I stayed with my family for one night and hotel was clean and rooms and bathroom were good size except I wish they maintained the pool a little better as many of them couldn’t swim as it had too much chlorine and was making my kids eyes red and itchy. It’s little disappointing, Specially when you try to book a hotel that has a pool and the pool is not maintain well. I am glad I included the breakfast package and it was really nice space to enjoy the hot breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.

First of all, the hallway had a strong urine odor. The bathroom in our room had no shower curtain, no shampoo, etc, just towels. We did not realize this until later in the day, after coming back from a round of golf and dinner. By then we were exhausted and in no mood to start waiting for housekeeping or switching rooms. Terribe experience!

Our room was comfortable. Great hot water in the shower! Staff was helpful. We enjoyed happy hour at the bar:) My niece joined us at the hotel with her 2 year old twins - thank goodness for the indoor pool!! They loved it! Lobby was a nice place to sit and read or work. We plan to stay there again next year for our annual family get together.

They do a three star job of being a 3-star hotel. It’s worn and any room repairs were done with minimal skills. The tub felt
Like it was paper thin. The bed was a marshmallow But the staff was nice, particularly house keeling. All on site restaurants are closed Mon and Tue. Free coffee in the lobby in the AM

Our stay was for 3 nights . The room was clean and comfortable and quiet . It is pet friendly which alot of pets where staying there I never heard any barking. Staff everyday came in and tidy up bed and added towels. Breakfast was very good. We stopped in at the bar/restaurant and had a few beverages and staff was very friendly and attentive. We will be coming back again.

The hotel is run down but bed and bathroom is clean. Front desk was not very friendly when I checked in but did let me check-in an hour earlier. Plenty of parking. The breakfast is $16 a person and nothing special.

Overall the place was clean and the room was very comfortable, exceeding our expectations. However, there was a very large wedding party (most of the population of New Jersey) staying there that filled the restaurant and lobby a lot of the time, making those areas crowded and pretty noisy. Also, the building is sandwiched between I84 and State route 188, which created a lot of road noise. We would stay here again, but if you're a light sleeper, think twice.

We stayed here for one night this weekend, and thankfully it was only for one night. Unfortunately, the hotel is in serious need of maintenance and overall improvement. The shower handle in our room was broken, and the mattress desperately needs to be replaced. It had noticeable indents, and you could feel every spring, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep.

To make matters worse, when we returned to our room in the evening, I saw several roaches crawling on the hallway wall near our room, which was absolutely disgusting. Cleanliness was clearly lacking, and the overall condition of the property was very disappointing.

There is definitely a lot of TLC needed here. Based on our experience, the hotel needs to do much better in terms of cleanliness, upkeep, and guest comfort.

The hotel was OK, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the hallway had a major odor during our stay, and our toilet wasn't functioning properly (although they did fix it). Shower had a slow drain etc. The location was good and it served its purpose.

Clean rooms tons of parking .The two staff members we worked with were awesome female and male .The only thing I can’t give them an excellent review on is the fact that it’s a large hotel and we were on the 3rd floor at the very end far away from the only elevator and I couldn’t find stairs so either you grab everything before you went to to the room or went without :( as in ice ,drinks or snacks

While the hotel is very clean, there is only one elevator in this rather large hotel. Would be inconvenient for the disabled and the elevators are small. When I booked the room, booking said complementary breakfast, but that was not the case at all! When I asked the front desk about this, told they do not offer complementary breakfast.

Rooms were ok, place seems outdated needs a good update. The room was not very updated, was clean so I'll give them that. Breakfast was not included, so have to pay additional for that. It was ok, typical hotel breakfast, so overpriced in my opinion since they could've just added it to the room pricing and had just included breakfast in general.

Staff was friendly, and helpful though. Went mostly for the interest in the pool. Kids had fun it is small, but it was a good time because not too many people.

The pool was so gross. The kids did not want to swim. It was like walking into a swamp. The windows were dripping wet, and there were puddles all over the floor. There were candy. Wrappers stuck to the walls of the room and a strange broccoli vinegar smell too expensive for that I chose this hotel because of the pool and wasn’t even able to use it.

I wish the restaurant were open 7 days a week. I think it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our room was clean, just needing a little updating. We've been staying at Wyndham for 16 years and have seen a decline. The food is excellent. Overall, I do recommend it.

I thought Wyndham was a premier property. I learned differently. It was average. Housekeeping was nonexistent. Some towels were removed but not replaced. Trash was not emptied. Closet door was broken. Parking was good, but I chose the location in part due to availability of EV charging; Level 2 only, not expensive, but slooow. Solid C+

We were in town and wanted a place where we could meet people and not have to drive after a full day driving. We looked forward to getting something to eat and relax. Now we had to drive somewhere to eat and drive some more. We met several people who had the same thought as us.

We’ve stayed here before. This was not the best experience. The pool was gross. Both grandkids got rashes. Didn’t always have clean pool towels available. Pool area is filthy gross.
Room was good. Had to ask for clean towels after 3 days. No coffee replenishment for in room coffee maker.
Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were the best part.

My room looked a bit distressed. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and therefore the curtain wouldn't stay closed and the floor got very wet. There were cracks in the paint on the walls and different layers of paint in spots of the walls. The AC unit was very difficult to get adjusted properly as the buttons weren't labeled. No lids for coffee cups in the room. There were stairs or a very steep ramp up to the room on the first floor which was difficult for my 16 year old dog. Being charged $50 per dog was also unusual, 2 dogs are not twice as messy especially when my dogs are cleaner than most people. Overall I do not recommend.

My son’s hockey team was visiting for the weekend and understand that some can be very rowdy. We found the staff were over the top and threatening. Three boys were sitting in the hallway chatting at 10:30am outside our room and I was inside to monitor to ensure they were quiet. Next thing we know the police were called and telling the boys to go to their rooms. We will be recommending to the tournament organizers not to offer this hotel as an option. Felt vey unwelcome and stereotyped.
