Yes it felt neglected and my room showed me a hair dryer a desk and a chair and I got nothing but attitude and over charged and treated like scum . I have no where else to get a room I have to stay in the same room and I've been here for over a week and I got a non smoking room and they still

The manager and his band of indians all were extremely rude and pushy. I had bookedthat hotel and anyone like it till so.ethi g i the room for a 2nd day they still made us get out and come back at 2 ill be boycotting

When I arrived their were bullet holes in my curtain. The room 214 look like a room off a horror movie. The mirror looked like it was a two way mirror. The light flickered. And the smell of mold and mildew reminded of an old moist basement. The room of despair.

We arrived in our room and it immediately smelled of way too many cleaning products and air fresheners. Within an hour I had become sick from inhaling the air. It was not a very pleasant stay. They charged for our dogs per night so we found a cleaner motel 6 right next to them for cheaper and no charge for pets.

Renovated recently

Covenience of the hotel to food and other department stores is a plus. I had no problems with noise but you will hear loud vehicles/motorcycles passing on the highway. Clean rooms, i didnt find any bugs in the room or property. Bed was fine to my liking.

Good place to stay

Nice and clean. The room I stayed in had updated amenities (tv, refrigerator, microwave, computer chair). Relatively quiet even though it is next to the highway. Safe area with no people lingering in the parking lot.

For the price it is what it is. My problem was with management. They are truly rude and ungrateful people. They are in business to provide lodging for patrons. I was treated like a bother, a child, a criminal, a punching bag, and inconvenience.
They had no right to treat me for no reason than to be ugly rotten person . They are in the wrong industry.

I liked the price,but you get what you pay for.The pool was filthy,i asked if it would be usueable..the manager stated its a holiday weekend an his pool guy wont come clean it.Their was coffee machine, but no pot .there was no cold water at sink.fridge an.mirowave did not work an their was cockroaches.

If they had breakfast as they promote then i would b so happy but because not to many ppl stay here the ones that do lose out on the amenities.. It is quite and they allow my little service dog to stay with me with just proof I have a registration on him... Room service they do ask everyday and they will want to change your sheets... It alright

There was a hole in the middle of the sheet. Door did not have a security lock on it. Bed had two sheets on it. No blanket. A/C did not work properly. Will never stay there again.

Quiet & Cheap

Wasn't to bad.. expected we're just considering it was only $42 a night and everywhere else was $55 +. We got some stuff on the towels from a spill and they made us pay them $20 for them... besides that I don't have much negative to say. Positive is it super cheap!! During the week it's completely dead so its a nice quiet private place, on the weekends its bumpin but not in a negative way it's just a lot of action going on. I will most definitely stay there again considering the price.

Cheap place to get a nights sleep

I've been in worse places, far as the price. I couldn't complain there. And there really wasn't anything going on at night. Like I stated to suspect there would be after seeing the crowd. If your alone and looking for a cheap place to go to sleep. Then this is it, if it's a family vacation type stay. Go far off, far from Killeen period.

The hotel was basic and standard which is what I expected for the price so that was ok. However, I was double charged for my nights stay. I spoke with the owner he kept telling me I was wrong. I called my bank had stop payment on my second charge yet the hotel pushed it through. Not worth the 104 bucks I spent!

The room for my first stay was OK but it was upstairs instead of bottom floor, near my car and trailer. There isn't an elevator. The stairway outside was slippery and it did not meet the coded in normal step widths. It went straight up instead of having a half turn platform so I kept thinking If I slipped on one step i was going to bust it all the way down to the bottom. Not very safe. The bed however, was supper comfortable. The hotel sign is supper hard to see so made hotel hard to find since Google maps can send you around in circles on THE Central Texas Expressway. The second time I stayed I wasnt told it was a smoking room and the room was in poor condition compared to the room I was put in during my first visit. It wasn't very clean, and the bed smelled of cigarettes. That upset me very much since I am against smoking to begin with. I have asthma and it triggered a two-day asthma attack.

The location was in a decent area, and the lobby and room were clean. The night clerk was adept and personable and the pet fee was an extremely reasonable $10/night. when we got into the room, though, the TV didn’t turn on - it looked like the power cable was missing entirely. Breakfast was lackluster - the only thing I dared to eat were the frozen waffles, but biscuits, gravy, sausage and very runny scrambled eggs were the warm option. We were also disappointed at the housekeeping, who were making a ruckus in the hall at 10 am and knocking on our door at 11 am even though checkout wasn’t until noon. It was so stressful, the later checkout time didn’t make up for the mildly disappointing accommodations.

Booked 2 nights through hotels.com and indicated I had a dog and paid for the room. Checked in and stayed the first night and the next morning went to the store and came back to be locked out of the room. Went to speak to the manager and he says I need to pay 20 dollars for my dog and it’s my fault for using hotels.com to book the room and it’s my problem and not his. I refused and he then kicked my family and I out without a refund. Terrible quality hotel that smells awful and has horrible service.

Very friendly front desk guy. Forgot to print some documents that I needed and he without hesitation let me use his computer and printed off the documents that I needed room was very clean fresh quiet was able to sleep without interruptions parking lot was lit appropriately for coming back in late at night

Horrible...stay elsewhere.

I was supposed to get a queen bed and did not, I got a double. When I asked about I was told “sorry”. The room was gross, the door has tape over the peep hole, the locking mechanism is broken (felt unsafe). The tv didn’t work and the bed was really not very comfortable and was equipped with a sheet and a tarp as a cover. Not even a proper blanket, and there was stale smell in the room. The ac was off in the room so it was hot and humid. There was no food for breakfast Overall...I will not stay here again.

Horrible Experience

Horrible, we tried 3 different rooms at this place and all of them were disgusting. The rooms were humid/moist, the a/c wasn’t running. There was mold on the pillow case in one room and the owner suggested I take the pillow from the room I viewed before and sleep. Hilarious right? I would not recommend this place.

People at the desk were nice, hotel room was not.

The people at the desk at check-in were very nice.
The pool water was a very dark shade of green with garbage floating in it. The room was dirty. The walls were dirty, the lamp shades were dirty. The sink and the exposed pipes underneath were dirty. The shower and fan were dirty. The bed was well made, but I did not touch it. I did not want to take my shoes off in the room.
The door did not close all the way, there was about a 3/4\" gap of daylight. The smoke detector was off the wall and was sitting on the TV stand. The electrical outlets on the walls were loose. I was in the room for six minutes and decided to check out and find somewhere else.
The people at the desk seemed genuinely surprised when I told them I was checking out, and so immediately. They seemed surprised when I told them what condition I found the room in. They offered to move me to another room, but I assumed the lack of cleanliness in that room was not unique. I stayed elsewhere.
