I chose this business for a short stay based on previous reviews. I am not sure what people considered clean, but that was not what I found. The floors were dirty, and most of the surfaces in the room appeared to be cleaned with dirty rags. The sheets and pillows had burns and spots on them. The refrigerator was dirty. I asked for a room change, but I found the exact same issues in the second room. I took photos but the camera did not highlight the problems. I was promised a refund (pending), and I booked another hotel.

The room was dirty. Example the vent in the bath room was covered in dirt. The drawers had dirt in them the room didn’t match the photos
More. We we arrived. They couldn’t get the door to open so had to get a different room .
Plus the door latch was broken . There were no curtains. The floor was buckled. I’m sorry it look like a crime scene. Red stuff on the wall and wall switche . It reminds me more of a hourly rate hotel for hookers

Was not able to check in. The had no water throughout the hotel.
This is the second hotel in Waterbury Connecticut that has had the same issue.
I suggest Expedia refrain from using Waterbury CT hotels in the winter.
Hotels nor Expedia are unwilling to give full refunds when these issue come up

The room was excellent and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reason I gave it 3 stars was that they allow 18 wheelers to park in their lot overnight. One truck kept turning their engine on every hour for 15 minutes each time. It vibrated the entire building.

There was panel flooring and my girls feet became pretty dirty while they walked barefoot.

I understand its not what I’m accustom to, however it’s important that rooms are clean, when you have to deal with flies and garbage under the bed and broken remote, that look like it was eaten by dogs. I couldn’t stay there any longer. The staff at the front desk were friendly and understanding. They did there’s best but, we had to leave.

Hotel definitely needs to be updated. Our room was pretty clean however the linens need to be replaced. One bed cover had a burn mark and a black stain, although clean it should be trashed. As well a few towels were worn past there prime. Otherwise, the staff was fine and breakfast was the normal mostly carb offerings.

Room was ok, refrigerator and my microwave were dirty. No closet and 4 tiny pillows that made into on regular pillow. People fighting and noise from other rooms. I could barely sleep especially after a ling 12 hour shift at the hospital. I don’t recommend this place at all

Lastly the fact that I booked online it was considered at way in and required a $50 deposit.I stay at other Quality Inn and booked the same way and have never been charged a deposit,

The property was paving the parking lots both in front and behind the motel. Had i been aware of this before booking, i would not have stayed at this property. Because of this, there was no easy way to access my room since the lots were roped off.

I drove 2 hours from New Jersey to Connecticut to attend my cousin’s wedding with two small kids and I just wanted to spend the night for couple hours. When I approached the front desk to check in, this young Indian dude goes to me “oh we only have one room left but it’s smoking” and I confronted him proving him that I am not a smoker and I didn’t request that! He was rude and says to me ok you want your money back after I drove 2 hours with Two small kids! Not to mention how dirty filthy this hotel is! This is a pure definition of a dump for a hotel in a third world country! Stay away from this so called hotel!

The signage to get into the parking lot was less than desirable. Once in, there was no sign over the door to indicate an entrance. The clerk neglected to mention that our room was on the other side of the building and that we should move our car there.

While confirmed, the staff informed us when we arrived that they weren’t able to give us our room since they had not received payment from Expedia. Expedia refunded us the amount.
We did not stay at the hotel. It also appeared to be a motel, and not in great condition.

The breakfast options could have been better. The room has handprints on the head board and should have been cleaned. For a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke. The towels could have been more fresh smelling. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable.

this was the second room I reserved for our business trip. As I stated before the room had too much noise from outside, we had knocking on our doors around midnight with no one there, the breakfast assortment was poor, the need to resolve an extra employee showing up on the second night of the stay was expensive. They did not have any other bedding materials except what was already on the bed and they did not have any cots to place in the room either. so I ended up having to Pay Cash for getting another room which was much higher than what I originally paid for the other rooms. Very disappointing stay. Couldnt sleep at night with the noise and the interuptions of the knocking on the doors.

I had two rooms reserved and needed an extra room on the second night of our stay since another business member had arrived. I went to ask if they had a cot or extra blankets and bedding and was told that they only had enough bedding supplies for the number of beds on location ( I guess if you soil your bedding you are out of luck to get it replaced) So I asked if there was another room available and was told that there was one room and the price would be $160.00 (much more than I paid for my original two rooms) and that I could only pay for it with CASH. I had to utilize an ATM in order to get the money to pay. We also were very disappointed with the items that were available for breakfast. Very few selections, coffee was syrup, and the area was not maintained with refills of any items available, poor selection was very limited. yogurt was all vanilla with no choices

The photos are definitely old. This place is so gross. Trash still in cans, behind the bathroom door. Handicap shower barely worked. Burn holes all over the comforter. Felt very unsafe. Was in town for a funeral. Would never recommend this place. If could get money back I would it was that bad. And they removed smoke alarm.

The room was horrible hand prints on the headboard and human bodily fluid on the cover. When I pulled back to expose the sheets they looked dirty. All windows have condensation in between the glass and you can see mold growing.

Location is easy off the highway but facility looks rundown. There is a closed restaurant attached to hotel. Property is in poor condition. Looks like a warehouse.
Surprisingly the room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Difficult to sleep. Kept hearing humming noise and people outside banging around. Heard lots of road noise.
The free breakfast was very basic. Orange juice tasted like an orange drink, coffee was no good. Had prepackaged danish and muffins. I saw a waffle machine, packets of oatmeal, an apple.

Smoke detector missing ~ new one installed and within 6 hours it was beeping all night. Sheets and towels had stain and fitted sheet had a cigarette burn. In the middle of the night a disposal company came by to empty the dumpsters. The noise was horrific. The door to the exterior was ill-fitting and allowed light in from outside all night!

Breakfast is included and better than at most hotels. We booked a non-smoking room, but when we entered, it was clearly NOT non-smoking. The employee in the office changed our room immediately, and that one was fine. The hotel is conveniently located immediately off of I-84, and just across the street from Sofra Turkish Grill, an amazingly delicious restaurant.
