotel, there is no surcharge. It is in a lovely, quiet area in the Tirol mountains, with beautiful scenery, a friendly host and beautiful hotel. We will definitely stay here again. It may seem a long drive, but it is well worth it.

Absolutely beautiful and quiet setting, nestled between the mountains, and close to Mittenwald. Host is very welcoming. It is a small independent hotel, so don't expect all the amenities of a major chain. The small deluxe room is quite small, but you shouldn't be in this part of the world to spend much time in your room. Breakfast is light and cold items, but delicious. Room was clean, water pressure in the shower was great, and plenty of hot water. There's no A/C, which is common. Be prepared to hear a little traffic early in the morning if your window is open. It's just the world calling to you to get out of bed and enjoy the nature of the area! Wish we could have spent a week here instead of one night! Danke Bart!

Four of us stayed in two rooms and we all rate this hotel and location TEN. It is clean and nice. The owner was extremely helpful. Two restaurants close by were just one step below gourmet with great food and service. And it is reasonable with breakfast included.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access by transporation. Its in a peaceful and relaxing location and across the road from cross-country skiing tracks. Our host, Bart, is very welcoming and helpful, he has a wealth of local knowledge and activites. The room is cozy, warm, modern and very clean, great bed and bathroom. The common lounge has a good contential breakfast and pleasent fireplace for evening drinks. We would come back again.

Secluded hotel in lovely quiet location
We arrived late due to delayed flight but that was t a problem, Bart was there to meet us and made reservations at local inn down the road for food. Lovely little b&b, breakfast was basic but good. The room Was lovely and clean, modern and equipped although would have benefitted from a shower curtain. The glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom wasn't very private especially using the toilet. Drink facilities would have been welcomed but the next day we went to local supermarket and bought our own and could make a drink in the communal kitchen area, with use of kettle and fridge. Not much to do in the evenings and pretty much restricted to the room or outside seating area. There is a bar area with couches but I think this was not in use and only availablle during winter season. Breakfast was good and basic and as a Brit some ketchup would have made a difference to the eggs I had.

We had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel owner chided us for not having a cell phone (we are traveling internationally) because it was inconvient for him. He also insulted us, as well as the Chinese travelers and made us so uncomfortable that we left a night early. The breakfast was very light and the rooms are not cabins, as the website may suggest. There are plenty of nice hotels near by, we would recommend a different one!

Bart the owner was wonderful and extremely helpful. He directed us to great ski slopes, amazing hiking, and awesome food. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The views of the Alps were amazing! The inn is located in a smaller valley so the peaks tower over you. Everything was great and we will be staying here again.

Great hotel with a homely feel
The hotel is set in a great location with both Seefeld and Mittenwald being just a few minutes away by car. The rooms are modern and keep perfectly clean. Breakfast is a real bonus and at a level not expected at this price point. Heating in the rooms in winter is fab and we had a great stay over Christmas.

We had the family room - actually 2 different rooms separated by a bathroom. Kids loved the bunk beds, we enjoyed a large bed too. All new, recently remodeled and very spacious for Europe (from the visiting American perspective). In most European hotels one can get an expandable sofa for the third or forth persons which makes room crowded. Here you get a second room in the suite... The host was very knowledgeable about the area and activities to be done which made our stay even more memorable. Breakfast is included and of great quality.

The hotel is located down the valley from the main part of leutasch so you need either to have a car or use the bus. Th hotel is opposite a ski track so it is a good location for cross country skiing. Bart the owner is very friendly and speaks good english. The bar has a great range of belgian and local beers.

I've spent there a week in January-used it as a base for ski trip. Excellent service and atmosphere and a price which is hard to beat.
Rooms are basic and a bit on the smaller side, but quite adequate for 2 people. There're sauna, gym and tanning beds for extra fee. There's a big nicely finished dining/common area with fireplace and well stocked bar-ask Bart for exotic Belgian beer.
Lots of major ski resorts are within 1-1.5 hr drive-St. Anton, Solden, Ischgl just to name a few. There're few smaller ski hills within 15-20 minute drive. Access road is open even in heavy snowfall and quickly plowed.
Very recommended for skier who is looking for a clean place to shower, have few beers and crash. Not recommended for somebody looking for place with active night life and snotty 5 star service. Jättetrevlig ägare som kunde rekommendera både restauranger och utflykter. Fina rum, frukosten var väldigt god. Jag som glutenintolerant kunde få mitt glutenfria bröd uppvärmt, ägaren sa att om man säger till några dagar i förväg kan man få glutenfritt bröd annars fanns det ej. Vi bokade med kort varsel så kunde ta med eget bröd. Ligger fint vid bergen.

Wir haben 1 Nacht bei Bart verbracht und es war sehr schön und unkompliziert. Alles neu und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Pension liegt ruhig auf einem Dorf umgeben von Bergen. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort, aber zur Selbstversorgung steht eine Küche/Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage bei Bart ! Er ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Tal, muss man definitiv mögen und wissen bevor man hin fährt ! Man wird dafür mit tollem Ausblick und Wege für mega Spaziergänge in der Natur belohnt ! Uns hat es toll gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Sehr netter Empfang und gute Tipps für Essen und Unternehmungen - für ein spontanes Wochenende sehr hilfreich gewesen. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr klein und die Aufbettung für unsere Tochter zu hart, sie hat dann doch in unserem Bett geschlafen. Insgesamt sehr angenehmes Übernachten in toller Umgebung.
