Not the perfect stay.

We had a pre pack breakfast due to leaving before 7am. Yellow apple, crossaint, Melba toast. Very unappealing!

Hotel was lovely…but we did have cockroaches. Staff did deal with it but made our stay very uncomfortable. No other rooms to move to.

Such a shame as hotel was lovely. Had four hours sleep and running half marathon the next day.

Had the cocktail special offer - all snacks meat based. Both vegetarian! Drinks given free as an apology for the cockroaches but feel there should have been a bigger refund.

The room and the bathroom were clean which is what i was looking for. The hotel and the area nice and quiet so ... we used a publuc transport and were feeling safe walking from the bus in the area when was already dark.

Absolutely disgraceful service. In the middle of a war, when all airlines cancelled and airports shut down, this hotel chose to hide behind a “non-refundable” policy instead of showing basic human decency. They even told me on the phone they *would have refunded* if I hadn’t booked through Expedia — unbelievable! Heartless and greedy. I will never forget how I was treated in a time of crisis. Travelers beware.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was updated and comfortable, and my husband especially enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is in a great location—close to the Cornelia metro station and just a 10-minute walk from a self-service laundromat that accepts Apple Pay. There’s also a fantastic fresh pasta restaurant, Tagliatella, just a short walk away. My husband appreciated staying outside the city center and taking the metro into the heart of Rome each morning. We would definitely stay here again.

I was behind the doors knocking and ringing doorbell and no one let till 3:43 am by another resident. I was horrified. The lady was very rude and treated to call the police because I was very tired and asked for late checkout.

Nice room with a balcony

The hotel is located a bit further out from the main attractions but with lots of transportation options nearby (metro and bus). In hindsight, I liked being a bit away from the chaos. The room I stayed in on the 4th floor was spacious. I liked the decor. There's even a small balcony with a table and chairs though I didn't use it. The size of the room was perfect. There was enough space to have my suitcase open flat and move around. The bathroom was a bit tight but ok. The shower faucet looked like it could use a scrub but everything else was clean and in working order. The glass on the tub/shower is not wide enough so expect a lot of water to splash out on the floor especially if you use the rain shower. There's a desk and chair in the room and a mini bar with a price list. I slept comfortablely on the large bed for my entire stay. The front desk staff were really welcoming at check-in and helpful with printing tickets. Overall, it was a nice place to stay in for 4 nights and I would recommend it if you don't mind being further out from the centre.

Great Choice!

The hotel was well placed to reach all of the landmarks in Rome via the Metro - The room was great and the staff were amazing and were always on hand to help. Breakfast was amazing and all min all this was a great choice for the 2 of us. I would recommend this to couples.

The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. They helped us with how to get places and provided us with maps.

Our room was excellent. Air conditioning worked flawlessly and we had a nice balcony.

The daily breakfast (although not included), was good with plenty of options for non vegans. If you were vegan, you were severely limited to only a couple of things. The staff where we had breakfast were also very friendly.

Proximity of the Hotel to the nearest metro was really convinient (😌Cornelia - metro line A) The room was cleaned daily and the AC during the hottest days was a really nice bonus. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The buffet style suited us and we tried almost everything they had to offer. Nutella croissant and cappuccino - wonderful. It is not exactly a place to stay your whole day over as our room was quite small and we couldn't find any closets. But we always left in the morning and came back in the late evening. Overall, a really great place to stay for a holiday (we stayed there for a week). The staff members were really kind and friendly.

With Hotels hard to decide on in Rome this one suited perfectly.
Located in the suburbs was just a short 5 min walk to station connections & had lots of cafe & Restaurant's nearby.
Clean & comfortable , a large lounge indoor & outdoor, bar & great to retreat to after a long day doing touristy things.

Place is easy to get to from the airport, metro station just a few blocks away and area is safe. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Breakfast was just ok. Best thing of this hotel is that rooms were SPOTLESS and spacious enough. Only downside was that although the AC was nice and cool it dripped all night, two nights in a row. They came in and repaired it after the first night but we had same issue on the 2nd. We had to use every single towel to make it through the night. With that said, we were compensated in the end with an adjustment to our bill. So the facilities might need some TLC to avoid hiccups like these from happening but overall would stay here again. Staff was polite too.

That’s how small it was. The hotel was all booked so I could not get another room. So I tried to make the best of it. Otherwise everything else was fine.

We stayed at the Club House Hotel for 3 nights and don’t have a single complaint. Check in was easy. Lobby is beautiful. Room was clean and relatively spacious. Bar service was exceptional. The concierge even inquired further on their own about our missing luggage while we were out for the day!
About a 7 minute walk to the Cornelia metro station. Overall, a great experience! I would love to come back!

Breakfast selection could have more variety from one day to another, not just every day the same or another coffee maker instead of just one for all people. But compared to the room issues that is not important.

Room however was very simple and extremely small - width of the room is the width of a door with of a single bed; length of the room is just the length of a single bed the a bit space to open the window without hitting the bed. The room is more appropriate for a cheap motel than a hotel charging such prices per night!
Safe also useless since it is very light and NOT fixed to anything - anyone could just grab the safe and leave!
Desk - just a piece of wood fixed to the wall; not even enough space to sit anywhere if you have luggage in the room - unusable. Definitely not worth the money.

I ended up in Rome because of a missed flight connection and had nowhere to stay. This was the only decently priced hotel I found minutes before midnight.

And it was a little gem.

The room was small but comfortable and clean. The receptionist was really nice and even tried to find me something to eat even if they didn't have anything available. He also booked my taxi for the morning.
The lady in the breakfast room, Mary I think was an angel. Overall it was a great experience considering I was having a really bad day. Thank you for everything

Nice property. Conveniently located to the bus station and some restaurants.
They gave us one wrong room but compensated by including breakfast. No issues with the other room from the beginning.

One thing that could improve is the staff’s attitude in the breakfast room when they repeatedly let guests know that they have to pay for the breakfast, that kept us from having breakfast there again.

Very good hotel. Staff were super helpful in any queries we had. Rooms were cleaned every day and breakfast was great with lots of options and so cheap! Breakfast was served with a variety of options on a tray and you were welcome to go up to get extras and other items that weren’t on the tray such as yoghurts, cereal, biscuits, eggs etc. Could easily fill you up until dinner that evening. Would definitely stay again if we visited Rome again. Area is more for those who life in Rome and not tourists but this allows you to experience both tourist areas and their lifestyle. Max 10 minute walk to the metro which is so easy to use. Also max 15 mins walk to some great restaurants. Definitely didn’t disappoint.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was too far from the city center and a taxi charges between $10 and $12 each way. The train was not working at the time. Our first room was older and the A/C did not cool enough, the door jammed making it hard for us to go in and out, but the staff was very nice and upgraded us to a newer room. I liked the hotel but wish it was closer to town.

Hotel grande, antigo, estruturado, porém com problemas hidráulicos. Nosso banheiro ficou com vazamento durante toda a nossa estada. Chamamos a camareira, mostramos o vazamento mas não houve solução ou resposta. Imaginamos que esperariam a nossa saída para tentar resolver o problema. No dia do nosso check out, a água do hotel foi desligada pois descobriram outros vazamentos. A recepcionista estava se virando com os hóspedes para tentar se desculpar do problema. Quanto ao quarto, pequeno, porém confortável, com cama excelente, TV grande e boas amenidades no banheiro. Pedimos para esvaziar o frigobar e fomos prontamente atendidos. Chegamos cedo no hotel e fizemos check in com duas horas de antecedência, sem custos e muita boa vontade por parte do staff do hotel. Café da manhã espetacular. Para quem vai sair para os passeios, dá para comer bem e bastante, com muita opções já que o hotel recebe bastante turistas de várias partes do mundo. Uma das moças do café, a Geovanna, é brasileira e nos atendeu super bem todo os dias. Aliás, toda a equipe do café tinha preocupação em saber se os hóspedes estavam satisfeitos e se desejam alguma coisa que não estava no buffet. O pessoal da recepção também bastante prestativo. Limpeza ok. Localização próxima à melhor linha do metrô que dá acesso direto às atrações do Vaticano. Recomendável.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Club House Hotel in Rom sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Mein Zimmer war komfortabel, gepflegt und ruhig – perfekt, um sich nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt zu erholen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit mit Tipps und Informationen zur Seite stand.

Auch die Lage ist ideal: Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber dennoch gut an die Metro angebunden, sodass man das Stadtzentrum schnell erreichen kann. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich, mit einer guten Auswahl an frischen Speisen und Getränken.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Rom – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und es gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist schon in Ordnung. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die immer an einer Lösung orientiert sind.
Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und waren per se sauber.
Ich musste einmal das Zimmer aufgrund von Ameisen auf dem Boden wechseln. Diese kamen wahrscheinlich aus einer Fugr zwischen der Wand und dem Fenster. Generell war der Ausblick von meinem Zimmer aus echt unschön (siehe Bild). Nach 15min durfte ich das Zimmer auch wechseln. An einigen Stellen hat das Hotel definitiv Renovierungsbedarf.

è la seconda volta che alloggio in questo Hotel, la prima volta sono rimasto soddisfatto per aver dormito in una camera pulita confortevole. Questa volta le cose sono andate in maniera diversa, a parità di prezzo ho dovuto soggiornare in una stanza di dimensioni inadeguate, ( sembrava di essere in uno sgabuzziono ) per non parlare del bagno, praticamente inagibile da quanto era piccolo.

Sadece çocuğumuz için ekstra yorgan vr çarşaf talebinde bulunduk ama ekstra ücrete tabi olacağını belirttiler. Çalışan personel ingilizce bilmiyor bu biraz sıkıntı. Açık büfede her gün aynı şeyler çıkıyor ama gayet yeterli.

Bellissimo Hotel con un fascino vintage. Buonissima la colazione. Personale di sala gentile e simpatico. La mia stanzetta era singola e piccola ma molto confortevole. Buon profumo del sapone. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato l’aperol Spritz. Forse non avevano disponibile il prosecco e lo hanno allungato con l’acqua. Sicuramente questo è migliorabile. Lo consiglio. Inoltre, per chi deve recarsi al Gemelli valutare il traffico. Vorrei dire alla proprietaria di sorridere di più. 😘

Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt in Rom. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, fußläufig erreicht man sowohl die Metro, einen Conad Supermarkt aber auch tolle kleine Cafés mit leckerem Frühstücksangebot. In der Umgebung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das Hotel selbst macht auf den erste Blick einen guten Eindruck und auch das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit und Zustand des Badezimmers ließ allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten leider viel Schimmel im Badezimmer und ein sehr verstaubtes Zimmer. Dies sollte für weitere Gäste unbedingt behoben werden da dies für einen längeren Aufenthalt gesundheitsschädigend ist.

Hotel discreto , nella mia stanza mancava il primo giorno il sapone e c era un po di polvere sulle finestre.

Tralasciando questo la camera era buona.

Hotel alejado del centro , el personal del lobby no es lo mejor , si tienes un problema ( varias habitaciones nos quedamos sin electricidad) ellos no te van a solucionar, simplemente espere !!
El único destacable es el administrador, es una persona educada y amable , la habitación es pequeña, el baño no es apto para personas de más de 1.70 de altura , sería imposible usarlo , el desayuno es limitado para los standares de Italia , en resumen no creo volver a este hotel .

Sommes partis pour une semaine... ils nous ont donné une très petite chambre, alors que sur le descriptif il devait y avoir un lit de plus.
La poussière a commencé à s'accumuler au bout de quelques jours.
Une fois ils ont oublié de mettre les serviettes, une fois on a trouvé un fruit à coques collé à une serviettes propre.
Paiement de la taxe de séjour (chère à Rome) à l'arrivée sans offrir de quittance, on a dû la demander.
Personnel de la réception peu sympathique, contrairement à celui de la restauration
