The amenities listed are not in the room; they are in the main office or cafe area. Breakfast was pancakes in a bag, frozen and needed to be microwaved or toast that was stale bread left in a container, bagged pastries, and oranges. This didn’t even hit the “continental breakfast” label and the microwave was broken. So good luck if you wanted to warm the pancakes. There was no coffee maker in the rooms, no microwave, no mini fridge, no hairdryer. 2 towels were provided for 2 people, for multiple days. It was a bed and a shower for over $220 a night. Very disappointed in this stay and the money that was spent on it. I didn’t expect 5 star, I didn’t expect room service. But I did expect more than this. Never again Ramada.

I will give 2 stars Becuz I want to be fair that staff is helpful and cooperative to clients. However: several issues I have to address to hotel management here.

1. No Sandels for clients, and surrounding area is very busy and noisy. The rooms even choosing 210-218 is still noisy.
2. The bathing fauset some room was not working -‘d water is very slow.
3. The duvet and blanket; is too thin. You also know winter time LA is not hot during evening and night, but you didn’t provide your clients extra blanket and duvets. When I ask the cleaning staff to provide toe, they not only forget but even left the garbage they suppose to take away for me inside my room!!! This is not acceptable!
4. The breakfast is included but basically I saw there just coffee and bread, not even any burgers sausage egg or decent food provided for breakfast,

Overall, not satisfactory and I would like one of the managers to reply me, the money I pay for my 5 days I don’t feel worth it

For 2 hundred dollars a night I'm more than a little disappointed. The cleanliness of the room barely met acceptable standards. The free breakfast in the morning was anything but. A fruit basket. Some frozen bagged up pancakes. And coffee with no Creamer, no sugar.

The bed had some bugs in it. I noticed it in the middle of the second night of my stay. I did leave with a few bug bites. I let the front desk know and they were very quick to move me to a different room and let me know that maintenence would check the room in the morning They were also kind enough to provide me with an email for the manager and informed me to reach out to him. The new room was much better and u didn't feel anything crawling on me in the middle of the third night.

This property is a typical mid-level accommodation. It served my purposes well. It was quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep. I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel was terrible. When I checked in, the male desk clerk was not welcoming at all, just gave me a paper to fill out. When I got into my room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the tv was broken. I was immediately given a new room. There were only 3 tissues left in the Kleenex box and shampoo was low. There was no hair dryer so I went down to ask. It took over 15 minutes for someone to bring me one. The button was broken on the hair dryer. When I went to the dining area to eat breakfast, the milk container was left out and not even refrigerated. In fact, there was no refrigerator! I decided to eat the packaged pancakes but they looked terrible. I tried to microwave them but the button to the microwave was broken and the door wouldn’t open so I could not even warm anything up. Frustrated, I left and had breakfast at a restaurant across the street. When I dried my hands on one of the towels in my hotel room, I found dried blood on it. So gross! At night, the surrounding area was so noisy! People screaming, loud traffic and sirens lead to a horrible stay at this dirty and nasty hotel. It’s really more of a motel, it’s so bad. This hotel was a complete waste of money. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t waste my money on this dump.

My stay was really poor. The pillows were lumpy and miserable to sleep on. No soap in bathroom to wash hands. The lighting was horrible in the bathroom. The AC needs a dehumidifier, as I was sticky and cold all night. The breakfast was cheap and no non dairy options for coffee. Only this gross milk. I can’t have dairy. They can easily buy non dairy flavored creamer to accommodate people with allergies. I had to spend money and drive to Starbucks to get coffee and food! Very frustrating!

First I couldn’t get out of my reservation even though I had purchased the extra policy to be able to cancel if I needed to. In small print the agreement said I could cancel unless I had gone through a third party like Expedia. Then twice I had to tell both my neighbor to please be quiet at around 4:00 am and a car in the parking lot with people which license plate said Cokane were talking and carrying on around 2:00 am I opened my door and said Please, I’m trying to sleep! It was an awful experience!!!

Wifi signal is inconsistent even with my room being feet away from the front desk where you check in

Room windows can't open for whatever reason causing odd temperatures (even with the AC unit to remove stuffiness which comes right back after an hour)

Overall this could have been better, much to be desired. Makes for a lot of unnecessary traveling, I can't imagine how inconvenient this stay could be for those who are not able bodied.

If you are staying in rooms further from the office, the WiFi won't work. Was extremely inconvenient.
Breakfast is dismal. It's not continental in any sense. And it gets cleared before 10AM.
Can feel people from neighbouring rooms.
Bathroom had some stuff from previous occupants.
The couch was torn, beaten and rundown. And was a major turn off.


Despire all the critical feedback, I would still return as there are very few places that are reasonably safe and yet affordable around the vicinity

Overall I was happy with the stay except for the very very strong smell of urine in my room. It was so strong I had to sleep with my sheets covering my nose.

Have no idea if it was my room or a sewage issue but it was a big bummer.

Overall good place, including breakfast.
However my room does have a little unpleasant smells, I am sure they can work on that, however it was manageable to stay for for a couple of nights.

I still recommend this place as it’s close to Santa Monica and not too far from Hollywood Sign, will definitely go again to this Motel.

Quick check in, the rooms were clean, and modern. Been to some rooms where you can tell they just threw on a coat of paint and upgraded some stuff but the details are lacking. This room was not like that. It’s been maintained, and kept in good condition all around, not just some areas. Would stay here again.

Checked in to the first room and looked under sheets to check for insects. One bed had a bug that looked like a silverfish under the mattress and the other bed had a stain on the Matt mattress that looked like a pregnant woman’s water broke.

We asked for a different room and they were happy to accommodate.

A couple of days into our trip I went to do laundry. The washer and dryer were there but not hooked up. Was advised to use one off property.

We checked out for a day to go to Joshua Tree. The next room was clean with no issues.

No mini refrigerator or microwave at this property
