They provided all they promised- clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and a hair dryer. What they didn’t provide, was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, or any kind of breakfast, either hot or cold. But they didn’t list them as amenities. Good price though.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The smell was awful — everything reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana from the moment you walk in. The hallways were dirty, the elevators were almost broken, and the staff was very lazy and unhelpful. The front desk girl didn’t give me the right information about parking, and because of that, my car got towed and I had to pay $200.
Terrible service, bad smell, dirty environment, and the place looks nothing like the photos. It was an awful experience overall. I will never come back and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The receptionist was very abusive and combative without provocation, combative for no reason, canceled our reservation and dtold us to leave immediately and go somewhere else. The whole environment was unkept and people sitting both outside and in the lobby smoking. First shock was the request for both occupants identification, then, he told us that he needs $50.00 (Fifty Dollars) hold for our room; just telling him my card is in his system already and it is strange for me to hand-it-over to him again let out a devil and combative nature we have never seen and within seconds he tore both copies of our identification, canceled our reservation and told us to leave his hotel immediately or he will call the cops.
The environment was vèry unkept, people sitting everywhere smoking, immediately we stepped in one gets a sense of trouble and danger. I couldn't believe a business could be so badly run.
Thank God we could have been robbed in our room if he didn't cancel our reservation immediately without any reason.

Someone tried to run over the front desk guy in the parking lot. I'm not sure why. He was nice. The police were called. The lobby was run down and there was only an ice machine on the first floor.

This place was a nightmare. If I could give this place no stars I would. This is a prejudice place of workers at the service desk we were discriminated as soon as we arrived. If I could give this place no stars I would. We had to take our disabled sister to 5th floor to give us a King bed for 4 sisters to sleep on when my reservation was for 2 standard beds.
I was told I reserved for 1 bed and there was no room available for beds we'd have to take that room or go elsewhere.
I explained our sister is disabled it took us 4hours to get here and now were supposed to drive back this late at night in the dark another 4hours luckily I pulled up my reservations confirming it was for 2 beds and then they found a room with 2beds. elevator down and we had to use the bag trolley instead to sit her on ot to het back to the floor 1 for the correct room.The room had bath towels for 2 people only and they did not supply us with clean towels while we were there had to get toilet paper at service desk when upon leaving we saw housekeeping with clean towels.
Theres alot more I can't go into details.
The only good thing was the Security Guards helped us with the baggage trolley to get pur sister out of the elevator and pushed her to the new room and helped us get her onto the bed.
To both of the Security Men me and my sisters are very grateful for all your help it is greatly appreciated by us all.
So much more to add but I'll reach out to site I booked with.

My recent stay at the Red Roof Inn was disappointing. Upon arrival, I got there about 15 minutes before the official check-in time, only to be told I needed to wait another 45 minutes before I could check in. This delay completely disrupted my plans, as I was hoping to get settled, freshen up, and head to an event. Instead, I had to get ready in my car, which was both inconvenient and frustrating.

Additionally, the property advertises itself as a smoke-free hotel, yet there was a noticeable smell of smoke upon entry. This was very off-putting and took away from the overall experience.

Overall, my stay did not meet expectations due to the check-in delay and the lack of a truly smoke-free environment.

During my nearly two-week stay, my vehicle was unfortunately towed on the final night. The towing company attributed the incident to the motel, while the motel management placed blame on the towing company. This situation necessitated a day away from work to resolve, causing significant disruption.

Given these negative experiences, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Furthermore, the property's exterior was not maintained to an acceptable standard, reinforcing my negative assessment.

When we got there I forgot my id but the hotel room wasn’t even in my name. I was made to get my id from my house come back for them to then tell me I have to have a to pay a 50 $ deposit. EVEN THO I BOOKED WITH EXPEDIA !!! I used a chime card and had to put money in it making another trip back out it was a major hassle. Then I get in the room and the room wasnt up to par especially for a deposit bedding had holes in them the room stunk of outside bodies just smelled the ppl that were there before stunk and whoever cleaned the room didn’t use a good product if any. This should be a 50$ hotel honestly especially with the deposit.

It is in a rough area. You have to be buzzed into the lobby. You have to pay a mandatory $50 cleaning deposit. I was there two days for a softball tournament. No maid service.

The room was clean and looked like it was recently painted.

It was fine for what I needed (cheap and near the ball park) but I dont think I could recommend it others.

I gave it three stars. We won the tournament so I’m in a generous mood

Filthy and one of the worst motels I have ever see

$127 for stained bedding and ticks.
1st - The website said, roll away beds were available. I requested one when the room was reserved, but upon check-in I was told there were none. This meant my family was one bed short.
2nd - The elevator was very dirty, broken and covered in trash.
3rd - One pillow case had a blood stain on it. One sheet had a yellow stain in the middle of it and the front desk said, there was no other bedding available to replace them.
4th - There was a tick crawling on one of the beds
5th - The shower floor was pealing, had mold and the drain was clogged.

A memorable experience and one of the worst nights at a motel for sure. I will only choose a Red Roof Inn again if it is either that or sleeping under a bridge in a snow storm.

I had booked at this hotel a whole MONTH in advance for friday 05/09/2025 to sunday 05/11/2025, and when I got there at 11PM to check in, there were bums smoking cigarettes, a man who ran inside warning us his car got towed even though he lived at the hotel, rugs were dirty in the lobby and it straight up smelled like piss and mildew. So many red flags at this hotel I should've turned around but I was still hopeful and TIRED from being jetlagged from my flight.

RIGHT WHEN I CHECKED IN, the lady at the front said she can't check me in even though I ALREADY PAID for the rooms a month in advance and reserved it, and something about the system saying it was already booked.

The security gaurd went upstairs to check on the room and he thankfully said the hotel room was A MESS, and we could not check in because house cleaning had not got it prepared for us??? What is the point of paying for EARLY check in when THE ROOM ISNT EVEN READY FOR US??

So me and my family were in the lobby for about an hour while only the night shift lady and the security gaurd were trying to figure out what happend, and when I asked for a refund, the lady called her manager over the phone and manager said she can't just let her just give me another new room.

She would have to cancel my check in and I'd have to go to whoever booked the hotel with to get it refunded, they basically said pound sand.
Long story short they did not even have our room available gave fake refund invoice
