After check in I went to my room, i went to lock the lock and it did not turn all the way to where the lock went through into the wall. I called the front desk and the guy stated there are no more rooms available but he would come look at it. He never came. The door has missing wood and screws and has staples where the top latch is attached and was very rickety. My pillow cases had stains along with the sheet so I had to switch it out from the other bed in the room. I called the front desk, no one answered or came to the room. Then there are two large holes in the wall in the bathroom where the old shower bar was. Housekeeping changed my towels one time in the 3 nights I stayed and never made the bed or changed my sheets. I never put the sign on the door saying I didn’t want service so I’m not sure why the towels I put in a pile to be taken were still there when I got back. The remote was filled with grease and grime so clearly no cleaning of it has happened in a very long time. My trash was only taken once in the whole stay from 2/24-2/27. The microwave on the inside was full of rust and burnt broken down missing pieces, especially under the plate. The freezer part of the fridge had a suspicious rusty brown spot, I didn’t feel comfortable using it. If I had another choice I would not have stayed and will not stay again. The hotel needs a health inspection asap. Check in tried to get me for $100 incidental fee when I’ve stayed here and it’s been $50, she says ohhh you have.

Things are fine - this is a very decent place for the price. Spacious, seems clean. Breakfast is adequate - tiny bit thin. Furniture, amenities, and carpeting are older and a tad worn, but not bad at all. Staff seems fine, polite, nice. Five stars is for perfection. Four stars is very good, a very good value, and I keep returning.

Should not use Activia as it can trigger stomach issues. A pancake machine was there but no batter, syrup or anything to make the pancakes. Why bother??

The bedding was disgusting! It had urine and blood stains! Staff nonchalant. Was switched to a different room. Shower was awkwardly built. The shower head was in the ceiling and it sprayed in all different directions soaking the floor. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Only settled and stayed because we were only in town for one night. Will never stay at this hotel ever again.

A run-down dump. The elevator was out-of-service. Based on the conditions of the out-of-service signs, I'd say it has been out-of-order for quite some time. The curtains in the room were ripped and tattered. The desk chair seating pad was ripped. The toilet was about 15 inches off the ground - bring a rope to get up. The wallpaper was peeling. But other than that, it was great. The franchise owners clearly don't want to invest any money in the property. My first time at a Quality Inn. Likely my last.

Desk staff was courteous. The elevator didn't work, which should have been a clue. The bathroom was horrid. 4 of us were in the room. Not one of us felt inclined to step foot into the shower. The room was functional at best. There was a tear in the bedspread. The price of this room is what I would pay for a 4 star hotel. This was a 2 at best.

This hotel is disgusting, I had to leave!!! We arrived late Friday, too late to stay elsewhere and I had to book elsewhere for our second night in CT!!! Shower wouldn’t turn on, sink was clogged, peeling paint, TV was broken, breakfast was too gross to eat!!! FILTHY!!! THEY ABSOLUTELY HAVE BED BUGS!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE SECOND NIGHT EVEN THOUGH I CHECKED OUT!! Poorly managed, poorly ran, the worst hotel I’ve ever been to!!!!

The property is awful. The bathroom had mildew and the paint was literally falling off of the bathroom ceiling. The caulk on the floor of the shower was discolored and really gross. We checked in and the magnetic key didn’t work. When I went to the front desk, the person told me that I probably didn’t know how to use the key. I told him I’ve stayed in probably 2,000 hotel rooms and asked him to just rekey the card. He looked at me and interestingly Gabe me 2 rekeyed keys. Of course, the key worked perfectly. The included breakfast was a disaster as well. The pancakes were inedible to the point where the pancake literally stuck to the plate.

The staff was rude and the facilities were totally unacceptable

Curb appeal is very poor. I pulled in the parking lot and immediately was turned off - if i could have cancelled my reservation that late and gone somewhere else I would have. The room smelled. It didnt seem or feel very clean. The bed was not that comfortable. The breakfast was very poor. There should have at least been water out to drink with the breakfast, the juices were a funny color, I’m not even sure what they were. By 7am the coffee was gone and I didnt see anyone ever come to even check on anything to ask for more coffee. I have bad allergies, within an hour I was very congested and I woke up the next morning with a bad sinus headache - clearly something in that hotel/room was very dirty.

This was monumentally terrible. The whole building smelled musty and like cigarettes. The room’s air conditioning was making loud banging noises on a cycle and could not cool the room. Hair all over the bathroom, sticky carpet, glaring naked lightbulbs, patched together insufficient door lock that felt unsafe. I’m honestly not that hard to please. For $260 per night, this never should have happened. If I had a choice, I would have walked out.

I rented the room for the weekend for myself, bf and our service dog.,at first I received an email that they didn’t support my ESA as a service animal however, at the property they requested additional $25/day + tax and a $50 deposit for incidentals. We were given a room on 1st floor (elevator broken) and right next to ice machine (good plus) No one bothered us during the stay. Our socks were black from walking barefoot on floors. I thought we reserved king sized bed we were given a room with 2 full sized beds. There were some shady people hanging around property and the police were there on one occasion. It definitely wasn’t worth the price

The elevator was inoperable during my stay, which was an inconvenience. The person on duty was able to accommodate my party and keep it on the main level to avoid using the stairs, which I can't do due to health issues.

One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the breakfast being served. The breakfast was more of a snack than a breakfast. There was bread( white or wheat) to toast, blueberry muffins(mini), pastries that were cut into strips, yogurt, a pancake machine (they were not fully cooked), and 2 kinds of dry cereal plus oatmeal. This was the same each day. It was not what I would have expected from this hotel. Overall, the stay was enjoyed. The rooms were clean, and it was quiet.

The staff was helpful but although this location was going through \"renovations\" there were a lot of areas that showed wear & tear that we felt couldve been fixed. Things from the cheerios at breakfast being stale to a not pleasant oder in our rooms (we felt we had to stop af thr close drug store to but room fresheners), things were a bit off and disnt meet our expectations. A bit disappointed. The location was good for our needs though and close to some great restaurants. It was on the chaper side so i guess a teminder 'you get what you lay for.'

It was terrible. When I walked into the room that I was assigned, the carpet was soaked. She was gonna give me a choice between two rooms that were on the fourth floor and the elevators were not working. Both options were less than what I paid for they couldn’t clean the water out of the rug. Tried soaking it up with a few towels. The complementary breakfast was pathetic. They would not refund or discount my room, so I had to stay there. They did offer me another room for another time with all kinds of stipulations. Like I would go back there. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

i did not go to the hotel myself i only booked the rooms for my coach drivers, they reported the hotel was nice and the parking was great for large vehicles. i have added the property to our preferred locations list to use whenever we transport in the area.
