The place is very nice. It was unfortunate we could not enjoy the pool. Other people staying was smoking and drinking in the pool with KIDS around. I specifically booked for the pool for my daughter birthday and she was unable to enjoy because of the adults smoking and drinking. Hopefully for future they watch the pool better to avoid these issues. I now have to find a diffrent place to book since the whole point of the hotel was for the pool. I didnt know smoking in the pool area around children was ok at this hotel.

I was there for a sisters trip after the death of one of our sisters. It was a nice home away from home. Everyone was so nice and friendly to us. Anything we needed they were quick to respond.
The rooms and property was very clean. I would stay there again for sure!!

Everything was good, but we booked this hotel for my sons bday weekend , and our main thing was the “indoor heated pool” as is advertised on Trip advisor . The pool was cold , the kids where shivering . We couldn’t enjoy the main thing we went there for . The staff offer to send someone but they said “but that’s the temperature “ . Also the hotel send text messages to rate the stay , I told them about the temperature of the pool and responded , “ Thank you for sharing that information. I apologize that the water wasn't to your liking. I hope you have a nice afternoon.

The place is clean , rooms are well maintained and equipped with everything we needed . But I would not book this hotel during winter time, I think is I not fear to pay for false advertising.

Very nice, I would suggest checking the dishwasher, it had stagnant water in the bottom, unable to use it, and need bigger trash cans, 2 small bathroom size cans are not efficient especially when you have a kitchen and small children

Really enjoyed how comfortable, clean and put together this facility was. It felt like an upscale apartment as opposed to what can sometimes feel like a very lifeless hotel room. I recently stayed in a similar type of long-term residence hote and found Homewood Suites to be much better than the other one. I would seek out this hotel again if I am ever in the area for work again.

The worst breakfast set up in all my travels! The eggs were gritty and cold and the bacon was fully COLD.

Stayed for two nights with children for my son’s birthday. Decently kept. Table and chairs in the room were beat up. Found left over toys, candy wrappers, lollipop sticks from a family before behind and under couch so you know they didn’t clean there. Hair in tub drain upon arrival. Pool was colder than I imagine it to be since it’s winter. They had no insulation in the pool room. Breakfast was ehh. The potatoes were not good and under cooked, pork sausage samething. Wish they serve some kind of pancakes for the kids. Upon departure was charge multiple different transactions. First it was $100 than another $50 than another 50$ and when none of those went through they added another $50 charge to my hotel room charge. My room was 430 to then be charge 488 for no reason. Contacted hotel twice no manger on site which is just sad. Front desk Katie refuse to contact them and stated they will be back the next day when I was told that same thing yesterday. Then I ask why was I being charged these amounts she said for a smoking fee when not once did anyone smoke in the room. This was highly upsetting and super frustrating to be charge for something that was not done not once. Mangement should check cameras and key card swipes.

Room was clean but the bathroom needs a major overhaul. The shower doors did not "slide" like they should and it took forever to get hot water in both shower and sink outside bathroom. The set up of the bathroom area without a door to shield the light shining right onto the bed is not a good plan.

Our room smelled like dog urine. The hallway was overwhelming. My husband doesn’t smell much and he even said it was awful. Then another person on the same floor said they complained many times about the stench. What’s worse is that every day it got worse. This is NOT what I expect from Hilton. Disgusting!

The breakfast meau was fresh and healthy options was a available also. The kitchen in our studio room was very nice and had everything we need to cook. It even can with four different types of pans. The only thing i didn't like and was disappointing was the pool. The pool wasn't very clean.

I’ve had bad experience staying at this hotel. Considering it is rated high and room price is over $330 I expected decent sleeping conditions. But it seems the hotel was built so cheap that the sound of guest walking in the room above mine was loud as it was some old house with crappy squeaky floors. I guess greed took over when this hotel was built. Anyways, my advice for sensitive sleepers is to try to get room on the top floor when possible.
Also, I did not like the room bathroom. I had 2 queen beds room of a pretty large size, but bathroom is a very tight place compared to the room.
One last thing. Scrambled eggs usually can say a lot about a hotel. In this hotel they were not good and did not taste like eggs at all.

Why do hotels think it is OK to beef you in a handicap room when you didn’t book it that way…by the time I brought my stuff and pet up I was too tired to go back down and start the booking again! For $423 for one night. This Hilton property did not meet my expectations. Toilet didn’t fill with water, fan in bathroom was noisy and general the room needed a better cleaning

It was perfect. Staff friendly/sociable. VERY CLEAN EVERY PLACE IN THE HOTEL/ROOM. Wednesday night dinner nice. Wednesday night wine/beer awesome for social members of the family who drink. Love that music played in the pool, but had the option to turn off. The variety of breakfast choices made me very happy, nice that they changed it up daily (hot meal). Coffee available 24 hours in the dining area or in the room. Ambience perfect in all settings. Other staying here or friendly sociable, not snobby, or did not make me feel unsafe at any time. Maintenance available quickly and respectfully change the lightbulb that went out. Love the cookout, fire pit, basketball amenities. we plan to spend Thanksgiving, Christmas, and two summer vacations (July then August) in 2026. I felt very at home. This is my favorite hotel now.

Decent property, but not worth the price I paid. The staff was accessible, professional, and efficient. I was impressed with the free, light dinner reception they had - I’ve never seen that at an HS property before! While the quality was not special, it was laid out thoughtfully and was a nice thing to do for guests. The property itself was compact. I wouldn’t recommend room 116 on the 1st floor - the basketball court runs outside both windows, which ‘closes’ at 9pm, but the lights stay on. People bouncing basketballs 8 ft from your pillow at 10:37pm isn’t that relaxing, but it quieted down shortly after. The room itself was a little musty, but very clean (except for the dirty pool towel left hanging in the bathroom when we arrived). For a room that slept six, there were only three towels and no pillows/sheets/blankets for the pullout. But again, the entire staff was courteous, friendly and responsive. The indoor pool was extremely small - not a pleasant atmosphere and four people was a crowd in a pool of that size. The breakfast in the morning was terrific - really plentiful with a good variety. The croissants (Sam’s Club?) were delicious. The tables were clean - to the point that they were soaking wet, as were most surfaces…so we went outside with the smokers and the bees. Location was excellent, very convenient with a Dunkin in the parking lot and right up the road from a Longhorn with great takeout.

The manager swapped me out for 2 queen beds, from a king which I had reserved, without asking. The lady checking me in said there was nothing she could do about it and placed the blame on management. The rooms need. updating. The shower in my room broke, the water had to be turned off to the room and since they were sold out we had to leave the hotel and find some were else to stay at 11PM.

I was excited to stay at this location because of the great reviews, free breakfast, and perfect location to our event. Sadly, the excitement ended as soon as we entered our room. We check in a little late because our flight was delayed (approx 10pm). As soon as we opened the sofa bed we noticed what appeared to be dog tears shoved in between the sofa. We decided not to use the sofa bed (due to the treats) and all shared the beds. We then started noticing dog hair in the bed between the sheets and pillows. There was so much dog hair throughout the whole room that 2 of our guests began sneezing a lot and getting allergies. We then found blood drops throughout the carpet. I went to the front desk and notified them or the situation but they advised they were sold out of the night and the best they could do is provide me with clean sheets that I could change myself. The following day I went back to the front desk and tried to get a different room but was advised that there were no rooms that could accommodate my family (there were 5 of us) since they were all single bed rooms. I asked to speak to a manager but was informed there was none on site at the moment. The front desk staff was very friendly and apologetic and I understand the situation was out of their hands but it was frustrating thto have to stay in a room that was just dirty. On my last day, I was informed some sort of credit would be granted but i was very disappointed that no solution was available during my stay.
