I stayes in a room with 2 queen beds. They switched us to the ground floor as there were no elevators. There wasn't any soap in the room except for shower pumps. The room was nice, but the fan was blowing dust or something as our belongings were covered in a fine layer and we both had allergic reactions to something.

This property should be on Expedia as an available property, bathroom or full of air, the beds are awful, does not work it just blows cold air and the thermostat is actually broken off of the wall, there is a sliding glass door, but we could not open it to get warm air from outside because of the mice running around on the patio outside the door. Requesting a full refund for the stay we will not be staying there again. They told us that they would refund us, but we had to go through you and if this doesn’t work, please note that I will be testing discharged on our credit card this is one of the worst places we have ever stayed, but it’s in Wyoming. We didn’t have to leave at night.

I love staying at Little America for the spacious clean comfortable rooms. The only service hiccup was that the front desk did not refill the shampoo dispenser after I called to ask for a refill.

Will never stay here again. I had arrived after 10 PM or so and I was set back on the fourth building by the pool. The staff was OK but when I had went to get some food two older men because I was from a different state had told me to get the F out of Wyoming and go back where I came from and proceeded to follow where my car was going. It was a long walk to the same hot grill from my room. After driving down, I noticed that they had turned back and I went inside to order my food. I purchased a drink with the cashier white male with beard inside the gas station and he had asked me where I was coming from. I said from the Midwest, but I'm heading back to my state and he said oh we don't like you people here because all you do is take our land and all this other crap as an employee I would think that you'd be more professional by working at a gas station. As my food was done, I hopped back inside my car and proceeded to drive back to my room. Tell me why those two men were still standing outside saying racial slurs. I didn't know what room they were in and it was pointless to call the front because it's pitch black and there's only one person working at the desk. As I parked, I got so scared that I had to move the chair in front of the door because I was so scared that those men were going to come and find me in my hotel room. Barely got any sleep. Didn't go to sleep until 1:30 AM. Woke up at five and I left out of there so fast and I told the front desk that this is not OK.

I understand they are renovating and need to continue to trade, but the block we were allocated due to having pets was terrible! There was a strong smell of burnt plastics and possibly glues and silicone. I had such a terrible headache overnight. There was plenty of space elsewhere and they didn’t even mention the building works on check in or discount that block.
When I told the receptionist at checkout, she was so unequipped to have a conversation about it. They should shut down a block at a time for renovations and not allocate people to an active building site.

This place is the bees knees! My husband and I were traveling home with two rescue dogs, and needed a pet-friendly place to stay for the night.
This property was excellent. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was excellent. The vintage tiled bathroom was an especially fabulous addition to the room. Much more personality than generic white tile and granite counters.
There are lots of green spaces for dogs to work out their energy, and poop stations all over to help keep the grounds clean.
We will definitely be staying here again!!

I was a little disappointed when I walked in and the woman who checked me in was not that friendly. I was not told that there weren't any elevators. That was very inconvenient as I had a couple heavy things to bring in. Although the restaurant was basically bar food, the staff there was so nice and accommodating.
My room was outdated and, but kind of cool. There were qtips from the previous guest on the floor and there was dust on the desk, microwave and mini fridge. The hot knob in bathtub didn't actually turn off. You just had to find the right spot so the water stopped.
All in all, it was an ok stay. Probably wouldn't stay again, though.
