I’m baffled by how this establishment is permitted to remain operational. The room was in a state of disarray, and they overcharged me for the pet fee. To make matters worse, the TV and phone were non-functional. The staff was incredibly rude, and I had to resort to calling corporate to lodge a complaint and seek resolution to my issues.

The elevators , hallways and rooms all have continuous marajuana smokers in them . There is a no smoking policy but it is ineffective. If you need to get sleep it’s a toss up with people roaming the hallways all night and children running back and forth above . Cooking odors permeate the 3rd floor as well as questionable other cooking . Permanent residents argue late at night . A person was sleeping in their car for a month near the dumpster . Stay if you don’t mind these conditions . Netflix was the only bonus . Staff was friendly but mostly hands off .

It started at the desk. I was asked for 20 dollars for early check-in. (55 minutes early) I came back at 4 (Check-in starts at 3). The staff were 2 women on their phones. As they were checking me in, they were talking to each other. I waited an additional 20 minutes for the room key.
The room. At this point, I need to get in, as I have deadlines and need to get to work. After I finished my day, I went to turn on the TV only to find that the HDMI port was bad. The TV was not working. I called the front desk and was told to set ot to HDMI, etc. I told her I done all that and they would send someone up. 40 minutes later, I called again, and they said they had no one to look at it, sorry.
I ended up using a Q-tip to wedge so the TV would have a signal.
The room's cleanliness speaks for itself in the photo.
The parking lot was covered with snow and ice, even though 2 snow plows were on site. There was a Walmart shopping cart at the front door and a lot of people smoking outside.
I have said at other Wyndham properties, never an issue. This property is nonon my company list as a do not stay.
Oh. The breakfast, just better to say you have known.
Check out.
The gentleman at the counter was on his phone; he grabbed my room keys and went back to it.
Corporate, all your staff have to go to hospitality retraining, and the cleaning crew. You need a new company.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! not only was the check-in terrible she was rude. Then the hairdryer was broken. The microwave was broken and when I told them it was broken, they did nothing to compensate or make it better. Do not stay here if you value your family. there was literally two homeless people using the amenities and taking up the luggage carts. The lady at the front desk said I will call police in a while. He’s been here for four hours. I have nothing against homeless people. It’s a hotel not a shelter.

I’ll be honest- for the most part I have been Hapoy with my 2 stays here in Oct/November. The se one stay I noticed a cleanliness issue which might be indicative of a larger problem. I reported it and the staff handled it very fairly, willing to refund me my money or upgrade my room. I was pleased with the upgrade to a larger, cleaner room that did not have the issue.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. They took my 50 dollar safety deposit (i never got it back) and after leaving on friday my card was charged for an additional 90 dollars without explanation the following Sunday. I reached out multiple time, but they have ignored my attempts to contact them.

It’s clean, safe, conveniently located, gets the job done well, which is provide a safe clean convenient place to sleep. Coffee available 24/7, but no breakfast to speak of. Walls are a little thin. Furnishings not new but clean and serviceable. Staff was ok, not super friendly, but not unfriendly. A great value for the price, though! Great mini frig, microwave, so I didn’t have to eat out. TV was huge, if that it’s important to you. I’d stay here again for sure in order to conserve on costs when I’m in the area.

Friendly staff. You get what you pay for. The room wasn't awful, but did smell heavily of cigarette smoke. Sheets were stained and I found a cockroach on the floor. Shower was not sufficiently cleaned out. That being said, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it provided some sleep after a long day.

Room climate was musty and humid despite having an air conditioner.

Room was in desperate need of maintenance. The bathroom door had a temorary fix where it looked like a hole in door and broken latch assembly.

The shower turned on but could bot turn the water off.

The room only had 2 towels when it should of had 4 for 2 people. There should of been an extra blanket in the bedroom or on the bed. The walls should of been re painted. We had one positive experience with the night manager our second night there, otherwise we found the staff unapproachable. The room has red spatter on the walls, handprints on the furniture, toilet paper still in the toilet, the windows was locked shut with a wood stick making it so there wouldn't be any fire exit. The floor was taped together, AC machine was busted in, green ooze coming from the walls, and everyone was up and being loud at 3 am in the morning. We left immediately.

It’s a budget hotel and I stay at super 8 a lot. I stayed in one for 2.5 months. I do appreciate having them to save me money. This one has a coffee on demand brewer in the lobby, I love that. It’s a good place to stay.

The staff is definitely working hard to ensure a good stay, unfortunately guests are not so respectful. Room and elevator smelled like stale cigarettes, and it’s pretty clear from the signage posted that they have had guests smoking in rooms and trashing rooms. My room was clean apart from the smell, and damages to the room from previous guests were patched over pretty well. I was worried when I saw reviews saying bed bugs but I didn’t have any critters at all so they are definitely improving. When I saw I had no towels in the bathroom the staff was quick to fix the issue and very kind. All in all a good stay, staff is just dealing with repercussions of bad guests.

It was just a horrible experience to say the least, the air conditioner barely worked it blew warm air the entire time of 90 degree weather the tv worked 1/4 of the time the staff was horrible. When I called for maintenance she got upset as if I’m not supposed to want my tv working, but of course maintenance never came. My 7 year old grandson says grandma can we just leave.

Place looks like it got some new furnishings, but things were dirty, drapes had drips of something on them, the room darkening curtains had a large black spot the size of a quarter on them! Tub surround was dirty, hairs in tub, towel rack ready to fall off the wall, the carpets might be clean because they were damp! Place has a no smoking rule yet our room stunk of old cigarettes! We bought some lysol spray and spray cleaner, gave the bathroom a wipedown then sprayed down everything that stunk. On a good note, we informed the front desk that the door in our hallway would not close, we were able to just walk in from outside(security issue)that was fixed by the next day. The bed was comfy! That being said I will never recommend this place!

My experience at Super 8 was unacceptable, unusual and very unsafe. When I arrived, the front desk manager was really rude. The room was in unspeakable shape. The faucet was broke, and drain was clogged with dirt/mud. Obnoxious stains everywhere, male toe nail clippings on carpet, green snot on shower curtain, blood on pillows, pubic hair weft into towels, cockroach in the fridge, and I left with an infected spider bite and other insect bite marks.

Unsafe and Unsanitary Stay—Avoid This Hotel Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of unsettling. The room itself showed clear signs of previous forced entry—both the main door and the bathroom door had visible damage, making us feel incredibly unsafe. The door had so much play in the frame that shimmying it open with a key card was easier than using it normally.

Beyond security concerns, the hygiene and upkeep were appalling. Every surface was stained, furniture bore burn marks, and the bathtub was coated in soap scum and hard water buildup, making it unusable. The lights randomly flickered throughout the night, adding to an already eerie atmosphere.

Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable and disturbing hotel stays we’ve ever experienced. If safety and cleanliness matter to you, steer clear of this place.

The couch had stains and trash and a steak knife in it and it was a fold out couch that was to be used as the additional bed. This place was just bad all around. The location is fine, but the hotel itself has a very, very, very lower class clientele, it seems, are the people that normally stay there. Um, kind of didn't feel safe, especially outside at night. Um, a lot of people seem to live in those rooms, But after we were there seven hours and had to pay a 20 early check-in fee. My girl was getting ready for bed. She turned the lights down And just got into the got on the bed and she looks over and she sees a cockroach. Then, after a little bit more investigating, we found six more, So I went downstairs to ask for my money back and check out. And there. If you used to get the money back. So, This morning, I called and spoke to the manager. He refused to get the money back then. I called and spoke with hotels.com. I'm still waiting for them to Figure out what's going to happen If I don't get a refund. I'm going to dispute it with my credit card. Also, I've already called the health department in that town, and I'm going to put this on blast on every side. I possibly can do not stay at this hotel. Also, I seem to have a lot of prostitution activity from what I could see.

The service was nice and accommodating, but we headed to our room and within a few minutes we heard a dripping noise and headed to the bathroom. Turns out water had leaked from the ceiling into the bathroom and was making our bathroom wet, not the best. First experience it took a few minutes for maintenance to Come to our room.
