I loved this hotel. They say they want you to feel like you’re stepping into their home, and I really feel that you do. I had a small, single room, and considering I spent most of my days running around the city exploring it for my first time, this was exactly what I needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved the interior design, and how it really felt like you were experiencing your own special piece of Paris by being there.

I learned quickly how much fun and how efficient it is to use the rental scooters scattered around the city, and the fact that there is a scooter parking spot directly in front of the hotel makes life that much easier. It was also very easy to travel to locations outside of Paris like the airport and Versailles.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back.

Boutique Hotel Perfection

Hotel Henriette is the most charming hotel in an ideal location to get you everywhere you need to go in Paris. The hotel is beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and adorable. The staff are so welcoming and warm and go out of their way to assist you with anything you may need. The rooms are peacefully quiet, I barely heard a sound from anyone over 7 days, and the bed was super comfortable with quality bed linens. I could not fault a thing about Hotel Henriette, it exceeded all my expectations and the staff are all truly lovely. It will be my hotel of choice again for my next trip to Paris.

I stayed At Hotel Henriette during one of the most surreal times of my life. The global health pandemic happing right now put my travel plans for France into quite a whirlwind. It also happened to be my 30th birthday. This beautiful hotel and wonderful staff took very good care of me during this time. Unfortunately I was only able to be here in the hotel for two days before I got a flight back to Australia because nothing was open. Despite not seeing any tourist attractions in Paris, the city was still beautiful and the staff were so accommodating and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and even extended my check out time while I waited to board my emergency flight home. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The hotel was very clean and such cute decor! I will definitely be back. Merci beaucoup Hotel Henriette!

Charming Parisian hotel

The hotel was lovely, beautifully fitted-out and decorated with a mixture of retro and new furnishings. The staff were excellent. We chose the cheapest room option, which meant the room was a little small, therefore the bed was small. But I’m sure that was due to our price option. Other than that, we loved the hotel and our stay.

We picked this hotel from the Lonely Planet guide book for its location next to the Montparnasse train station we were arriving from. It is a bit far from the river and most of the sites but that wasn’t a problem because it’s a nice neighborhood and we like to walk. The room was tiny but cute and clean.

Beautiful decor and a lovely place to stay, the room was really stylish and had everything you need, including an excellent shower. Two mins to Gobellins metro stop. Only thing I'd suggested is to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper as the rooms are very close to each other and you can hear people speaking etc.

Hotel Henriette is located on a quiet street right by the number 7 subway line on the main road in the 13 arrondisement. Quaint and beautifully designed, the hotel is a joy to look at and stay in. It is a very small hotel, however, and it shows with the small 2 person elevator, and small rooms. The walls are also not very soundproof, and you can hear people going in and out of the rooms or talking in the hall. Nevertheless, the rooms are well designed and comfortable, and have all the basic amenities such as towels, hairdryers, a safe, and soap. The beds are a good firmness, and the shower’s water temperature is great although the water pressure isn’t the strongest (but perfectly comfortable). The room we stayed at also had a cute window with a potted plant hanging from the outside.
The staff are kind, helpful, and accommodating, and can speak fluent English. There are also free pastries and tea in the lobby area. I would definitely come back the next time I visit Paris!

The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was comfy and loved the continental buffet breakfast. Only downside was the location was not as interesting as some other arrondissements with nice options for restaurant/bar/shop within walking distance. Also do note that restaurants are mostly closed during the year-end period and this applies to all other arrondissements as well.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel was definitely on the small side, but they furnished it in a way so as to not make it cluttered. The front desk staff was very helpful. The only drawback was that the door between the bathroom and the bedroom had a panel of frosted glass that was basically see through. We ended up draping a towel over the door to block ththe panel. Obviously if you are traveling with a significant other or solo, it's no problem, but if you want some privacy, it's a little tricky. Minor complaint though.

Perfect position for Metro station.

Our 3rd visit to Paris and our 3rd stay at the Hotel Henriette, each time it get's more enjoyable, it really is a lovely hotel, and in my opinion in an excellent position for all the sites.12 months on all the same staff are still working there, which in this day and age in the hospitality business is a credit to the management (and the staff) they are always on hand to help with any requests including making reservations for us at local restaurants. Already planning our next return trip, fallen in love with Paris and the Henriette.

Small hotel with wonderful staff

This was a great place to stay in Paris. (In fact, when we decided to extend our trip for a couple of more days, we hoped to stay on at the Henriette, but, alas, it was fully booked.) We opted for a somewhat larger room than standard, and that was great. But, best of all were the staff, who could not have been more helpful or friendly.

Good location close to Metro and easily accessible, lots of restaurants and also Rue Mouteffard. Lovely cosy modern decorated small single room, just perfect for my needs. The bed and bedding were super lush/comfy and the bathroom was very clean and modern with a good shower. Hotel staff were very friendly and chatty. Pretty outdoor courtyard. Homely, comfortable, safe environment, good for single travellers and price was good value for Paris.

Overall a good experience

I really enjoyed my time at the Henriette Hotel. Although the breakfast is not free, they do keep extra pastries at reception for people to take when leaving the hotel. Despite the small size of my single room, I still loved it and it was definitely worth the price. The staff was very nice and always open to give help and recommendations when asked. The only bad I thing I noticed is that it didn't seem like my bedsheets were changed when they came to clean my room. On the last couple days, I noticed it hadn't been changed or at least shaken in my absence.

The hotel was decent! It served its purpose! We were in Paris for one night, and needed a place to stay. We picked this place because it was on the more cost friendly side......... luckily it was close to the train station, therefore we were able to get around easily! Make sure to learn how to take the train........ it's extremely cost friendly and easy to navigate through Paris!!!! The hotel is literally one minute away from the train station! Also make sure to take a Uber to the airport...... it's cheaper this way rather than a taxi!!!!! Or take the train to a RER back to the airport!!!

A little Gem!

Our first time in Paris and we seem to have stumbled on to a little Gem! Staying a lot in the usual chain hotels for business, I wanted something a little different, and we absolutely got it! The hotel was brilliantly decorated with a lot of care and attention. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the location is a 2minute walk from Les Goblins Metro making it perfect for getting around the city. The location itself has plenty of cafés around it to get a drink or relax on your way in/out of the hotel. Would 100% recommend.

This is a very cute, clean hotel in a great location. We loved our cozy room with modern decore. Breakfast was great. We opted for the \"express\" breakfast as we were on our way out to the airport that morning. Coffee and pastries were excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice little boutique hotel with easy metro access

A very comfortable hotel traveling with kids, with very kind and helpful staff, especially in the morning. Very close to the Gobelins metro stop which made travel throughout Paris very easy. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Only negatives, if I can even call them that, is that breakfast is overpriced: we walked up the street to a bakery and purchased breakfast for 1/4 the cost of eating at the hotel. The wifi would occasionally go out which was annoying, but when it was working it was lightening fast. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the Henriette as our home base in Paris.

Most awkward breakfast I've even been to

The hotel was good. It was cleaned everyday and the staff was great. The only thing is the breakfast. It was a little(very) awkward. I was in the hotel alone and most people are there with their families and partners, a family of 3 had to share a table with me because the place was very small which made me feel like my space was being invaded in so I did not enjoy my breakfast. I can't stop this family from speaking to each other in their language so I just eat quickly and left. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The hotel interior was fantastic, clearly designed by a thoughtful and talented designer. The ambiance was lovely, especially in the morning during breakfast in the courtyard.
The neighborhood is very up and coming. Just a few blocks away are some fabulous restaurants, book stores, galleries, and a wonderful farmers market on Sunday.
The rooms are small yet very comfortable.
I am looking forward to staying at the hotel again next year!

We've stayed in Henriette for 4 nights. Everything was perfectly fine! It is a cozy little hotel. The lift, like everyone says, is tiny, but I find it a funny experience to take this tiniest lift I've even seen.

A very enjoyable stay

A great little boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and public areas. Staff were fantastic, giving us restaurant suggestions and helping in any way they could (speaking in fluent English as we are ignorant Scots with very little french). The rooms were large (although I think we had the two largest) with comfy beds, good showers etc. The only downside was the lack of a hairdryer or iron however these were available behind reception so not a huge problem. A minibar would have been nice however not expected at three star level. The area was good - I feel it is in the early stages of becoming a 'hip' neighbourhood - close to the location we were working but maybe a little further from the very center of Paris than some would hope. We visited the Moroccan restaurant across the road for some very tasty and authentic food. Overall a great stay. If we were working in the same place we would stay again for sure.

No frills hotel

The people managing the hotel front desk seems a little disorganised but no real problems encountered during my stay. Room was lacking a bath towel and bathroom floor mat on the 1st day. Small bathroom (norm in Paris) but I think they can afford a bigger basin since the space do allow for one. Shower was hot and bed was comfortable. Think they got most of the basic things right so no major issues. Location is slightly off from the touristy area and not really noisy.

Lovely boutique hotel

We stayed at the Hotel Henriette on the basis of other reviews and were happy with our choice. We were a party of six with three rooms that were all stylish and charming. No issues with room cleanliness. All of the hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, although slightly more expensive at €12 than what I had expected based on recent reviews that said it was €10. Would still recommend it though as you get more for your money than most of the nearby cafes.

The hotel is very close to Led Gobelins station on the Metro 7 line and so very convenient for travelling around the city. We paid about €40 for a taxi for six from the hotel to Gare du Nord.

A nice place to be!

We stayed at the Hotel Henriette for 10 days this April and found it to be a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in an interesting French neighborhood with lots of cafes and shops. It is also close to the metro so the logistics of traveling are indeed easy.

The hotel itself has been recently remodeled and is very attractive with lots of special touches that give it character. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We would certainly go there again. In my estimation, this is a 5-star hotel.
