I enjoyed my stay very much, the staff of the hotel made my stay very enjoyable. Easy to communicate and super friendly! Only thing that was tough was the hotel did not offer any face towels, or wash rags. They only had a a bath towel and what I assumed was a floor mat towel. But outside of that the stay was perfect! Would definitely stay in this hotel again

A relatively affordable and fairly nice hotel, few minutes drive from Leeuwarden city center. Parking is available and for free. Staff is very nice and helpful. We even got good advice for sightseeing in the region.

It was a good night with comfort, new, clean and quiet room. We don’t hear any sound from the ring road, except the doormat be a bit “thin”, that we do hear people talk while they walk back to their room.

We stayed only for the night. The room was nicely decorated, the beds (though a little soft) were good, the bathroom nice and roomy. We didn´t take breakfast, 14,50 each was a little too much for our taste. The price was allright.
The hotel lies at a busy street, but the windows were perfectly isolated, so we didn´t hear anything. Normally I´d like to open the windows, but there was airconditioning, so I didn´t midn. It´s on walking distance of the railwaystation and the citycenter.

Overall, a reasonably nice 3 day stay
Nice newish hotel, room was a bit tight, good room rates, dinner at restaurant was reasonably good and friendly staff. Wifi and parking was free, and easy. A reasonable location to explore Leeuwarden if you have a car. Unfortunately our room was not made up one day after a misunderstanding, but rectified next day.

Good value for money. We had a deluxe room, which was bigger than comfort room. Bathroom very big, with two basins and a very good shower. Beds were a bit too soft, but we still had a good night's sleep. We asked for a kettle and one was provided immediately, along with extra pillows. Staff all very friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very nice. Free wifi was very good.

We arrived in Leeuwarden by car and had no difficulty finding the hotel in the south of the town. Finding the entrance to the parking area was more difficult. The staff were most helpful and we had three excellent evening meals there with generous portions. The room was comfortable with all we needed. It was very quiet and had a pleasant outlook. There is plenty to see in the town centre, which can be reached by bus. As we were there in February, the hotel was not crowded.

I dont quite understand why this hotel does not have double beds, only twin beds available in all the rooms. The staff were excellent providing an excellent service during my stay. The breakfast were reasonable. They charged money from my credit card even before I checked in when it was supposed to be at end of my stay.

Wij hadden geboekt voor 1 nacht en ontbijt , ontvangst was correct de kamer waar wij verbleven was niet goed schoongemaakt hier en daar stof en kleine voorwerpen op de grond zoals kleine propjes papier in de douche en toilet was de spiegel niet echt schoon er was een koffie apparaat maar geen koffie en suiker en melk ben ik bij de receptie wezen halen

Uitstekende gastvrijheid! Complimenten voor het personeel. Ik was mijn e-reader vergeten en werd netjes gebeld. Op dat moment stond ik op het station en werd de e reader gebracht naar het station. Heel erg blij mee. Verder een prima hotel en verblijf.

Maar, het kan wel een diepte reiniging gebruiken, schimmel begint zich al te ontpoppen en ook hoekjes en gaatjes worden overgeslagen. Vloeren mogen zeker wat meer aandacht krijgen met een schrobber. Het toilet in de gang, het algemeen toilet kon echt wel schoner. Ik heb me ook vergist in de fitness ruimte, of je gaat er wat van maken of je haalt het weg, maar een fiets en loopband naast elkaar kan nauwelijks een fitnessruimte genoemd worden.

Je kon heel goed zien dat er in onze kamer zeer beperkt schoongemaakt en afgestoft wordt. De afvoer van de douche zat verstopt waardoor het water heel slecht wegliep. Hierdoor stroomde het water verder de badkamer in en hadden we een handdoek nodig om het water tegen te houden. We hebben van deze bevindingen foto’s gemaakt. Ook een lamp bleek niet te werken. Daarentegen was de ontvangst bij de receptie zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij.
