The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. I advise to use the uncovered parking. Because the garage is the main downside of the hotel.

The property was good, but reaching there was hard. They don’t have any shuttle or other transportation for clients. The stuff doesn’t speak good English. It was hard to find doctors there to get some procedures.

I loved this hotel. It was a short bus ride away from Karlovy Vary centre and a world away in terms of peace and quiet. I had a comfortable room in Green House. Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. And the tunnels! I loved the tunnels. It added a bit of mystery to the hotel.

We liked the idea that the property building is divided in 3 areas.
Not very easy to reach if not with the car. The public transport consists in a bus not too frequent and going up by foot from the city is difficult if you’re carrying luggages.
The areas are spacious and the room too even though I would plan some renovation considering the rates applied.
We really appreciated the free entry to the spa and the dining buffet option.
The breakfast was quite variegated.
Finally we considered a little excessive a 40€ per hour late check out option.

Overall the property was nice. We didn't realize there was three properties (Blue, Red, Green houses) when we booked it. The underground walk ways made it easier to navigate as it was pretty easy to go from the Green to Blue house for dinner and to the Red house for the swimming pool. We stayed in the Green house and the rooms were pretty dated but were spacious.
The dinner buffet was not the best and the hours didn't really lend to flexibility. The bar at the Green house was nice as was the bartender. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is definitely not 4stars. Small rooms, no air conditioning. No daily cleaning. The place advertise itself as pet friendly but has extremely high charges for pets.

We had a nice stay. I would not describe any aspect of the hotel as excellent or 4*, but we had a relaxing stay. The room was fine, breakfast was good. The restaurant and cafe/bar close early. The best part of the trip was the spa/wellness area. The spa reception staff were very helpful and nice. Vladimir is a professional and we enjoyed his aqua walking class and sauna ceremonies. Vladimir was wonderful. He was our favorite person! Matuška worked hard to keep the pool area in good condition.

Old but decent!
Older crowd, older hotel. We paid for parking on-site $26 dollars a day but it was gated and secure in front of the hotel. The pool and spa was open and upon request, the indoor playroom was available (and totally ours). The underground corridors were amazing since it is really cold in November. The bus stop is right by the hotel but I recommend bringing your own vehicle. There isn’t much nearby but the restaurant buffet was open and we ordered Momma Mia pizza and it delivered. The front desk staff was nice and helped with every question/request. The hotel is older and could use some renovations but it had all the accommodations we needed. The suite was ideal for a toddler since we had two separate living spaces. Balconies were available too. There is also a bar off the front desk that has extended hours and offers full bar, coffee and cake.

Wholly inadequate, needs renovation
Completely lacking in service and facilities. For a \"resort\" that advertises as a spa resort, this was absolutely terrible. The amenities are way too small for the number of rooms. The pool is usually so crowded you can't actually swim, the hot tub fits only four people, the steam room fits five, if you don't mind touching shoulders with the people on both sides, and the sauna tops out at 6-7 occupants. All that for a hotel with several hundred rooms is wholly inadequate.
Our room was so small we had to stack the side table on top of the chair to create enough floor space to open our standard size suitcase on the floor. Housekeeping pounded on our door before 9am to which we asked them to come back a little later. They never did. The decor of the place looks and feels like a 1960s hospital. Our hallway walls were puke yellow with hideous lime green doors. Inside the room was equally unsightly and we were met with a four inch deep tub of used cigarette butts on our \"balcony\" which we could smell from inside. The balcony was divided from the neighbors only by a partially see through sheet of glass and each side was big enough only for a single person to stand.
Staff was all rude, we encountered only a single staff member with passable English and few with passable German.
To top it all off, the hotel charged my credit card for the stay even after prepaying on hotels.com.
Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere in downtown Karlovy Vary.

Truly enjoyed my stay but was surprised that there are no thermal baths in Karlovy Vary. One drinks the water from one of many natural springs!

Relaxing Stay
We booked a hotel for 6 nights. Check in was a bit problematic because the room they gave us was facing the hill with the Bare Trees. We asked to have it changed for a room with the city view. We’ve got a room sitting on the top of the huge cement roof instead. Concierge said that the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t give us a good room because they were “expecting guests”.
We were hoping to have a nice room considering that we’ve made a reservation in advance and we were coming from so far away comparatively to the “guests” who were arriving from the country next door just for 1-2 nights to celebrate the Christmas. The two young reception girls were rude and resistant to give us a good room. They were discussing us in their language just in front of us. We ended up in the room they reserved for us initially. All this check in procedure made us feel that other “guests” were a way more important than us.
Another negative experience was with the massage therapist (man) who was rude and provided only 10 to 15 min massage instead of 20.
Fortunately, these two were the only negative experiences that we’ve had at Sanssouci.
Special thanks go to the Restaurant Charleston hardworking staff who does a great job. They are very welcoming, greet guests with smile. The restaurant was always clean and neat. The food was delicious; good variety. We were very impressed by the freshness of the food and how tasty it was. Christmas dinner was really special. Well done! Loc

A place to cure your illnesses
Most people come to Karlovy Vary to drink mineral water (to cure digestive problems) and to get procedures, like mineral baths and physiotherapy for musculoskeletal problems. Most guests are elderly people. It is recommended to stay at least two weeks to get some results for your treatment.
The town is beautiful, surrounded by mountains. Some locals are friendly, some are not.
The hotel is nicely renovated. You have to take a bus to go to the town. The trip takes about 5 min and buses run every 20 min. The bus stop is in a front of the hotel. My meals were included in the price, but what was strange is that no liquids were served during lunch and dinner. You would have to buy a tea or a juice. Some hotel staff were realy nasty.
Overall, I was not impressed. Will not come back.

Erfahrung aus dem Greenhouse: Frühstück okay,nichts besonderes.Lobby und Zimmer sind zweckmäßig,aber nicht wirklich gemütlich,aber sauber.

Alle anderen müssen sich Tickets (gibt's auch im Bus entweder beim Fahrer in bar für 50 Kč oder am Automaten für 25/30 Kč, wo man nur mit Karte bezahlen kann) Für \"Nur\" Hotelgäste empfiehlt sich der Erwerb des Wochenticket für derzeit 300 kč, gibt es allerdings nur entweder in der Karlový Vary app bargeldlos oder zu den Öffnungszeiten des Info Büros der Karlsbader Verkehrsbetriebe - von Montag - Freitag - in der Zeyerova Straße, gleich gegenüber dem Busbahnhof \"Tržnice\" als Papierticket gegen Bargeld erwerben) Die Zimmer sind sauber. Slitet hotell med allt uppdelat i flera byggnader i området! Det sämsta var att ingen pratade engelska trots att det kryllade av personal och att det stod i hotellbeskrivningen att det skulle finnas.

Ich war für ein paar Tage in diesem Vier-Sterne-Hotel in Karlovy Vary. Leider entsprach mein Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen, die man bei dieser Hotelkategorie haben sollte. Das größte Problem war die extreme Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Man konnte jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören – an Erholung war daher kaum zu denken. Besonders nachts war es sehr störend, da andere Gäste bis spät wach waren und wir dadurch kaum schlafen konnten.
Ansonsten war das Zimmer zwar sauber und gut ausgestattet, aber die schlechte Schalldämmung hat den Gesamteindruck leider stark getrübt. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte man mehr Ruhe und Komfort erwarten können.

Alles war supper. Hotel bietet sehr viele Leistungen, Schwimmbad, Whirlpool Sauna, Dampfbad, sehr großes Spa Bereich . Nur 4 Sterne, da viel erneuert werden soll und sehr begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden.

Zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft. Mal wieder alles wunderbar.
Diesmal war unser Parkplatz direkt vor dem blauen Haus und auch für nur 10€/Tag sehr günstig.
Wir waren so gut wie nur zu Fuß unterwegs, Hotel liegt etwas abseits jedoch gibt es genug Möglichkeiten wie z.B. Bus oder Taxi und somit alles sehr gut erreichbar.
Hotel an sich sehr schön gestaltet mit vielen Möglichkeiten (Billardtisch, Bar etc.).
Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch an den beiden Bars (Blue- und Green House) sehr nett und freundlich.
Frau von der Bar (GreenHouse) konnte sich sogar noch an uns erinnern 😊

Wir sind Freitag angereist und bis Sonntag geblieben. Check-in ging problemlos. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Betten sind ziemlich hart, besonders das Zustallbett. Eine kleine gemütliche Lampe hat mir persönlich für den Abend gefehlt.
Leider haben wir am Anreisetag den Pool nicht genutzt. Die anderen beiden Tage war der ziemlich voll.
Der Frühstückssaal war am Sonntag völlig überfüllt, sodass wir erstmal zurück ins Zimmer sind. Gegen 9:30 war es etwas besser und wir bekamen Platz.
Da sollte vielleicht noch dran gearbeitet werden... vielleicht den Saal vom Abendessen(der ist einiges größer) dafür nutzen. Alles in allem war es für uns ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist an sich in Ordnung und auch die Zimmer super. Alles sauber. Wir fanden auch den Schwimmbad und Sauna sehr schön wie auf den Bildern. Jedoch war das Essen egal ob zum Abendbrot oder zum Frühstück schlecht. Das war sehr schade

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt positiv. Dennoch gibt es massive vermeidbare Mängel, wie die durchgelegenen Matratzen und der lieblos gestaltete Saunabereich ohne Ruhebereich. (Die Liegen am Pool sind hierfür nicht ausreichend, da diese gar nicht erst zum Sauna FKK Bereich gehören.)

Das Spa Ressourt Sanssouci Karlovy Vary besteht aus 2 - untereinander mit Bademantelgang verbundenen Häusern Green House und Blue House. Mitten zwischen den Häusern befindet sich das Wellnesszentrum Mercedes welches auf dem Bademantelgang zwischen Blue House und Green House liegt. Ich war im Green House untergebracht. Hier wird für Hotelgäste zwischen 07:30 Uhr und 10:30 Uhr ein Buffefrühstück angeboten mit warmen und kalten Speisen. Mittag und Abendessen gibt es im Restaurant des Bluse House. Das Schwimmbad mit Dampfbad und 2 finnischen Saunen(1 Damensauna und 1 gemischte Sauna) und Wirlpool ist von täglich zwischen 07:00 Uhr und 21:30 Uhr geöffnet. Von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 09:00 Uhr und 14:00 Uhr ausschließlich für Therapieteilnehmer reserviert. Die Zimmer sind alle sauber und die Möbel in einem guten Zustand. Insgesamt eine gute Gelegenheit das mondäne Karlový Vary zu erkunden und die Vorteile dieses wohl bekanntesten Kurbades in Tschechien mit seinen 16(mit Becherovka sind es gar 17)Mineral und Thermalquellen zu nutzen. Der ÖPNV ist gut ausgebaut. Die Einzelfahrt kostet 25 kč/20min,30 Kč 60min mit umsteigen, die Tageskarte 24h kostet 130 Kč und die 7 Tageskarte - übertragbar - 300 Kč. Die 24h Karte und die 7 Tageskarte gibt es nur in der Verkaufsstelle der Karlsbader Verkehrsgesellschaft in der Zeyerova Straße. Das 24h Ticket ausserdem im Bus am Automaten gegen Kartenzahlung. Hat man diese Möglichkeiten nicht kann man beim Busfahrer ein 60minTicket für 50 Kč kaufen
