The room was very clean, staff was friendly. Our bed was comfortable and the room temp was nice. The problem was the restaurant and bar was closed. We were in town and wanted a place where we could meet people and not have to drive after a full day driving. We looked forward to getting something to eat and relax. Now we had to drive somewhere to eat and drive some more. We met several people who had the same thought as us.

We’ve stayed here before. This was not the best experience. The pool was gross. Both grandkids got rashes. Didn’t always have clean pool towels available. Pool area is filthy gross.
Room was good. Had to ask for clean towels after 3 days. No coffee replenishment for in room coffee maker.
Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were the best part.

My room looked a bit distressed. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and therefore the curtain wouldn't stay closed and the floor got very wet. There were cracks in the paint on the walls and different layers of paint in spots of the walls. The AC unit was very difficult to get adjusted properly as the buttons weren't labeled. No lids for coffee cups in the room. There were stairs or a very steep ramp up to the room on the first floor which was difficult for my 16 year old dog. Being charged $50 per dog was also unusual, 2 dogs are not twice as messy especially when my dogs are cleaner than most people. Overall I do not recommend.

My son’s hockey team was visiting for the weekend and understand that some can be very rowdy. We found the staff were over the top and threatening. Three boys were sitting in the hallway chatting at 10:30am outside our room and I was inside to monitor to ensure they were quiet. Next thing we know the police were called and telling the boys to go to their rooms. We will be recommending to the tournament organizers not to offer this hotel as an option. Felt vey unwelcome and stereotyped.

The front desk clerk was awesome. He was extremely friendly and signed me in with ease. I was in town to comfort a friend who had just lost a loved one. The hotel is beautiful and the room was lovely. Very clean. Smelled great. Nice big room nice big bed! I felt very special.

The windows were drenched and wet. The curtains were spotted with mold. All along the bottom of the windows were covered in mold. I have asthma and slept in this toxic room. I only discovered the next day. Will never stay here again.

I chose this hotel because of the 8.2 rating, and i was very disappointed. The lobby is fresh and clean, smells good, the hallway to our room, although clean, reaked of animal urine. Our room had blackout curtains, which couldn't be opened because of privacy issues. We were on the 1st floor and our windows faced the road and a house across the street and the other one faced the parking lot.The heater was behind the thick blackout curtains, which again you couldn't open because it was under the windows. I tried folding the curtain up, but my hairclip wasn't strong enough. My pillows felt like it had knots in them. My bathroom mirror was dirty, the shower walls had mold and the tub had a very slow drain, so the water would back up. I purchased the breakfast plan, the first morning was a la carte, the second morning was buffet style. The young lady seemed overwhelmed because we had to ask to refill the bread and milk 3x and left me standing there waiting for it, meanwhile the restaurant had only 3 tables occupied. The juice also finished, but didn't bother asking for a refill because i didn't want to wait again. My sister also had issues with her room being cold. She brought it to their attention, they claimed that it was checked, but in the evening they ended up sleeping with extra layers on.

Original room - toilet kept running and it wouldn't flush. The mattress was clearly beyond it's expiration date due to a massive body sized crease. Heater was extremely noisey especially every time it cycled on-off.

The staff was GREAT! They quickly upgraded me to a larger/better room and everything worked properly. They also provided TWO full breakfast vouchers.

Staff, not cordials and do not care or listening your inquiries. I have a disabled kid and I requested to get me a room close to the elevator… wrong to asked, we were thrown to the other side of the elevator, 2 blocks away. I did also ask for a room changed, they did but still very bad distance from the elevator. At the end we had no option but to cancelled our staying and leave.
